  1. @theSLAYER Care to comment on this?
  2. Youcould try that. I'm not sure what else you can do except start a new game, then use the block importer to transfer plot flags into the new save, then move all your pokemon.
  3. VBA has been known to screw with the RTC function. There should be an option to disable the RTC in VBA which might help.
  4. @Demonic722 @DeadSkullzJr Can either of you help this poor soul out?
  5. The thing i can view ythe initial record game saved 16.7m times(0xFFFFFF) but if i go to select another record that is when i get the error i posted
  6. Pkhex does have the option it is in the SAV tab under event flags
  7. The save has had extensive AR abuse so alot of data is/was 0xFF'd most of it was automatically corrected by pkhex but the records seem to have all been set to 0xFFFFFF
  8. After you set the rom, click maps. Below where you select the map there is a tab for scripts.
  9. I think OP means the contents of the balls. that data is stored in the script table for each map iirc.
  10. The save should be 128 kb for some reason yours is 136
  11. That is the starter from let's go pikachu
  12. Which narc file contains data displayed in the pokedex as displayed in ppre pokemon->main tab. I seem to have intered too large a value in height and weight and now I am unable to change it further. I indend to simply replace the bad file with an unedited one and start over. EDIT: I got it, for those intrested it was a/0/2/7
  13. You could try editing the pgt file.
  14. Does this use the 1.0 or 1.1 version of firered?
  15. Based on the info you've given it will be necessart to flag diff between a save just before receiving the floaties, and one just after.
  16. I believe there is an item called ability capsule. Use that item on your hattrene. You can purchase it at the battle tower
  17. Version 0.3.0.RC1

    835 downloads

Utility to read and write save data to and from gba games. Created By pokedoc Changelog - Initial release Version 0.1.1 (12-7-2010) - Fix broken restore sequence (you now need to press (B) on the start screen, instead of (A)) - Fixes and improvements to the restore function (verifies that .sav size >= save chip size, and that a save chip is present at all) Version 0.2 (12-30-2010) - Add an ini file (using libini by Simon White); drop it in the same directory as the homebrew or in the root folder if it does not work - Add Wifi backup/restore mode (using ftplib by Thomas Pfau) - Add File browsing - Add (very experimental) Slot-2 Flash Card detection routine. If this works as expected, I will add a full Slot-2 based backup mechanism later. - (hopefully) fix some issues with the EZFlash 3in1 Version 0.2.1 (1-9-2011) - Definitely fix issues with EZFlash 3in1 mode on the EZFlash Vi (and probably several other cards as well). Version 0.2.2 (2-12-2011) - Fix more glitches with older EZFlash 3in1s. Enable 1-pass restore process. - Add safety mechanism for WiFi restore process; if the file transfer fails, nothing will be deleted. Version 0.2.3 (3-4-2011) - Fix a 3in1 backup bug introduced with 0.2.2, dumping works again. - Improves stability of the WiFi backup/restore processes. The program will no longer freak out if something interferes with the transfer. - Adds partial GBA backup/restore mode (EEPROM is not supported yet). Version 0.2.4 (4-10-2011) - Modify 3in1 backup path so that it supports 3in1 with dead battery. - Make it clearer when FTP mode has hit a small delay and the program is trying to continue. - Program now makes use of lower screen for most messages, which allows longer, more detailled messages. - Adds a Readme file/Manual to the program. Version 0.3.0 RC1 (8-14-2011) This is the first non-beta, feature complete release. It implements everything I know how to do. From now on, progress will be much slower (i.e. only when somebody figures out something new). If you want to start your own fork, this is the perfect time - there will be no more significant updates in the forseeable future (except for bug fixes and new translations). - Adds the ability to translate most parts of the user interface. - Adds Slot 2 backup mode (you will need a Slot 2 flash card; anything that has a DLDI driver should be supported). - Enables FTP restore mode for saves bigger than the memory buffer (usually 2 MB), it now uses multiple passes in this case. - Various stability fixes, especially aimed for R4 clones. - Many behind-the scenes improvements aimed to simplify further hacking. - Instruction file is no longer beta.
  18. The R4 when used with a ds phat or lite can be used to extract savedata from games inserted in slot 2 using "savegame_manager_0.3.0.RC1"(I don't see it listed in the downloads, i'll upload it now)
  19. Alongside the ups file is a "Documentation" folder which has "txt" and "json" subfolders what you are looking for is in the "txt" folder
  20. @Kaphoticswhat do you think?
  21. We'll need the entire error log. There should be an option to copy to clipboard. Paste that into a spoiler and post it. To make a spoiler type [spo iler]text goes here[/spo iler] without the spaces between o and i
  22. Your best bet is to use RNGreporter.
  23. I believe that information is available in the "Documentation" provided with the download.
  24. If you have access to an acton replay or gameshark you can use the code 88C1DC24 EE83B44B to reset the flag. The only problem is that code is for the US version so it might not work depending on what version you play on. @Demonic722 What do you think?
