I'm planning on doing some RNG exploiting in Emerald and Platinum, I have emerald on my PC using VisualBoyAdvance, Platinum is a DS ROM on my M3 Flashcart. Through any combination of programs, will it be possible to get pokemon files from these games, and insert them into one of the 6th Gen games? I have a Gateway 3DS so I can get the 3DS game's save files.

I have a rom of Pokemon Y, I use Gateway to play it. Unfortunately I didn't realise that it had no online capability, and you apparently can't keep your save if you switch over to a .3dz, ie.. Pokemon Y with a header inserted so you can do online things with it. 3DS homebrew and Pokemon hacking inparticular have come quite a way so I was wondering if it was possible to extract my save from Pokemon Y, put it into an Online Enabled version of Pokemon Y and have it work?

So is it easy to get your save file from the Rom? I forgot to put the Mega Stone on my Squirtle when I traded it over, save's gone now... so I wanted to hack it back onto it on my Y save.

Inject them into my Black/White save? I didn't even know there was a pokesav for Black and White yet? And incase I didn't make myself clear, the Relocator isn't recognising them for me after putting the Celebi onto Pearl, though the Three Legendary Dogs I managed to get normally from Wifi do, so there's something up there.

It does have Fateful Encounter, I have tried every single one in the pack. Apparently Black and White has something against Pokesaved Wondercard Pokemon that the other games do not, perhaps someone should look into this?

Can anyone confirm a Celebi that works with the EU Black/White's relocator for Zorua? Using Pokesav to put them into Pearl, they're not recognised, I'd really like to get this event to work.

Is anyone familiar with editing AR codes to make a .cht file for use with a G6/M3DSreal? I'd quite like to make one for Emerald for the Event Items and Enablers, but haven't had much luck doing so.

I was hoping to have a look at unlocking the future event things for Pokemon White today, but gbatemp's cheat.db doesn't have anything for doing that, at least not yet, and not for the UK version of White. (Using an M3DS Real, so I can't just input codes) Does White/Black have a pokesav yet? Or anything that could let me hack in the event items (and activate the event of course, I know just putting the items in usually doesn't do anything)?

Well I don't know about transferring other Pokemon, I just know that the Relocator item won't find my event Celebi, but will find my Legendary Dogs.

This one actually does have that ID number, and we sent it to my SoulSilver and the Time Travel event thing happened... I guess that means it's a problem with White, well that's annoying that I have to wait for someone to fix it, oh well. At least I know I was using pokesav correctly to use the event files. Eh.

Okay, I've tried it with both the Celebi English and Celebi Mall Tour/Gamestop version, remembering to use the Wondercards as well as the Pokemon this time, on my Pokemon Pearl. Traded them to my cousin's Platinum and then activated White's relocator, and it's still only recognising 3 pokemon to transfer over, the three dogs. Can someone help? I really want to activate the SS and B/W events.

I tried to use one of the Celebi's that unlock Zorua, but the Relocator in White didn't recognise him to transfer. I neglected to add both the Wondercard AND the event pokemon using pokesav however cause I was in a rush and forgot, do both need to be put onto the save at the same time for the Pokemon's Event triggering nature to still happen? That's the only thing I can think that might have screwed it up, tho I did trade it to my cousin before trying the relocator, would that have affected anything?

I'm trying to get the Event items in Pokemon Emerald on my M3DS Real, unfortunately you can't really convert the savefile to work with an emulator yet, and all cheat files I've found for it either don't work, or give me glitchy items that don't work. I really want to use Emerald RNG tricks to get me a Shiny Mew, Deoxys etc, but if I can't get the items into the game I can't access the areas, does anyone have a M3 .cht file for Emerald, or would be capable of making one with just the codes for event items?

Would someone be able to explain how the RNG in Platinum works a bit more simpler? The guides I've seen are confusing, I'm not interested in getting perfect IVs, tho I don't want horrible IVs either, I'm mostly looking to use it for Shiny Legendaries, Eggs, and whatever else you can use it for to get Shinys.
