  1. No. Extract the mons as pk4 files. Then save twice in-game. (it's okay if they aren't there) Now use PKHeX to open the save and import the pk4. Then save in PKHeX. Then load the save.
  2. okay, I don't see them too. Here's what you can do. Extract them to your PC, then save in game platinum twice, then try to import into the save. Then load the save and see if it works.

  6. try this: remove ALL Platinum saves from your SD card (like, physically check for it). You can have those saves backed up on your desktop. THEN, place the intended save into the SD card. Now, take the Platinum save from here, and place it in your SD card. Now load the game, did the user change?
  7. Could you be clearer on what you're referring to? The physical card? Either do a trade from someone you know/online, or purchase the card from ebay or something. The event? We have the wonder card here. If you were hoping the serial code is still active, the distribution ended in December 2017.
  8. For every location of the species ID, minus 0x0B. Location of the various species can be found in previous posts from me. (here) If you don't understand that, you probably should do the edits.. Even tho every event up to now appears to be random, I've had this row for Abilities, as these were the only changes I've noticed previously. However, now that some raids were reported to be HA only, those raids coincidentally show what I've had as abilities (tentative) this whole time: Thus, I believe the ability values are the same as wonder cards in previous generation. (Also, Dai_encount seems to use this too): 0 - Ability 1 1 - Ability 2 2 - Ability HA 3 - Random (1 & 2) 4 - Random (1, 2 & HA) Now looking back to previous stuff that I saw the "2" on: If this difference is indeed what trigger the ability, it appears that because forced HA was only 1 and 2 star, people didn't report it cause they already completed the game ><
  9. Well, the fact is you’re transferring impossible stuff from bank -> HOME. If they log the transfers, and log the device ID which your HOME uses to receive the transfer, they could easily ban your device. That’s provided they log that stuff, of course. Yeah you could Always strip it and test part by part. See if it even works at bare minimum. For all we know, the recent HOME update blocks it, or maybe they updated Bank server side to make it freeze..

There’s a glitch presently, where as long as the ID is correct, even if they don’t exist, they’ll transfer via bank into HOME, and show up correctly. @chropic I’ve experienced something like @Asia81 mentioned previously. I think I had to remove any IV modification code for batch editor to work correctly, but that isn’t the issue you’re having. Consider only transferring one hacked in gen 8 at a time, and narrow down which batch editor code works (perhaps try by testing which line works, and which doesn’t). But still, I wouldn’t recommend even trying this, they may be logging data and users may get banned in the future..

  12. @Kaphotics even tho the WC for LGPE indicated Ability 1 only, I believe LGPE WC redemptions ignored the items and abilities fields (probably was preset to 1 & 2), hence this Mewtwo having Ability 2. (some other events, like Secret Club Krabby and Poké Ball Mew, had all abilities, including HA, but I don't think any of thoses ended up with HA)
  13. 1. Update Wild Area News In-game, or use PKHeX to import the recent 4 Wild Area News blocks. 2. Then use PKHeX to inject the item. That would work.
  14. I'm confused. If you're able to inject mons, you're able to inject blocks. (unless you do not have save control, and using some bot to send mons via trade?) You don't even need to edit the block files, just import the 4 blocks into the 4 block locations correctly. Anyhow, I've uploaded the Gigantamax Corviknight into this page before I uploaded the wonder card. This one won't bear a ribbon, since it's not directly an event mon, but it does bear some differences from a standard g-max mon, since PKHeX flags it as illegal. (from what I can tell, it has TR moves already learned, without the TR's being checked)
  15. The message tells you the exact issue. Past Gen OT details (the OT details of this Type Null) cannot have same details as the blank save (in this case the PKHeX OT details). I suggest you load up PKHeX with a Gen 8 save or change Type Null's OT Details.
  16. You could use batch editor to suggest moves for all of em. Should remove those particular unusable moves. It’s based on PID and TID/SID of the mon. Old mons can be star or square shiny, nothing surprising here.
  17. Behemoth blade is a form change move only. While outside of battle, it’ll be form 0 (the hero of many battles), even if holding Rusted Sword. however in battle it’ll appear as form 1, with Iron Head transformed into Behemoth Blade.

  19. VBA doesn't open saves natively, but you should be able to continue using the Import from Battery Save option. I'm not exactly sure, but I think you gave me a blank save before it got initialized, hence it won't load on PKHeX. Probably similar issue with PKXDelta too, being it was trying to read an empty save. Anyhow, if you got similar future issues, just post here.
  20. if doing minimal transfer, just click, hold and drag across. If you doing a lot of files, just Dump Boxes in the Gen 7 save (saves PK7 into a folder) then Load Boxes in the Gen 8 save (loads PK files from folder).
  21. Are you sure you saved in-game? (this option here) Importing your save into VBA does nothing (even after I removed the bytes for date/time), and PKHeX refuses to open it. Okay, make sure you save the game properly in the game (Start button > Menu > Save), Reset the emulator (Ctrl R should work), Then proceed to use something akin to Export Battery File (it might be worded differently for you, but as long as it exports or backs up the save file to a different location, try that) Make sure you save it to your desktop (not the Battery folder) THEN send that file to me
