    It generates AR codes. You can then use those AR codes with a Gamecube AR.

    The random nature is determined by a timer linked to delay. Just keep RNGing them until you get your target, or find one elsewhere. You can't change values because it would then deviate from the Mystery Gift Dynamic PIDIV type.

    You can't "RNG" a 10 ANIV from GBA lol, the game gives you them "completely" random. It should say Common GBA Event [Restricted]. hacked!

    For pokemon with DW abilities the 0x42 has to be 01 (dream world ability flag). Use the proper gender, that might be where it is rejecting (male)

    <p><p><p><p><p>I might try DotA2 because it's from Valve, the reason I don't like all the hype is because people think IceFrog is great and he will make something amazing.     Static PIDs are only for set natures (and shiny). TRU Arceus isn't a static.

    Abilities are calculated differently this gen. Upper16 of the PID %2. Gen 3/4 mons are not affected by this, even upon evolving.

    Only reason I appreciate religion is that it provided an early moral code when laws were hard to enforce. People are naturally inquisitive, for things we cannot fathom to explain, it is easiest to say it is the work of the "divine" rather than finding the physical solution. By filling in these "gaps" of knowledge with synthetic (and incorrect) explanations, we are able to assure ourselves that we know our place in our world, and how it works. This is explained in "The God of the Gaps" (by Neil deGrasse Tyson). You can see the video here. "15% of the most brilliant minds in the (US) accepts (a personal God)" Religious people are quick to explain things that are beyond their scope of understanding as the work of God(s). Not only has this hindered many scientists at the limit of their knowledge, as shown in the video, it also limits our openness to new ideas, which may better explain the realm in which we live. tl;dr, religion is good for its morals (albeit not completely). Good for early governance, bad for modern ideas. I'm with Darwin.
