All IV's are set to 31. 252 Speed EVs, 252 Special Attack EVs. It knows fiery dance, fire blast, heat wave, bug buzz. I sent this .PKM file from my DS. It was originally the lvl 70 volcarona that I found in relic castle so everything else here was set by my pokemon game and should be legal. When i try to use it in online battles i get a message that says there is a problem with one of my pokemon.
