    Take the PID you gave him (which is in decimal). Convert it to hex. Look at the 4th halfbyte. zzzXyyyy Convert to binary. Lowest bit is the ability. PokeSav will never have it corrected Sites usually list the abilities of the Pokemon as the 0 ability and 1 ability (1st and 2nd ability). With that you can pick which bit you want!

    You are probably getting rejected because of the PID-Ability relationship (that has changed) this generation, or another area you set improperly.

    Half of it is one RNG that you can control, the other half is a hardware timer. That's why we RNG on emulators with Save States I don't know how to generate one because I ^.

    You can change the existing IVs, EVs, and Nature of a Pokemon and they will still be legal.

    There is no link between IVs and anything. There is no link between Nature and anything. PID sets the gender and ability, like it always has.

    0x42 = 01 Then if you have the valid DW ability, it will be legal. Don't generate 4th gen PIDs. There is no PID/IV/Nature correlation, all you will be changing is the PID-Ability correlation. Intimidate and Sand Rush. 0 and 1. Your 4th gen PID was: 3E4B57A4... (B) = 1011, so it must have Ability 1 (Sand Rush). Not what you want. Your Correct 5th gen PID would be: 3E4C57A4..... aka 1045190564.

    You didn't catch it legally, that's for sure. It doesn't have an IVPID correlation, so you tampered with the pkm/game at some point. Use PokeGen's first PID method.

    Just use a save editor to put in the Pokemon rather than trying to put it in with a code. Enciclopedia Pokemon or PokeStockGBA, both of which have threads on our forum.

    Incorrect Party PKM size. It's 220B instead of 236B. PokeSav won't be fixed, so you'll have incorrect PKMs to begin with If you shifted it, it'll crash legal because it's not a 4th gen pkm!

    You don't need to open a save file to create/edit existing Pokemon. You can save them as .pkm files without a save as well. No limit on egg IVs Shininess doesn't raise any flags, the way you are doing it is still cheating.

    I'm not able to directly test it, but that's what it seems like for everyone that posts a problem PKM. People started suggesting editing a preexisting one's IV/nature for this reason . They do reject hacked abilities, so they must have a check on mismatched ones... Could be just luck that the bit matched, ehhh we'll see soon enough!

    It can only be legal The PID Generator won't make a proper PIDIV as there is no more relation. It's best to catch one with your ability, and then change it to what you want. (IVs and Nature, don't touch the PID). Ability is calculated differently this gen, so a mismatched one would reject you.
