He means attach. Click the Go advanced button in the quick reply and you'll see a paperclip sign. Click that to attach the PKM file you made on Pokesav.

Not exactly sure but if it's both 31 IV's I think it's random and becomes either one of them depending on the PID. Also I heard that Mischievous is 31 Sp. Atk IV's

How do you pal-park pokemon from pokesav?

You just click Pal Park and edit the pokemon just like you do in Party Edit. If you're talking about the Platinum Pokesav, it doesn't have that application -

Grey means that you can't edit that part, taken from that I could tell you're using the storage codes. Three possibilities I could think of: - You're using different region game cart and pokesav - If you typed in manually through touch screen, you might have typed something wrong - For the Box and Slot you chose for Empoleon to be. You have to have a pokemon there to be replaced. If there's no pokemon ready for replacement, the code won't take effect.

Not Exactly... cause not everyone has PhotoShop, some programs may lack some effects which only PhotoShop has. And I just realised that the program I use doesn't have liquify, everything else I have but not that. So I am one of those people... :frown: -

You can post a request in Wi-Fi Trading if you don't mind the OT/TID/SID/OTG being different... Don't know what you can do if you don't have access to Wi-Fi (like me) though...

Bah... I can't find PPTE i've searched everywhere. No results. But I still don't get why you need a fresh dialga... It's not Lvl 100 yet so you can still EV train yours. There's no point in making one that looks fresh and new. You can try and make it in Pokesav so everything is legal. You can even ask someone to trade one to you on the Wi-Fi Trading. Just say something like 'Can anyone trade me a 100% Untouched Dialga Lvl 47'.
