    We've been trying to say that all along, but this finally puts the nail in the coffin. The Shiny Hadou mew I put out was a troll, just like DGee's Jeremy Staryu. What we think happened is that the Mews were generated on a Developer Cart (rom) and the save was cloned over to other retail cartridges which were used for distribution.

    Even though this got pretty off topic, I'm gonna elaborate for those who don't understand true/false stuff: Sabresite --> the PID{0} // PID{1} Can not be shiny == 1 (true) Can not be shiny == 0 (false) For gen 4, it should always be 1. In gen 5, it should always be 0.

    I'm pretty sure it's 0, as the gift editors would default it to 1 as opposed to a zero. It's the same case in generation 5, an unset PID is zero.

    IVs come from the Method 1 (ABCD) RNG, shifted back 2 frames because no PID is generated (thus the "AB" is used for the IVs and not the latter "CD") You can edit IVs willy nilly. C'mon, just RNG them!

    My vote is No. They can be legal, but not legitimate. Nintendo never intended for them to be distributed before the date on the ROM, and mailed out a new ROM to distribute the WIN2011 even before the GAMESTP one was to be distributed. "What if a GameStop never received the second cart?" Just as unlikely as them never receiving the first. People who work at GameStop or had friends who do could have changed the machine date (according to the information on the ROM dates), but this was of course not intended by Nintendo. Not authorized = "Semi-Legit", like hacking in the Azure Flute. Sure it's possible to get one, but you have to do what normally is not possible.

    never legitimately will exist. Nintendo probably got word that the distribution got leaked, so their contingency plan went into effect, just distribute new carts. I'm sure the Mall Tour Celebi would have been of a GAMESTP ID if it didn't happen to leak.

    You battled two trainers and started off in the town with Dragon Spiral Tower. Deerling, Starter (random), and Chillarmy(??) Yeah, it sucked. Basically the game was hard wired into a modified DSlite, so there were no cartridges in those DSes. It was hardly worth the wait. If you beat those two trainers and talked to the professor, your game reset. If you whited out, your game reset. If you went past 15 minutes of playing, your game reset. No buildings were accessible (NPCs blocked them off). Totally sucked. Now that the GameStop Celebi is the exact same Wonder Card, it makes the entire event suck even more. The only good thing about the whole event was the free spins (which took an hour to do, even though the prizes were pretty bad) and the things you can buy.

    Making in person event Pokemon as easy to get as just going to a store... Eh, I guess we had the card in advance at the least.

    which means you have to evolve it on your own or trade it to your game. you have to obtain it, not cheat it. There are pokedex editors like pokestock and pokegen you should try those

    Make the secondary DNS the same as your Primary. So long as the wifi works regularly without the setting of the DNS, it will allow you to connect so long as the GTS is not down.

    There's a portable version, so you don't have to install. To get the actual pokemon in the game, you'd have to find one or receive one from the gift/card.

    Zekrom / Reshiram / Victini / Zoroark / Zorua cannot be captured shiny. Zoroark / Zorua can only be bred shiny. High Link Pokemon cannot be shiny. Mystery Gift Pokemon cannot be shiny (Genesect / Keldeo / Meloetta), unless they are eggs used with the trade loophole. Unless the PID is set static.

    He's well aware of what's needed. Right now it's cleaning up the gen 4 event thread because there won't be any more new Wonder Cards after Celebi.

    Find the european version image name. It's not hard to find it: decrypt the iso then decrypt the demo disc file into GCM format check the GCM header for the IDs.

    nope remember, legal = / = legitimate use Pokemon Mystery Gift Editor to make yourself a fake card, then the game will give you a PID. But it's still not legal so you are better off just making up whatever PID you want. Give it whatever IVs too

    No, it's the WiFi version for the English games, assuming they are the real cards/gifts. Mall tour has an ID of 2211, WiFi has 1211.
