As for IQ, may have found where it is stored, I'll play with it more later to get more info on it (like extactly how many IQ points are raised when an gummi is eaten).

    It's already possible with Pokegen. But with an in-game ROM hack... I'll let a ROM researcher say if they think it's possible.

    It's legal to have both, but it looks like Seismic Toss can only be learned in Gen 3, so you would have to have the proper met location. If fixing that doesn't work, please post the specific legality error.

    If you want to take contributions, look at the details of codeplex.com to see if that would suit you. I haven't tried it (putting code on the site), but apparently you can use not only Git, but also TFS (which is easier to deal with in my opinion). Visual Studio comes with TFS support built in, and it may or may not play nicely with Qt. Or you could look for alternatives. Perhaps give write access to some that are interested in Drop Box and manually log changes.

    Is the browser still open? Don't close it until the program takes over.

    The acekard can't be used for backups on the DSi, since you can't swap the cartridges. But to get it working, make sure you update it on a DS lite.

    You'll need to use some kind of GTS hack. Perhaps Shiny GTS or something. Look around for what suits your needs. I can't help with what you're talking about, not only because a quick web search didn't turn up anything, but also because it would require a ROM that cannot be legally obtained.

    Yep. The multiplier shows how much more likely, though it's still not guaranteed with some Pokeballs.

    Since it would just be trading in the same generation of game, you can leave everything alone. Just make sure the game of origin is Black.

    Just download it through the GTS hack. Leave the met location as it was, because it will be considered traded if the OT info is not yours.

    What I do is equip an Exp. Share then battle all the trainers and wild Pokemon. Be sure you're in an area with an average level that's suitable for the Pokémon you're training. The higher the level they defeat, the more Exp.

    API = how the program knows how to navigate the island. Something like, "Hey API, do this! Hey API, do that!"

    3 types would be a welcome addition. It would give a whole new set of possibilities to consider in battle. (We already have triple battles now, might as well make triple types.)

    My immediate thought is that Celebii and Jirachi should be fairy types. But they already have 2 types. I wonder if they'll do 3 types, replace a type, or just ignore it like Charizard and the dragon type. Anyway, I'm interested to see if they confirm more Pokémon of that type.
