Only reason I appreciate religion is that it provided an early moral code when laws were hard to enforce. People are naturally inquisitive, for things we cannot fathom to explain, it is easiest to say it is the work of the "divine" rather than finding the physical solution. By filling in these "gaps" of knowledge with synthetic (and incorrect) explanations, we are able to assure ourselves that we know our place in our world, and how it works. We're still doing the research at smogon on the new PID creation methods. There's certain PIDs that cannot be obtained based on the players IDs, even if it would be shiny. The game just skips them. The whole thing is easier said than done, and would probably only be considered after the english games have come out (and awhile after that).

It's based off of data collecting. Encounter, run, encounter run. Repeat 500x, get results of approximate encounter rates.

Sync checking is only used for captured Pokemon, not hatched. It checks to see if that PIDIV you got is not normally skipped by the RNG. Eggs aren't subjected to the check. Trashbytes.exe is for pal parked Pokemon only

PID sets it shiny and adamant with the IDs the event gives it. Here's the correct PID/ID info for them, IVs are variable to whatever you want. Be sure you set the right encounter method hex and the hidden metdata for HGSS.

Having the IDs/PID locked is a way Nintendo officializes things, and can see if that special move they added to the event Arceus n00bhacker brought to the VGCs was (exactly identical to one) possible to obtain from this event. Let me introduce you to Event Traders, who are 100% anal about what data the event comes with. They have their own "rarities" placed on lesser distributed mons, and if someone created a similar appearing hack based on public information, they could call out the imposter on it. Kinda like fiat money, of course you could fake it, but a n00bhacker can't create a flawless hack without the same printing plates / paper / blueprint. Also of course there's no legal 31/31/31/31/31/31 Naive Heatran possible from gen4, nor is there a shiny Flawless Jirachi possible. People are OCD and don't like hacks because they don't have access to them, or are just naturalists. RNGers don't like hackish acquisitions of things they can RNG because the hacker doesn't have the skills to do it without something else intruding and doing it for them. Well, you did it wrong. Entei has a static PID from the gamestp event. 10/11 are GBA events not NDS

If it is an entei from the game (not from gamestp), it is a Method 1 (ABCD) PIDIV. If it's from gamestop, it's a static PID with any IVs.

Don't put newer events in there or they will come out as hacks.

If someone wanted to implement the checked info into their own checker as well as updated definitions of the newer events. Mainly new definitions in a new program/version, because loads of idiots cry when their GAMESTP Raikou comes up "HACKED".

Those really haven't been extracted as far as I know, and are just based off of data collecting. Encounter Slots for B+W is what a lot of people want [and how they are called]

The all nature dittos are for B/W only, hence why they were not distributed on the server but instead via files.

This whole similar region is probably an advanced prevention for when the Korean B/W comes out, and to protect all other B/W languages from Korean DPPtHGSS games. Basically to prevent transferring from/to Korean language games.

The UK code would be the same as the English one. US Cloning code would work.

Those gift eggs are method 1 PID generated ones, so there isn't a shiny check. Those can be shiny if you RNG them, or trade them to a friend like the Manaphy trick
