    You probably have like the oldest version of Action Replay Code Manager. Click the Software upgrade button on the top-right corner to get the latest version. If Software Upgrade doesn't work, refer to this thread. It will have a link to download the code manager. Download them depending on if you use Action Replay or Action Replay Media Edition. After downloading, run the setup application.

    If you want the Platinum Flag, set your stolen flags to 49 or higher then steal 1 real flag and you'll get the platinum flag. The reason why you couldn't fool the game is because in the stolen flags' owners, you have no-one registered. You need to have at least one person registered in order to get flags.

    I don't need to go through all that, all I need to do is Right-Click > Open with... > Notepad. And there i'm done, even US and EUR codes work for my game and it's ID is CPUE-3811DEF6

    Granted but it is exactly the same as the Sinnoh Region, only that the name of the Region is different. I wish there will be a Pokemon game where you can access all regions of Pokemon.

    You would need: Pokemon Platinum Action Replay DS or Action Replay DS Media Edition Platinum Pokesav *Winrar Archiver *Means if you are downloading from the Pokesav Download Page in the PP main site. If you are getting Pokesav Platinum from someone else's files or USB you can just click and drag the file from the Winrar Archiver to a folder.
