    Thanks @InsaneNutter I got JKSM to recognize it, but then it kept corrupting when I tried to inject the save with my old Pokemon on it. Everything should now work thank!

    At the moment what save manager can we use to extract and inject saves with? Currently JKSM isn't recognizing the game on the system and SaveDataFiler corrupts the save every time I attempt to inject a save.

    I particularly like Sludge Bomb Zoroark, but in general Zoroark can make it look like any Pokemon knows unique moves (then you get called a dirty hacker).

    That is a typo on my part. I accidentally referred to the one on Crystal which isn't under leveled when I meant to refer to the under level one in Gold and Silver. The Kadabra that @jojo12100 posted appears to be the Kadabra from Gold and Silver which would be the correct one for the trade. Before anyone else posts saying that according to Serebii that there is a lv 8 Kadabra in Union Cave in Crystal, that is a typo it actually is a Geodude.

    That's all fine and dandy, I don't actually have a copy of Japanese Crystal or Japanese Stadium 2, but I do have a Japanese Blue. I Just wanted to make sure that we are agree that it would be possible to obtain these Pokemon with the method outlined above. This leads me to my proposal of how to actually get these two. When I was playing through Green I learnt that the trainer fly glitch works in the game and so the glitch should be present in Blue as well. Therefore I could glitch the Kadabra and Machoke raise them to the level that they can be obtained in Crystal at and then do the trades.

    In the Japanese version of Pokemon Blue there are two trainers that will trade you a Haunter and a Graveler in exchange for a Kadabra and a Machoke. However, in order to get them at the lowest possible level the Kadabra and the Machoke would have to be from Crystal version, but upon trading them they would evolve. This got me thinking if I were to deposit them onto Pokemon Stadium Gold/Silver I could transfer them to Blue without them evolving therefore allowing for the under level trade for Haunter and Graveler take place. Is my thought process correct or am I missing something here?

    Without seeing the actual files it's hard to determine what could be the issue with the Pokémon. My guess is since all of those Pokémon can only be 100% male and they were hatched from an egg there could be an issue with the program correctly recognizing that a female Pokémon of a different species can breed those Pokémon. Therefore a 100% male Pokémon of that species can be from an egg with its hidden ability. However, I didn't make the program or know it's code so I can't be entirely sure were the issue is arising.

    @St. GIGA people knew how to distribute fake Pokémon back then. If my memory is correct at the Pokémon Platinum lunch event someone was distributing an offensive Gengar to attendees. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    I'm certain that the NPower Pikachu was proven to be a fake. There was an article written here years ago called "Cute, but Fake" or that at least is a quote from the post it was a long time ago. Any how it outlined how the event was faked. I've found an old forum post that also talks about the original post that outlines how the Pikachu is fake. I can't find the original post at this time

    Sorry @Johnwraight the way I worded my last message was confusing. Yes, use PkHex to extract the Pokémon from the save. What I was referring to were homebrew applications that allow you to dump your save like JKSM or trading the Pokémon onto a flash cart in order to extract. @HaxAras I don't blame you I'm going onto 6 hours trying to get Kommo-o. Just catch whatever you can or feel like catch.

    @Johnwraight you can defiantly help. I think @HaxAras is working on gen 5 and I'm working on gen 5 and 7. But, right now since there are so many Pokémon to get just catch what every you want just as long as you have the means to extract the Pokémon or the save file from your game. Also @HaxAras I've get my hands on a copy of Green Version so I can get you those in game trades at the lowest possible level.

    Thank you @jojo12100 for the corrections and @NinFanBoyFTW for the contributions. I'll update the lists and the download folder next week when I can get onto an actual computer.

    As of now I don't have any particular targets as I'm playing through the game with a more open mind this time, so it'll be what ever I stumble upon at first. Afterwards I'll try and RNG abuse the more hard to find ones, but I'll have to find a table that lists the encounter slots to make that a feasible method. As of now just catch what ever you want to catch and just mention at some point in time that you've caught that one so I can update the list.

    So I decided that the OT rule was stupid so I got rid of it. For the next week I'm going on a road trip so I'll have some down time so I'm planning on getting the SOS Pokemon in gen 7 and do another Black play through so I'll catch those ones as I see them.

    Does anyone know the encounter slot for that Seismitoad so that RNG abuse can be used? Last I checked the link RNG Reporter gave for gen 5 encounter tables was dead.

    @HaxAras thanks! I'll take a look through the file when I get home and give you credit for those ones. The OT is fine I only suggested the OT thing to try and prevent potential offensive names.

    @Got_Eevees nothing has been obtained on the list yet. Also the Pokémon on the list are the only Pokémon that this thread is concerned with at the moment. It will be expansed upon when future games come out.

    Pokemon lists have been added to the main post. @HaxAras I lack the knowledge at this point to obtain the rental Pokemon from Stadium do you know how to extract them? Also, I'm thinking that those Pokemon might go with the Unreleased/Prototype thread than this one. What are your thoughts?

    @Got_Eevees I'm going through gen 4 tables right now, I haven't really set much time a side for this project and things got a little delayed due to spending time with friends before they leave for the year again. Expect the original post to be amended soon a full list of under leveled Pokemon. Just keep in mind there will probably be errors in the list at first. I'm glad that posting these were able to help you. As I was going through encounter tables I've learnt that the Bulbapedia page I was using for reference had some wrong information and some of the gen 1 and 2 in-game trade Pokemon can actually be found at lower levels then documented on that page. But, I'll have to double check on that information by checking in game. As for getting them in all languages I'd love to do that, but as I do not own any other language game other than english ones I'd need to rely on emulation to get them or find others with different language versions to help out.

    That is something that is 100% out of our control. I don't know who makes that decision, but it isn't something we do not have authorization to do. Otherwise the download section would be flooded with everyone's stuff and nothing would ever get found. So no, files get uploaded to this thread and maybe, but leaning greatly to the side that this will never be considered as something that will be incorporated into the downloads section.

    If you'd like you can help out. There won't be any training of Pokemon required since the only Pokemon left are ones to find in the wild. I still need to look through encounter tables to see where under leveled Pokemon are located, but I'll do that early next week as I heading out of town for the weekend. In terms of a Dropbox any Pokemon caught can be uploaded to this tread or use the privet messaging for discussion that doesn't need to be public.
