A couple of years ago, I found that most of my team in Pearl had disappeared, apparently due to a heinous glitch. However, all their data is still on my copy of Pokémon Battle Revolution. I wish to know how to extract or copy the data on that game and get my missing team members back.

Hi! I hope this is the right place to ask for this; I’ve searched this forum and on Google in general but I couldn’t find anything, even though I’m sure it exists. Could anyone link me to a list of all the Pokémon used by NPCs in the Gen 3 GBA games? At the moment, I’m especially interested in Emerald, and in knowing the IVs and EVs of the Pokémon used in the Elite Four. (I’m working on something and I need accurate data for damage calculation.) I thought I had seen and saved lists like that a long time ago, but I can’t find anything like it anymore. There’s so many people here working on ROMs etc., a simple list of all NPCs with their full Pokémon data (not just level and moves) must be available somewhere, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have visited the IRC many times and asked for advice on how to help with Save Research and Development on various Pokemon games and their respective systems. However, all of my notes were erased when my laptop messed up (currently undergoing repairs). I would like to help out if at all possible, but I would like to know if I have everything I need and if not, what would be next step/software and hardware I need? I wanted to make this thread for others who might be eager to help and to have it all in one thread. I apologize to those who have talked with me in IRC before about this and that it may need to be mentioned again. Here is what I own, all of which are authentic and working: Pokemon Games: Hardware: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I could not find any thread (at least as much as I looked being exhausted) that would teach people who would like to help on how to aid with research all in one source. I would like to apologize if this was already asked, but I figured it would be alright since I am also unsure if what I have is enough, etc. Pictures here and here

I've been messing with pkhex and after checking a few of my pokemon, I dont really understand how the residence data is stored. - Most of the pokemon acquired from gts trades have no past location data at all. - Other pokemon have 1/2 past locations but the location they originated from, as seen in the main tab, is not there (for example, I have a giratina which is from Hong Kong but only has Japan,Tokyo as a past location). - Then, there are a few that actually have the location of origin as a past location (rarely). - Most pokemon acquired through wifi trades (not local or gts) had past location data, but there were still inconsistencies like above. If anyone could post some info, I would be grateful!

Could you make it when we export our boxes to a csv file with the box data report that when we open it with excel there are images instead of just System.something...?

What is the data from a Pokemon caught in the PokeWalker? For example, I have a PKM of a Viridian Forest Pikachu, and I want to make it look like a legal Flying Pikachu from the PokeWalker. After making one of its moves into Fly, what else do I need to edit? (Like location data, level met, PID-IV relationship, trash bytes, etc.)

How is the data for a pokemon caught in the pokewalker any different from a normal wild pokemon? (e.g. location data, hex values, PID/IV correlation, etc.) For example, is it possible to catch 2 exactly identical Pikachu, one in the pokewalker Yellow Forest and the other in Viridian Forest? (besides stuff like level caught)

Hello: I posted a FAQ at GameFAQs for Pokemon locations (viewable here) that used a spreadsheet posted at the old forum as the source for the data. Unfortunately, the link provided no longer works and I lost my local copy of the spreadsheet in a hard drive crash, so I can't re-host it. Is it still accessible anywhere else?

Hello everyone! Any of you notice this problem? The Egg hatch date field in newest PokeGEN seems to be inverted with Met date. This was done with a legit egg-hatched pokemon from a retail copy of Pearl, checked in SoulSilver Rom, then manually traded to to a retail HeartGold, then finally legitly imported into a White 2 Rom. Mmmm, might be easier to explain like this: Retail Pearl (hatched) ---> Rom SoulSilver (1st window) Rom SoulSilver ---> Retail HeartGold Retail HeartGold ---> Rom White2 (2nd window) Same PokeGen version used to view both SS and W2 Rom. And this is where I'm viewing it before sending to Retail Black2. Is this just on my end or trouble with PokeGen?
