You have to recreate the data because it's not stored as a full pk3 (see Secret Base structure). Even doing a RAM dump during a battle won't help because the data won't be complete or in the right order either. The OT is your OT + a letter from A - S, it's not set to Debug, I just named him that way when I created the save. 252 - GECKARBOR - C4A800000001.pk32 points

Please, always keep a backup of your savegames! To know where this comes from, please read this thread: https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?46883-GEN-3-Mystery-Gift-Research PC Version: https://github.com/projectpokemon/Gen3-WCTool/releases/ GC/Wii Homebrew: https://github.com/suloku/gba-link-cable-dumper/releases/ NDS Homebrew: https://github.com/suloku/savegame-manager/releases/ e-Reader savegames for Eon Ticket transfer (all regions) via Link Cable with real hardware: EON_ticket_ereader_savegames.zip Sorry, I can't make a propper post right now. I'll try to get this decent tomorrow. There are some readme included. FAQ: Q: What's the diference between using any of these injection apps and sending my cartridge to nintendo? A: None. Q: I have a ESP/GER/ITA/FRE game. If I inject the USA Mystic ticket, will this be legit? A: All evidence suggests that the USA Wondercard distributions were compatible with all non-japanese games. Game release dates make it also technically possible to have received an Emerald Mystic ticket on an European game, and we know the USA Aurora Ticket distribution device is compatible with European games (but it only distributed the english wondercard, fully opetational though). - USA and UK games are the very same game rom, so all the english events apply to both, regarless of being European or USA. - The spanish Emerald Aurora ticket wondercard is fine, Nintendo messed up and left Vermillion city instead of updating the wondercard text to Hoenn. The event was never done in Spain, but it could be received at other countries if you used the spanish cart, so it is totally legit, so don't worry, nintendo was very sloppy with this. - Nintendo also messed up the german Eon Ticket (there is photo proof from oficial german distribution that this was already known). This Magmortar is a Pokemon collected by inputing a special code in the Pokemon Battle Revolution game for Wii. You would then buy this from the shop as a Heated Gift for free. You could not find out that this was a Magmortar until you transferred the gift to your Diamond or Pearl game and received it. This is a .pkm file. I recommend using the fabulous Pkhex to inject this into your save file.1 point -

@HaxAras @Sabresite apologizes for the unnecessary remarks, I managed to get a flashcart and used the mystery gift tool developed by these talented people: [GEN III] Mystery Gift Tool as I was looking for the best way of obtaining the tickets without messing up the save file (action replay messed up my save file) and the injecting tool is indeed amazing! Thanks guys for your all your hardwork!1 point

There was another error in Pokemon history: Shiny Diancie which was revealed by error and then distributed in Japan in December promo. That's why we can still hope a Volcanion distribution one day or another.1 point

The problem is that your Hitmontop was sent over to gen 5 at Lv. 12, and thus, as a Tyrogue. Tyrogue itself cannot learn Sucker Punch, so it must be a Hitmontop in order to do it, and it doesn't evolve until Lv. 20. Look at this: By changing the met level to 20, PKHeX takes it was indeed transferred as a Hitmontop, and therefore it's now legal.1 point

Got great news for ya, I found out that the Mystery Gift option status flag is actually logging how many gifts you get in the day with the maximum of 5 (also pointlessly stored in another 3 offsets apart)! I was able to test this out myself by setting the byte as 00 and it allowed my modified save file to receive a gift with the same person again. Also, I found the Password points of Crystal and elucidated its (as well as Mom's savings and the Link Battle scores) max amounts. Now I'm trying to get every Decoration in-game via clock-resetting and save re-importing (should maybe try doing the Trainer House glitch to see if it'll speed things up), and also find out how the starters are stored. @theSLAYER I know I presumed the likely offsets for Mystery Gift in Japanese and Korean, but are you able to clarify the Korean versions, at least? I feel confident that this is enough research done to be implemented.1 point

Pokésav is a save editing tool for Generation 4 (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver). Its development has ceased. Users are encouraged to use PKHeX instead. Pokésav does have a few key features that distinguish it from other things, such as Underground editing; if you don't need something specific, however, stick to PKHeX for gen 4 editing. There are different files for each game and language. Use this table to find the version you want: English Japanese French German Spanish Dutch Diamond/Pearl pokesav_en.zip pokesav_jp.zip pokesav_fr.zip pokesav_de.zip pokesav_sp.zip pokesav_nl.zip Platinum pokesavplat_en.zip pokesavplat_jp.zip pokesavplat_fr.zip HeartGold/SoulSilver pokesavhgss_en.zip pokesavhgss_jp.zip Zip file password (with the space and capitalization): Project Pokemon SHA256 (pokesav_de.zip) = 547ab12dd2bf912a3f7ed1a8fbeffe49aa47502a2f1d39799f95350f7e6478e7 SHA256 (pokesav_en.zip) = 91930d8b0255fb55c8cdcb8400b9d3db8d4e361e15c9d24fc920e307ca12e44d SHA256 (pokesav_fr.zip) = 2f3012bf1354095fd1dd1a74f58741f630f58c681ee52d7c80d0c2d6067ebd3d SHA256 (pokesavhgss_en.zip) = 36379e67c49a91831bf6ec91e5921da6c9078e549e2620e4dbfc4da528df667a SHA256 (pokesavhgss_jp.zip) = fec66b59da0311f3605077bbd31d816a0fd297f08633f3c45da1dcbb7bab66cc SHA256 (pokesav_jp.zip) = dae7ae74200dddf024c4a6aefc691adc3e965334c9ecc4a3facc253d839e680a SHA256 (pokesav_nl.zip) = 1f334997f0537a9728d2b8ba196a1ad783897938d2caf36865fa9e430ba8cd52 SHA256 (pokesavplat_en_old1.zip) = f77c0bb0b22fdc9fab2134dd32d6bf4b2552b477e0a9f6dae34dfebccdb50b96 SHA256 (pokesavplat_en_old2.zip) = e19093fc426c728331ea2c52e6919315a0ca60e7b44c9ef4776b9b3b532688bd SHA256 (pokesavplat_en_old3.zip) = fdc586835f4f561f3acb45a2c2dafc96f79ad050adf9908d751e0a8d210eedeb SHA256 (pokesavplat_en.zip) = fb15e009c35317a239d325a0deb120799d70eec19aff66fa67588181aa91acc9 SHA256 (pokesavplat_fr.zip) = 043440a72f85068b756d0ff0f1b88b008eee08e57d8ddea04df310e8d77bd7f9 SHA256 (pokesavplat_jp.zip) = b4e3b4b0e5a68e9b48f75b0396551c07304276cbf912a0000a514856f05afbc1 SHA256 (pokesav_sp.zip) = 7d3a8f01677d8bbcaff74b057fdb79f35e437452d892787daff72701926a1a7f1 point -
PKHeX's Database PKHeX is able to create a 'pkmdb' folder and store pkm files from all generations for later use. Consider it like a Pokémon Bank. The Database may be accessed via Tools->Data->Database, or by pressing CTRL-D. The above image is what you may see if you have LOTS of Pokémon dumped to your database. Pokémon from the active save file will also appear. The Database may be searched to find certain properties that you desire via the options on the right side of the window. What can you do with the results? View: Loads into the Main window to view all properties, and can be set into the save file. Delete: Can be removed from the database (no undo!) You may additionally use the script command format used by the Batch Editor to do more advanced searching. To access the input region, Tools->Search Settings->Advanced Search or press CTRL-A. Advanced Search filtering is done AFTER the regular GUI filters on the right side are processed. Refer to the Batch Editor tutorial for questions regarding figuring out what to enter. Below is an example of using the Advanced Search filters:1 point
