Yeah probably. No rocks to scale in Johto (or is there?), so Rock Climb might change into Whirlpool. MIGHT. But they've never did this before X_X -

In DP it was, but I'm not so sure about Platinum. Goldgross claims it has been fixed there. I will test this to see if that's true.

I highly doubt HMs can be changed, but then again... HMs aren't able to be traded anyways. -
So I've been noticing many of you were making threads. And you've probably been noticing your threads are not appearing. Why is that? First off, your threads are being moderated, so it needs an approval of the moderator (namely me) or a global mod/admin to be put in effect. Many of your threads, however, were not worthy of its own topic. So here's how it works. HGSS has NOT been released yet, so for the most part, we are merely SPECULATING. Therefore, you must post your speculations HERE (it has been stickied for a REASON). Any confirmed information can also go in this thread as well, and Guested will update his first post. If you feel a topic is NECESSARY for its OWN, then you may post your own topic and I'll see if is worthy of one. However, if it isn't, then I'll either merge it with the original speculation topic or I'll have to delete it if it won't really create much of a discussion. Also, when you discuss, try not to say "It WILL" but say "It COULD" or "It MIGHT" because remember, you are only speculating. Some people don't know what speculating means. Very well... Remember to think carefully before you post. And yes, the global moderators and admins have the right to edit this as fit if the opportunity calls for it. Although I do agree with you to some extent, there is a correlation between usage and the quality of a Pokemon. Did Smogon base their tiers solely based on usage? Or were there other factors involved?

You're a Shoddy admin? o_O (stares at badge) Let's try to organize this Ryu... like list those Pokes that need testing and such. So far, for the most part, we are in agreement with Smogon's Uber and OU list.

I've done it (I use legit Pokes). And everytime I go on Wifi... 98% of the people I fight uses Pokesav (it's so obvious with all their perfect Hidden Powers and how some Pokemon just happen to outspeed mine and all and survive some stuff they shouldn't). The thing about Pokesav is, it helps people who don't want to waste their life with Pokemon just get the whole EV thing over with... but how would those who actually spent their time raising their Pokemon feel when they see someone do that so quickly?
