  1. The issue is less with "disallowing downloading" (since you already downloaded the files), but more of "restricting folder access and modifying of files". I don't know what anti-virus you have, you gotta check it out yourself.
  2. Well it's usually there when people download a new file. If it's not the Unblock, not your anti-virus, and you've extracted it properly, then I've got no clue what the problem could be. @Kaphotics could we just send over the folder with the config file? I'm asking cause I'm not sure if the inner folder name (inside %LocalAppData%\ ProjectPokémon) is computer unique or the same for all users.
  3. The config file is generated upon launching PKHeX. Try Right Click on PKHeX, Properties and Unblock
  4. I'm wondering if it's your anti-virus stopping you from creating the required folders and config file. Also, mind showing a screenshot of the folder containing PKHeX?
  5. Well, what I can say is follow the table. If US/NA Serial code or Nintendo Network event, use SPA wonder card. If Infrared/Local Wireless, follow whatever requirements listed on the wonder card page. Also make sure you used gifts that can be received on USUM. SM only gifts are an obvious no-go. Anything else, use your own judgment based on whatever been said here or on first post. Also, wonder card dates are based on 3DS date, so it isn't really an issue. (one can change their 3DS' date to an unrealistic date before receiving the event. It does garner suspicion, though)
  6. Presently, it doesn't appear they don't check wonder card on saves, but who knows when they'll decide to. Not just the region has to be correct, but the language has to be correct as well. In any case, it's at your own risk.
  7. then sync? what sync you referring to, game sync? In any case, I won't say it's as simple as that (not that I'm entirely sure what you're referring to). Basically, if you're worried about Legality, take note of what event is or isn't region free, and what language options for the wonder card is possible for that event. There's no clear cut 100% accurate one liner answer, hence why the first post even exists.
  8. scan the QR code in ORAS via the Secret Base PC, or use the tutorial below
  9. Presently, it appears to be a cosmetic change. However, since it was given it's own stats in the gamemaster, and using &costume in the search bar doesn't list it as one. The "no form registered" in Pokédex is another thing to take note of as well, as you described. It's presently a unique situation: either an alternate form with different stats, with the form not being recorded in Pokédex, or a cosmetic change with separate stats from the original form. I can't help but to think that Niantic messed up in terms of programming/coding it as one or the other, Wouldn't be their first time messing up after all. Well in any case, I'm keeping extras *in case it could be transferred*, even though I don't expect it to be able to. I mean, some Pokémon don't retain their form changes after battle (Castform, Cherrim for example), and I don't expect those alternate forms for those to be transferable too, but without precedent (using Let's Go transfers) as an example, it's hard to know which scenario is correct for sure...
  10. Urgh, I guess people used them all without saying which ones they used. Here, some more.
  11. How about just... don't generate one. Just because PKHeX presently won't recognize an illegal one, doesn't mean one you make won't be illegal. As mentioned above, we don't have 100% of the details, but I'm pretty sure if people were to check some of the details manually, they'll be able to see if it's illegal. Just use one of the many files we have. :3
  12. @Kaphotics for this example I'm using one of the carnival Pikachu, but the same thing happens to the other 3. When I drag in the WC7FULL into PC/party it isn't illegal, but the moment I view it it becomes illegal. I didn't change anything, so I'm not sure what is happening. If one was injected using the Mystery Gift Database, it also shows up as illegal. Replicable as well. Using the Chansey from Mystery Gift Database immediately has Celebrate removed. I noticed that alongside Celebrate not being in PKHeX's move list, Happy Hour and Hold Hands were also not there. Granted, while presently not released, the game doesn't turn mon into eggs for having Happy Hour or Hold Hands. This was presumably done in case the moves were distributed in future events. It is up to you to decide whether you wanna add em now, or when they're released ><
  13. Hey, information you should know, as they are likely reasons you may not get a reply 1. Online trades need the Nintendo Online paid subscription 2. It is said that hacked Switches are at risk of being banned from online usage. People are commonly either already banned, or not wanting to risk it. So you not getting a reply could be a combination of factors, such as people not having a paid subscription, and/or they don't wanna risk getting banned, or they're already banned. Alternatively, you can try to learn from another user on our forum (this thread), and try to get someone nearby/locally with a modded Switch to transfer you a hacked save you made. One way save transfer system: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/45047/~/how-to-transfer-your-save-data-to-a-nearby-nintendo-switch Also, to slightly correct your misunderstanding/the way you phrased it: You make it sound as though the serial codes are region locked. They're not. The trouble is getting them, I acknowledge that. But if you can get it, you can use it. For example, here are some new codes for the US Shiny Pikachu/Eevee event. (if anyone uses them, please specify which was used)
  14. @Kaphotics I'm able to replicate this, just by opening the save and checking Items
  15. Maybe if I receive GP1s with those locations.
