    It would be pretty neat if NINTEN Mew was generated with this method. On a separately note, we've been aware of code in the disassembly that shows they had gifted these mons, and we've added the mons from the unused sub here. Tho I guess the reason why OT/TID is different, is because the subroutine that people found only gifts you a mon, and it's based on the OT/TID of your save. (However, it appears for debug game, the OT is locked to NINTEN, if you properly entered the game via debug menu) I'll probably add these mons later.

    You could always take the code and redeem it on another game (not is not associated to the account with the DLC). Don't see what's the problem here.

    There's no restriction. A shiny when transferred to SWSH, can be SQUARE or STAR shiny. The same basis of calculation TID/SID xor against PID applies. (same formula as SWSH) The only exception is that if the mon has a fateful encounter flag, the game forces it to be displayed as Square Shiny, even if the PID is Star shiny.

    If you got wild area news, and not gone online before the update, you can still try to get it offline. You need 3 badges and below to roll for 1 star raids, though.

    You'll supposed to make your own modded game based on patches. Uploading ROMs (even ROM hacks) are against our rules, hence ips patches.

    They probably just went with the default options on the menu. (After all, the EU version is Red and Blue). Yeah, given that we knew these were clones, there no shiny VC Mew. (of course, ACE + DVs changes can get a shiny through transporter, but it won't be legal, given we know the only 2 distributions for Mew on VC cannot be shiny)

    Video was removed by uploader, so I'm removing the link. Also someone dumped the save and I looked at it: it looks like they hacked (GF) in the Mew. No Mew in Pokédex (lol). Also the information pieced together previously was right: the Restore Point reverts back to Mew already in party, so all Mews done this way (JP and EU) are clones.

    Or you know, drag the Celebi I attached into a Gen 7 or Gen 8 save. PKHeX will fix it up.

    could be the species you're using. maybe it's the type it has. Maybe you can make it bulky, but you'll be forsaking on attack power.

    possible if you use Eligor for XD Rng. Well RNGreporter or Pokefinder should be able to RNG Jirachi (from Colo bonus disc) and Celebi (from XD?), but there are limitations. Need to know which method to choose, locked to certain OT or TID etc etc. probably won't get a flawless one with desired nature

    It was easy to fix. Read up on Roaming IV bug. You're probably better off with editing the Southern Island encounter, as opposed to roaming encounters, if you wanna keep the IVs higher. Those are event mons, their algo for PIDIV generation are different from regular mons that you encounter in game. Whether you're using the ones from XD, or the one's from in-life events, you probably shouldn't edit those if you're not used to it or if you don't really know what you're doing...
