  1. Looked in the ROM section and found a list of all the locations. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?24589-B2W2-General-ROM-Info I'll look in /a/1/1/7 in just a bit and tell you what I find. [Edit] My first reaction is that I don't know which of the many tools I need. I'll try again later when I have more time.
  2. I'm sure more can easily be found by searching. Here's a start: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?26272-Complete-Black-2-Save-Data-(DOWNLOAD)
  3. The purpose of the thread is for people to volunteer saves for researchers to work with. Look around the forums. Someone may have posted a save or two already.
  4. There's something about it for 4th gen somewhere in the forums. It's probably not THAT different in gen 5.
  5. With GTS hacks (like Shiny2), Pokémon can be transferred to/from games as *.pkm files, which can be altered/read from a computer. Shiny2 is actually open source, so you could reference it and try to integrate it into your program. Thread: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?22310-Shiny2-Distribution-System Source: http://shiny2.codeplex.com/
  6. As pointed out in this thread, this forum isn't the best one for finding trading partners. You can, however, use a GTS hack to get a Shiny Raquaza without needing to trade. For more information, see this guide: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?29831-Guide-How-to-get-an-event-Pokemon-into-your-game Anyway, this is the introductions forum. Trade requests go elsewhere (which you already posted), so I'll go ahead and close this thread. If you wish to introduce yourself (besides asking for a trade), feel free to create another thread.
  7. I don't know, but it's probably the same as 4th Gen pkm files. If that doesn't work, try big endian words. If that doesn't work, I have no idea.
  8. 1. The resolution of the screen is 256 × 192. Surely by now, the location in the ROM of those images have been found. I'll look in a bit. 2. I don't mess with Pokerus much, but I've attached what I think is it. 4. The only other way I'd think is to find a bitmap of the game's font.
  9. All you have to do is change your wifi settings. Change the DNS server to what Pokecheck.org says, and follow their instructions.
  10. Nonkey? Can't tell if typo or *cough* something else.
  11. You could try a GTS hack like Pokecheck. All you need is Wifi and a pkm file.
  12. Not possible. There was a tool to do something similar, but required a specific driver and only worked on the original DS. (And you're not going to do that with VB anyway.) You could, however, see how GTS hacks were made and perhaps do that. Anyone know of an open source .Net GTS hack?
  13. Cleaver, be sure you know the difference between Pokegen and Pokecheck.
  14. Blank spots are things that are either not researched, or not documented.
  15. Anyone who wants to contribute saves should find things not documented at the wiki: http://projectpokemon.org/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_B2W2_Save_File_Structure Also: moved thread to R&D.
  16. Ouch. That awkward moment when your copy-paste doesn't work like you thought it did... Thanks for posting the fixed version.
  17. 1. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Storage_System 2. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Pok%C3%A9rusIC.png 3. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Shiny_Pok%C3%A9mon#In_the_games 4. Couldn't find an image. I guess just use the text: ♂ and ♀. 5. https://www.pokecheck.org/i/mar/h0.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/c0.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/t0.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/s0.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/e0.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/d0.gif https://www.pokecheck.org/i/mar/h1.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/c1.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/t1.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/s1.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/e1.gif https://www.pokecheck.orgi/mar/d1.gif That reminds me of that time I tried to download the main parts of serebii.net in preparation of going somewhere without any internet access for a few days. (Then much later I found HTTrack.)
  18. Sky Editor is now on Codeplex! This means that the source code is available to developers for reference, and for contributions if anyone is willing to contribute.
  19. No. He's planning to edit the pkm files in the save, then try to transfer them to Gen 6. This section's fine.
  20. I recommend the Supercard DSTWO. It's also more likely than other flashcarts to receive updates to counteract being blocked by system updates on the 3DS.
  21. I really have to try this out sometime. This has the potential to be the next Pokegen.
