Ah, I must apologize in saying that I was not using the beta version, but the older version for HGSS. Am I to suppose that I should wait for the newest beta release, then to try again?

I selected everything that I believed I needed (EVs, IVs, moves, Lv, Exp, etc.). I did all of this before hitting the Generate button and saving the file as .XML, so that I could manually input the code into my ARDS. In fact, the second time I tried it, with the same Poke, it gave me an illegal Lv 100 Growlithe with Shadow Punch (lol). Still not sure what I did wrong.

New to these boards, but I have a question about Pokegen, since I'm new to its use. I tried to create a certain Poke, on Heart Gold, in box 5, slot 1; while it created the Poke I wanted, plus its hold item, it did not include the legal moveset I edited, nor did it include my trainer name or ID number. Was wondering why this occurred, so that I do not make the same mistake twice. The code I generated is as follows: Any help with figuring out what I did wrong would be greatly appreciated.
