  1. So are you saying if the pokemon is hatched from an egg with the hex value, the game would display "Received from Prof Elm" instead? I'm curious because I want to modify a legit togepi that's hatched from the mysterious egg. Also what would the hex values be for the eeve that bill gives? Thanks
  2. Cool I'll check that out, I never knew it could be done. Thanks
  3. Well, the gym are easy if the player power lvls one poke (Starter) or actually training in certain areas. But if players caught wild pokes and lvl them equally w/o grinding, the game gets a lot harder. My friend had a team of ~ lvl 36 after beat all of the gyms so the E4 could definitely be a challenge, since her pokes are way under level. But me on the other hand only had a ~lvl 60+ Gator and ~lvl 55 Lugia, and the E4 was a piece of cake. I guess the difficulty of the game depends on how we play. But I think a way this could be fix is if, the level of the pokes of the E4 or the Gym Leader depended on the level of your pokes. Like maybe all gyms could be +5 levels of your highest level pokemon or something. Also I think there shouldn't be a option to switch out after your opponents poke gets knocked out so it would be like a wifi game thus more competitive, because having a switch advantage every time makes the game too easy and boring.
  4. All three are great, but I I chose Chikorita, it must be female. Honestly I don't think that the their Battle Status should make any difference at all, since they probably have crappy IV anyways. I really like the idea how GF has made most of the starters cute in their 1st and 2nd evo, and made them BA in their final evo. Example: All of 1st gen, all of 2nd gen cept Maganium, 4th gen. Honestly I dislike 3rd gen the most for some reason. None of the starters appealed to me.
  5. What would the 44h-47h values be for Professor Elm?
  6. Ok the Mod 6 means the remainder after dividing by 6. and since the index # of the stats are 0-5 #2 is def and it just goes down the list of the index #s? Thanks for all your troubles
  7. Sorry to be troublesome, but Im still confused about this topic. Just to clear up, you said that the PID Mod 6 returns a # from 0 - 5 to each of the IVs in the order of HP, Attack, Defense, Speed, Special Attack, Special Defense. This is where I was lost. If let's say the PID Mod 6 returned 3,1,2,5,4,0 respectively. Does it mean that Special Def checked first (since a 0 was returned) and followed up by Atk (1), Def (2), HP (3) Special Atk (4) and finally Speed (5) and if there was a tie in the highest IV the latter of the IV gets displayed. Sorry even with your explanations I'm still not sure Btw is PID mod 6 a program? If so where can I get it? Sorry for all the trouble and thanks for all the help!
  8. You mention the PID mod 6 what exactly is that and what does that do?
  9. I don't know why we need a journal in Pokemon but has been troublesome for me. I let to change the time on my ds so I can do/redo certain events or catch certain pokemon. I know this temporary messes up the journal and will fix it self out eventually. But I was wondering is there anything where I can edit/change my Journal to my choosing. Thanks
  10. So basically the order of the Characteristic would be HP>Atk>Def>Spd>Satk>Sdef?
  11. Is there a way to assign which Characteristic displayed if 2 or more IVs are tied for the highest?
  12. I'm obsessed over the details of pokemon and one of them is the Pokemon Characteristics (The ones that are based off of the Pokemon's IV). We all know that pokemon's highest IV is displayed as their characteristic. Like a 31 spd IV as the pokemon's highest IV would have "Alert to Sound". I was wondering which stat takes precedent over the others. Like if the pokemon's spd, and atk are 31 would it show "alert to sound" or "Likes to thrash about" I originally thought it went like Hp>Atk>Def>Satk>Sdef>Spd (Since that's the order shown on the Summary List) but I tested it out and it wasn't the case. Does anyone know or is this still a mystery.
  13. My only concern is type because i think everything else is valid & Will it still have the same iv and nature?
  14. I just created a Darkrai and Infernape and after I used a legal checker everything was valid but for their type its "Very rare GBA" and common GBA event (unrestricted)" Since you can't get either poke in gba is this an issue and is there a way to fix this? Thanks Darkrai.pkm Ursaring ~ Quick Feet.pkm Infernape ~ Special Mix.pkm
  15. I just started in this pokesav stuff, after reading through most of the forum I still have a couple of questions I wanted to clear up 1 If a pokemon is hatched in an egg, it doesn't get any EV and start at lv 1? 2 With the PID and IV generator, doesn't pokesav already include it already? Is there a difference between the two? 3 Is the easiest way to make a shiny pokemon with good IVs just to put it in an egg and hatch it or is there another way? 4 Lastly I created a ursaring and a Darkrai when I checked both with the legit checker it says the type is Very Rare GBA. Since you can't get Darkrai on gba, is there a way to fix this or does it matter at all? thanks
