not sure if BootNTR still works on higher firmwares, but yes (if it works). open the menu (X and Y button), then take screenshot. Btw, everytime your system restarts a power cycle, you need to restart BootNTR. Keep that in mind.

Luma CFW is like a hacked operating system. If you're running a hacked 3DS with CFW, you have to be using a hacked operating system. Try to boot by placing these files in your SD card. https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases On first boot there should be options to your to toggle. If there isn't, hold the Select button on boot. There should be a configuration page. This will confirm you have it installed.

if it still doesn't show up for you (maybe you did a 1.0.0 save straight to 1.2.0 save), look for non-named block key's that is Object 0x23D4 (that means finding an object of that size.)

The question was "whether can it be hacked" not "whether can it be hacked via soundhax". Soundhax is software vulnerability, which I believe got subsequently patched. It's hardware vulnerability exploits that works for all firmwares. If you never could get the other methods to work, then you need to rely on ntrboothax.

2DS/3DS of any model has a hardware vulnerability, so they all can be hacked. Tho, you may need additional hardware to accomplish that. Read the guide properly, and follow it. Use at your own risk.

It's like giving Forecast to Arceus. When it comes to type changing abilities, I think they all fail on Arceus, and Castform. Type changing abilities may work on other mons..

Update: 0E615A8C - 0255 Object 0x23D4 contains normal_encount_rigel Edit: I've been informed that, depending on whether your save took the path 1.0.0 -> 1.2.0 or 1.0.0 -> 1.1.0 -> 1.2.0, the key ID name may actually be different. In that case, look for a Object 0x23D4
