    No, that wouldn't; however, if you have WiFi access, you can use the Ardsi with a microsd slot to run a homebrew file that can back up the save file.     I haven't tried it (still believe that Nintendo may ban users from online content/the firmware itself if flashcarts are used), but I would be suprised if it didn't work just like the DSi.

Hopefully KyoMcFizzle or a mod can add that to the original post.
