  1. Hi, I opened a new thread in order to discuss about your expectations about gen 8. What kind of things do you want to see or to return? Here's my top: New features: 1)Exclusive new double types (Ground/Fairy, Electick/Dark, Fight/Electrik, Rock/Ghost, Normal/Ghost, Poison/Steel ...) 2)A real exploration 3)End of shinylock 4)A Jurassic Park (where you can catch Fossil Pokemon, even with their HA) 5)More character customisation (clothes from past heroes or evil teams ...) 6)Gift Pokemon option in Mystery gift menu to send a Pokemon to a friend for its bithday or a special event 7)A focus on underleved hunting (with for example the White Flute) 8)New Pokeballs Returning Feature 1)Return of Flutes, all the Berries (even event and E-reader ones) and Safari/Sport/Parc/Dream Balls 2)DexNav from ORAS or something like that 3)PSS from XYORAS or something like that 4)Battle frontier from Emerald or something like that 5)Pokemon following you Other Gen 4 Compatibility with Pokemon Bank in 3ds End of restritions for Mew in gen1, HoA Arceus, DP Shaymin/Darkrai, HeadSmash Nosepass, Charm Bulbasaur, Charm Snorlax, Aurora Beam/Barrier/Supersonic Staryu, Odd Eggs in Poketransporter

  2. Made in Japan "ProAction Replay Max 3" This is a function to back up NDS save file to SD card. It is output as Save files is *. DUC. The data size is 524452 Bytes. Header 164 Bytes from Hex Data 0x000000000 〜 0x0000000A3 is extra. Are you planning to support * .DUC File import? 3. I don't mind paying the $5 a year, rather I'm thinking of longevity. I sometimes still complete/re-complete the NatDex when playing any of the older games. Come the day in 10 years or whenever and the 3DS/Switch PokeBank servers goes offline, we won't even have access anymore. I also don't like DLC for this reason, so when I buy a game I prefer it complete.

  4. While I do want a National Dex in the game itself, Pokebank is $5 for a year. That's less than 50 cents per month, and 50 cents can hardly buy a gumball nowadays. When done properly, it's not too bad. Recent games do take it to absurd levels though. This. In S/M it felt like a large percentage of it was just trying to appeal to Gen 1 fans. Sinnoh confirmed?

  5. National Dex. Collectors and completionists don't want to settle on it being PokeBank exclusive behind a paywall. Return to featuring more exploration options and less linearity. It makes it more fun and worth playing after you finish the main game. (eg. giving Ultra Space full potential) Less hand-holding. I'm tired of the slow and boring beginnings with forced Trainer School bullshit, etc. Stop hyping things just to end up with lost potential (eg. Ultra Megalopolis, Zygarde, etc.) Longer post-game stories. Rainbow Rocket was fun, but too short. Perhaps continue Rainbow Rocket (post-game or not), as Giovanni hinted this was only the beginning of his new scheme. Lessen the ongoing Kanto pandering, rather just have references to all regions. (Alolan forms of only Kantomon is one example of this problem) More in-game Mythicals like Deoxys and Celebi. No Kanto remakes until we at least have Gen IV and V If Kanto, make it a new story that takes place after GSC, or alternatively a prequel to GSC that allows travel to Johto.

  6. I wasn't really thinking like the friend safari, although now you mention it I did really enjoy the friend safari feature. I added loads of random people from Reddit to get various Pokemon I wanted in there. Even leaving my 3DS online for hours in game just so someone in a different time zone could get my 3rd Pokemon. That was a great help when creating my living Pokedex. For this I was thinking more like Pokemon Go, a massive open world which could be randomly generated or based on real world locations with map data, I guess kinda like an MMORPG. So everything is randomly generated, you might get common Pokemon, however you might also get some rare Pokemon which would be difficult to obtain otherwise, however it would never be the same for more than a couple of hours. I wouldn't want the whole game to be like this, however I just think it would be a nice additional "multiplayer" feature taking what makes Pokemon Go unique and applying it to the traditional games. It doesn't have to be though is what i'm saying. In Gen 6 and 7 the data is there, however moving from Gen 6 to Gen 7 for example no longer shows the date this Pokemon was captured, just what region it came from. I dont see why it can't retain the route and date for something caught in Gen 7, when eventually transferring it to Gen 8 for example.

  7. PreGen VI, there was no concept of region. Everything was language locked. Hence worlds in Gen 5 had wondercards for each language. All serial code events are specific to a Console Region. There is an exception to this too. I won't go into details on it though. Just know that technically/legally any region and any language can redeem any event Pokemon.

  8. PKHeX doesn't have RS's offset for the mailbox so it reads garbage data instead of the actual mail data. It thinks that Emerald and RS have the same offsets. pokemon ruby.sav

  9. I can actually see Nintendo doing the Jurassic Park one to be honest. I can't see the shiny lock being removed because they need them for potential events (I'm still holding out for AZ's Floette) and I would love the Gift Pokémon idea. That sounds so cool.

  10. Hey, do check our 3d Model page, and go of from there, as it references and displays all the 3D models we have (and missing ones will have the space there) Also, I meant the back of goldeen >< (I'm basing it off horn size) the shiny goldeen's back has a noticeably shorter horn than the non-shiny back, meaning it's female, not male. ----edit---- In the mean time, using the method I described above for removing background, I'll be changing Pokemon with partial transparency (that retained pokedex background) to full opaque, until there's a software way for applying mass partial transparency. Examples of completed gifs: original: (the colors I used for translucent areas came from their texture files)

  11. Missing gender form gen 1 (first part) edit: add male shiny goldeen Gender forms gen 1 (final part) zubat male are missing (are female forms) raticate are both male forms Edit: add alakazam-f back All missing genre forms ( gen 2) Notes: Girafaring males were missing; Steelix, you can clone backsprites. Edit: Add wooper-f that are missing Upload unown-a back shiny to the repository, @theSLAYER, is missing All missing genre forms (gen 4) @theSLAYER NOTES: Combee, Pachirisu, Abomasnow and Croagunk do not have visual differences in the back so you can clone backsprites weavile backsprites: the male backsprites are the ones that are really missing, the feminine ones are in the repository, so I made the masculine backsprites (bigger ¿ears? in the masculine ones) in the frontsprites repository are well placed, check it if I have explained wrong krikretot: I have remade all of them because I did not like them as they were captured by pkparaíso for all those who download these files for the post and not for the mega folder remember: xxxx-f.gif (female non shiny form) xxxx.gif (male non shiny form) xxxx-s (male shiny form) xxxx-f-s (female shiny form) Any doubt or error let me know. With this I think we complete the entire 3ds sprite repository and our goal. Thanks everybody
