Did you ever think that maybe those Milotic were given to players with Platinum only? I.E. Just change the Hometown on those Milotic to Platinum.

Well I am still not sure why yours was the wrong type. Mine was received in the same way but it passed Legal yesterday. We have a lot of stuff.

Sabresite fixed Legal to include your egg If you had checked it yesterday, before you uploaded it, you'd have noticed that it said Egg which would be wrong.

Not sure about the ribbon. I've made several hacks and the ribbon never changes from "A ribbon that proclaims love for Pokemon". About the OT, you're right. But people have guessed what it will be by using the OT's of other events. It will most likely be TRU. As for ID, they use the distribution dates often.
