Friend Code (Nintendo Switch)

Friend Code (3DS)

NNID (Wii U)

  1. The E-reader mons require you to scan in 4 trainers and then fight a 5th "boss trainer" and when you've done all 25 battles, you're allowed to fight the E-reader mon. Would it be safe to assume each card would just hold a little bit of the E-reader data? I could probably find and send you one of my saves with the E-reader cards scanned in if you'd have any interest in looking that over for any reason.
  2. If the method of save re-encryption is not fully understood, then it's not at all possible. The same can be said for how Datel transmit the information as well. Build your own card reader? It might certainly be pointless if you didn't have a Powersaves account. Powersaves definitely authenticates your account (they check whether you registered your e-mail account with a product key after purchase), so without it, the service wouldn't work. Furthermore, Powersaves is region locked. Users who purchased it in the wrong region, had to e-mail Datel to request to get the Product Key's region changed, in order to be able to use it (they were able to do it server-side). You getting a NDS or 3DS flashcart?

  6. Hello everyone, today I want to consult something that I have not been able to recreate in an emulator for a long time. The situation is the following: I have tried using Dolphin emulator and VBA-M to recreate the download of the E-Cards for Phenac Stadium and in that way to have that event in the game of Pokemon Colosseum in japan language. The problem arises when I try to get the E-reader + ROM to try to read the .raw files, it always says "Region Error", or if I try to connect the 2 games, it says "Connection Error". Can you help me with this inconvenience ?, is a subject that I have not been able to solve alone, in these cases I think it is better to ask for help. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and pay attention.
  7. Hey, didn‘t Want to Open a new Topic, so i try it Here. I Downloaded Pokémon Sun from the Nintendo e-Shop to my SD-Card. There is now only one .sav-File from it but pkhex cant Open it. Is there Somerhing Else i have to do !?
  8. Nice work! It looks like the visibility of the buttons don't get updated when you override the game version. They get updated in the Event Tool. Also the offsets seem to be fine though. By the way, if anyone is looking for ECT and ECB files: e-Card Trainers.zip e-Card Berries.zip e-Card Berries.zip e-Card Trainers.zip

Working on the initial discovery of @TheHeatedMo, using hacking and modifications, players became able to access the previously locked e-Reader Room of Pokemon Colosseum. From there, @Zerbe92 and @HaxAras managed to obtain the English versions of these Pokemon, using their Japanese E-reader cards and e-reader+ ! Original Thread:
  10. According with this post I sent you an e-mail with a little information about the "Mystic Ticket TGC World Championship 2005", I have that WC3 file and is the same information in comparation with the others "Mystic Ticket" files. some weeks ago I found the gba file for this Wonder Card, I mean the distribution cartridge as gba file.
  11. What is your interest in it? Just as a novelty or are you trying to catch the Lati@s on your save? Cause you could import a Japanese save to an English rom, scan the cart and then send it back. I can't actually remember which events were released for each language in gen 3. As for making an actual E-reader card to scan into a Japanese game. I would have no idea where to begin. I know people have looked into or talked about making fakes and repro E-reader cards. But I never read up on it much as I'd rather have the real thing for my collection.
  12. I have them. Ps: I have already contributed the Beta E-card. ProtoCarabaffedecrypted.pkm ProtoHerbizarredecrypted.pkm ProtoReptinceldecrypted.pkm
  13. Great @suloku. Btw. How is the Japanese Eon Ticket e-Card I requested going?

This Pokémon was distributed to commemorate the release of the TCG Expansion: Cosmic Eclipse. For players in Europe, players can obtain the serial code from participating retailers between October 1 to November 15, 2019. This marks the first time Shiny Lunala is available in the games, as Lunala is shiny-locked in Pokémon Moon and Pokémon Ultra Moon. 15. This guide will require the use of a hacked 3DS. This only works for CIA/e-shop version (a.k.a digital copy) of the game. Does not work for the restoring save back into the cart versions (physical copy) of the games. This guide only applies if the save came from the same 3DS, and said 3DS has not been reformated since. The save also needs to be encrypted with the same encryption system that the 3DS uses. (This mostly affects any encrypted save back ups made before FW6, if I'm not mistaken. Probably a limited amount of people, like very early CFWers, would be impacted by this problem) Also, if your back ups are from Powersaves, this method will not work. Main steps 1. If there is no save in the digital copy of the game, create a new save on said game. (make sure you save in-game) 2. Replace the 00000001.sav in the correct folder. (I've blanked out 2 folder names. They comprise of an odd combination of alpha-numerals, and change from user to user. Your SD card will be assigned to new values for both folder, every time you reformat the 3DS) As for the folder name before data (and after 00040000), it depends on what game you're restoring back into: Game Name Game ID Pokémon X 00055D00 Pokémon Y 00055E00 Pokémon Omega Ruby 0011C400 Pokémon Alpha Sapphire 0011C500 Pokémon Sun 00164800 Pokémon Moon 00175E00 Pokémon Ultra Sun 001B5000 Pokémon Ultra Moon 001B5100 The example above is for Ultra Moon. 3. Now that you replaced the encrypted save, delete the secure value using the app called savedatafiler (we will not provide that.) Once again, what folder name you delete from, depends on the game ID. Make sure you're at the user tab, as seen on the bottom screen above. The digits above relates to the game ID, but they all lack the last 2 0s. Example, for Pokémon Y: 00055E00 -> 0055E Scroll down on the D-pad to make sure you hover (yellow highlight) the entry. Don't delete the secure value for CTR card (default hover). You gotta scroll down yo. 4. Check the game, see if the save loads. If the save isn't corrupted, you imported it into the correct folder, and deleted secure value correctly, no reason why it wouldn't load. 5. Use a save manager to back up the decrypted save. (Guide for Checkpoint or JKSM) Decrypted copies are honestly easier to restore. Keep one in your PC or cloud service. This method definitely works. (Look here)

  17. We are only missing a few Japanese promotional trainers. They were all added to the No-Intro database during this summer, but they are still not publicly available though. There's something else we are still missing as well: FRLG and Emerald e-Card trainers (about 100 cards). Unlike RS trainers these are used at Trainer Tower/Hill and they have a different unknown structure (they have tile map data for the tower floors). Their data is located at the 0x1E000 block in the save file.
  18. Sorry for barging in all of a sudden, I am trying to compile all Event Items for Pokemon Emerald US version, are there any roms/e-card roms for the Old Sea Map distribution? I can't seem to find any throughout the internet neither have I found any good app which I could probably use to generate a game save file of my own. Please help
  19. What's that test e-reader card? I'm not sure what you are trying exactly, but if there's some error I want it fixed.
  20. @jojo12100 I think at some point we should dump the e-cards, but I can understand why they aren't a priority. We can afford to clear the rest out of the way first. (that's technically how I feel about in-game trainers anyway XD) @BlackShark I understand that you were the one who dumped the Colo Demo Pokemon? Was there any Home Menu Icon for Colo Demo? Was wondering if you could grab a screenshot of it XD
  21. You are right. They dont have those redistributions in 2013 and only listed out the Hawii one , which kinda made me think that this distribution is exclusive to that Hawii event. Now based on your clarification, I realize that not even Serebii has as complete entries of all pokemon distribution events as ProjectPokemon does, damn. My apology for getting it wrong. Thanks for clarifying this. So it means a Gen5 mon from US event can legally have different region and country (say, JP) entries setting for the first time it's transferred via 3DS to the subsequent generations (via Poke Bank obviously)? If I'm right, then basically only event mons prior to Gen 5 can legally and freely gain/change to new region and country different to those being distributed? But the events from 6th generation onwards, they are locked to the region of distribution. From my further reading and researching, it seems that once a mon gains a particular 3DS region / sub region / country, those information will remain unchanged in subsequent generations tradings (be it despositing into the Bank or transferring to a console of another 3DS region). Am I correct? [ofc those info doesn't exist in Let's Go P/E / Gen 8 because they are wiped ultimately). By " language of the receiving game", I guess you mean the language of the game which received the wonder card / event pokemon? We know for a fact that all Gen5 cartridges dont have multi-languages, and most of the time JP cartridge can only receive JP wonder cards event because distributions are locked to a specific language. But then this Hawii Pikachu event allows JP cartridge to recieve the US/English version, is it kinda...an exception? And how do we know whether a particular event allows such exception - Serebii and the EventGallary on this site don't seem to have such info most of the time... Another question is, am I also right to say that the "Language" of a mon will always stick to this mon once it's set. For example, if you use Gen 5 US cartridge to receive a wonder card of US event, is it alway set to ENG and remains unchanged even after it's transferred to another languaged cartridge or to a different langagued game in next generation game via Pokemon Bank or Home (Gen 7 / Gen8) ? My next question is, how about event mons that are directly [i.e. not traded] gifted via Pokemon Bank / Pokemon Link / QR codes? Do they have the same region, country of your 3DS and same language of your game save? Lastly, in Gen6, all event mons (regardless how you receive them) should have blank residence memory (i.e. no Latest or Past Residence), unless the player who received the gift trades it further, correct or no? Sorry again for so many questions The more I digged into 1 thing, the more question marks in my mind.
  22. I apologize about the rom. That information is for Aura Mew and 10ANNIV Cartridge Edit: Recently I found the Cartridge distribution for Shiny Zigzagoon (UK) and Aurora Ticket (US) In the case of Trainers (ect) and Berries (ecb) I have those files to inject (I don't know if they have compatibility with Emerald version) and save files to use with e-Card rom to transfer the trainer and berry to Ruby and Sapphire.

This event was given away to commemorate The Year of Legendary Pokémon via Serial code for US 3DS, and Nintendo Network for EU 3DS. The gift received between Pokémon Sun & Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon will slightly differ, in areas such as held item, level and moveset. This gift can only received on Pokémon Moon & Ultra Moon, while it is normally encountered at the Ultra Space Wilds of Pokémon Ultra Sun. Serial Codes are distributed via Best Buy and other participating stores, between Sep 02 to Sep 29, 2018. Nintendo Network distribution for EU region was done between Sep 01 to Sep 23, 2018. 24. I prefer to do things without injecting when and where possible as well. I'm glad it exists but I'm not a fan of actually using it. I can scan in my E-reader cards into an English and Japanese save if you need to compare them.
