    I originally said Heart Gold (much like when Gold came out.), but for the first time since the second gen I'm going to get both versions (not counting the third iteration of each one). Going to order Soul Silver online and run through that game (mainly so I can get Japanese events, and the like) then get Heart Gold when it arrives in the UK. Though I'm residing in Australia now, I'd be very picky about the giant ratings that are plastered on Aussie boxes, so I'm willing to wait for the UK one to be shipped. Edit: That's a lie, I bought both FireRed and LeafGreen, don't judge me.

    I play mostly as Ike, then usually followed by Pokemon Trainer (Charizard released first.), then R.O.B. I use Jigglypuff during coin matches, I don't aim to win, I just do it to annoy everyone. *rollout* *loses half of coins* "GODDAMNIT" "teehee."

    Nevermind. Risked it and fled, bought some Luxury Balls and returned to be in front of Darkrai. Saved. Caught Darkrai, wrote down it's stats. Reset. Caught Darkrai again, it's stats were different. So, it will stay, and randomise.

    I naïvely saved in front of Darkrai, forgetting I was aiming on a Shiny and forgot to collect several hundred Luxury Balls to capture it, and the problem is that you cannot escape the island by flying or using the boat, so I'm stuck. There is the option to flee, and go collect some Luxury Balls, but what I'm asking is can someone tell me if the Darkrai I have fled will be the same one that I will encounter or will I meet a new randomised Darkrai (and hopefully shiny)? I'd appreciate the help.

    Shinies can follow you too, the event Pikachu-coloured Pichu as an example. Also the red Gyarados overworld is visible in the some HG/SS footage.

    'Haley' box for all of Hayley's trades in Pokemon Ranch, minus Mew and Phione who go into 'Special'. 'Special' box for event, EV'd, shinies, the 'special' ones basicly. The rest, random really... Legendaries do have a habit from appearing at the front. Duplicates are usually together and eggs are at the end. Unown box.

    My Garchomp (named Petal), I made sure the last Pokemon it defeated before levelling up to 100 was a Bidoof, with 3 Swords Dance to max attack before unleashing Earthquake :3 Currently I have a Rhyperior (named Superior) with an Exp. Share whilst I do the Battleground, will be level 100 soon enough but it's battling skills so far haven't been impressive.

    Completely forgot about Outlaw Star, one of the best anime's that I've seen and will stand the test of time. CN over here back in the 90's, when Toonami was just an hour slot. It would show Dragon Ball Z then Tenchi Muyo or Gundam Wing, those were good times. Outlaw Star was always around 10pm when Toonami became it's own channel. I retract my past statement about what anime's I'll watch, I think I'll go back to my roots and see some real classics. I've yet to watch Cowboy Bebop and have heard good things. Will probably throw in a few Miyazaki films, as after seeing Spritied Away, I was blown away (ba-dum-tssh) by the amount of effort and detail that goes into the films.

    Ben 10, an anime, really? Anyway, I hardly watch anime at the moment but if I have spare time I tend to watch Dragon Ball Kai for nostalgia's sake, though I do prefer the English voicecasting, I suppose it depends on what you're brought up on. I occasionally watch Pokemon on afternoon-tv but generally I'm not impressed with the story. I enjoyed watching Bleach but I just stick to the manga nowadays, I prefer it. The last anime series I watched through all the way through was Ouran High School, before it got popular and hundreds of cosplayers and the sort, good series. Maybe one day I'll watch more than one episode of Gurren Lagaan, just never got to doing it.

    It's the term I have been using, as I see that 'Gold' belongs to the male protagonist while 'Silver' goes to your rival, take into consideration I usually call them by their manga names. But since we don't know if this is 'Crystal/Krys' yet, 'Soul' seems appropriate, much like how the girl for for FR/LG was named 'Leaf' when in fact she was actually 'Blue' from the manga. I'm not disagreeing with you at all.

    Blood splatter doesn't infect, it is if it gets into the bloodstream or if a wound is open enough for the virus/blood to get in, then you would become one eventually. Just saying.

    I'm not too concerned about the GS Ball, but what I foresee is a Wi-Fi event where you receive the GS Ball or something to trade with Kurt, and the GS Ball is in fact a key item, which would solve all the nitpicking, and you could catch Celebi with one of your own balls. Would seem sensible to me anyway.

    Soul looks fine to me, I don't see what the whole hubbub is about. I'll be playing as Gold anyway, so it doesn't make a lick of difference to me anyway.
