    If you didn't check the legality of those IDs you used, that would be a problem. Also make sure you have the right encounter method hexes. I didn't check, but those are things legal does not check.

    It generates AR codes. You can then use those AR codes with a Gamecube AR.

    Impossible at the moment, but there are people looking into it.

    The random nature is determined by a timer linked to delay. Just keep RNGing them until you get your target, or find one elsewhere. You can't change values because it would then deviate from the Mystery Gift Dynamic PIDIV type.

    You can't "RNG" a 10 ANIV from GBA lol, the game gives you them "completely" random. It should say Common GBA Event [Restricted]. hacked!

    For pokemon with DW abilities the 0x42 has to be 01 (dream world ability flag). Use the proper gender, that might be where it is rejecting (male)

    <p><p><p><p><p>I might try DotA2 because it's from Valve, the reason I don't like all the hype is because people think IceFrog is great and he will make something amazing.     Static PIDs are only for set natures (and shiny). TRU Arceus isn't a static.

    Abilities are calculated differently this gen. Upper16 of the PID %2. Gen 3/4 mons are not affected by this, even upon evolving.
