Thanks empoleonmikel. To make Articuno work, it has to be in the right environment. Most of Articuno's counters are vulnerable to Spikes, and really, without STAB, no one is going to 2HKO this thing with Thunderbolt or Flamethrower (although Stone Edge is a potential OHKO or 2HKO >.>). And even with STAB, this thing can survive at times. With Sub and Toxic and Hail and PP stalling and Roost, this thing's pretty tough to take down It's only problem is Ice Beam is really its only useful offensive move, but still, Ice Beam has one of the best type coverage out there, so it's not much of a problem. Time to make a custom Dragon slaying Articuno >=)

@ Jiggy-Ninja: Yeah, and so does Machamp, but who uses FP Machamp? I'm not sure if Hitmonchan gets the strongest though (due to Iron Fist), but I could be wrong. @ Z-master/Kunaidude34: The time you set up is really when you send in something the opponent doesn't like. They'll most likely switch and you'll get at least one boost. @ Flootenkerp: Thanks mate :kikkoman:

This is a subseeder puncher And with Spore, it does work... and Poison Heal + Leech Seed = Stallrein recovery without using up two turns. It's not TOO bad... I don't know, Subpunch isn't really a great tactic, I know, but there are times it works :-/ I think I'll try a SD Breloom later. And I prefer Poison Heal over Effect Spore... because someone is bound to use Toxic on me (it isn't so hard to switch into Toxic... although it's pretty much overspecialized)...

It's not about winning arguments, PF. You are missing the point. All I'm saying is... if you want to be successful in this Wiki Project, make sure you're not biased. Articles should be in Neutral Point of View to be effective (unless you're writing for a Right-Wing/Left-Wing publisher, but that's besides the point). I'm only offering help... don't shun it like that o_O If you know you're mistaken, accept it, and learn from it. Your bias currently is refusing Serebii as a citation tool... well, don't do that. Serebii provides some good information too... so give credits where credits are due.

Even then... Pidgeot looks strong but it isn't? o_O Heracross and Pinsir are beetles. Scyther and Scizor are mantis. That's why. If anything, Pinsir should have evolved into Heracross... but that didn't happen. Really though, Scyther's evo has the same BST as Scyther itself... so it was just rearranging of stats. It simply didn't need to evolve

I think he was referring to the community, NOT the website itself. It is useful, you have to admit. But really, I wouldn't use Serebii as your main source either though.

... that's not what Satoshi meant. What's wrong with using other Pokemon sites as resources? If you ever need resources, use all the resources you can. But I wouldn't solely depend on Serebii.
