Maybe you could just rename the thread to "Upcoming 3DS Themes" or something like that?2 points

The CIA files can't be dumped here according to the official rules, although custom themes could be done indeed. There are sites with dumps, although talking about those is strictly prohibited as per the rules.2 points

It's needed, because .NET framework 4.6 introduced certain functions not available in older versions. This means that the developers can do things they couldn't do before, or were harder to do. It's impossible or very hard to release a .NET framework 4.5 version. Also, if you got Windows 7 SP1 you can intstall .NET 4.6 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=533442 points

Just did this and can confirm that you can activate it by talking to the Youngster on Melemele's Big Wave Beach after completing the Grand Trial.1 point

@Cecillia If you need a list of all the 3DS themes, you can check out these lists on Bulbapedia or Serebii. I thought about making a post where I would list all Pokémon related themes with images and such, but these list have already been made so it would be kinda pointless. If there are any new upcoming Pokémon related 3DS themes, I guess I'll post about them here. Don't know if it is worth to create a new topic about, since the 3DS is kinda at the end of its life and I don't think we will get much more new Themes. Maybe we get a Crystal theme similar to the Gold and Silver ones or some other generic ones, but that will most likely be it. Don't know if it is worth anything, but it could be cool to add a section about Themes to the site, similar to the C-Gear Skins. Of course you will not be able to download the theme files itself, since you have to pay for them and stuff, but maybe we could list all themes with a preview. Although, the Theme Shop will most likely go down sometime in the future and it would be a shame if these themes get lost forever. Guess that's talk for the future though. Thoughts?1 point

I just realized something. I found Onix on Tuesday on MeleMele so maybe they're all in order. So Charmander would be Sunday, Squirtle Monday, Horsea Wednesday, Scatterbug Thursday, Bulbasaur Friday, and Litwick Saturday. Could someone try testing this?1 point

I find the responses to this satisfactory. OP will unlikely be able to convince us to not use the updated framework, as other users were unable to do so. @HaAnhfromVietnam if you have other issues (following the steps accurately but still unable to get it to work), open another thread after reading the various resources. In the mean time, I'm locking this (as I think the responses clearly underline our stance). Cheers!1 point

That's the most likely ID. Seeing as in Japan normally the years are first, then the months, and lastly the days, but I don't know if that's ever used before. I saw 10016 and that was the event Keldeo from 2016. Edit: Marshadow's G7TID for the Japanese one is 170715, so it must be yymmdd1 point

Put in a pull request for that, thanks. https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/pull/1591/commits/0b95f7d4b8ae1ad7f1ae145fa799e5a8ee0bbc7f1 point

Yeah, after the league (or before idk, I did it after), go to the school at the first island, while it's night. You have a side quest (gave by this little school girl (Oh, and she is the creepypasta of this gen ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )) where you have to resolve seven mysteries. If you have Luma 8+ you can just enable game patching and use the IPS patch. https://gbatemp.net/threads/usum-ips-patches.488802/1 point

Yeah, I figured it was poor when terribly hackmons apparently went through and legals didn't Edit: fixed the mons by using rng reporter, now two event mons are still not recognized.1 point

Well...legendaries cannot look hatched since that'd make'em illegal anyway xD What is it? can you upload a screenshot or something?1 point

Hi @Cecillia, based on my experience with dealing with reports for this, this is highly likely not a bug. The RNG procedure for Pokemon Generations 3&4 are well understood, and based on that, it is understood that PID, IVs and nature and encounter details are linked. The message you get means the Pokemon is hacked. (example, one or more of the factors mentioned above are not linked properly) To see a more detailed legality analysis, hold down the "Control" button on your keyboard, while clicking the red exclamation mark. This page here will show some details to resolve certain parts of PID mismatch, using RNG reporter. AFAIK creators of PKHeX does not intend to auto-fix PID mismatch problems, since there are existing tools out there that users can use, and it'll not be a good use of time. If you have any doubts, upload the pokemon files in the next file and someone will have a look at em.1 point

I really REALLY hope you're not doing this for online battles. It's against our rules to use significantly hacked Pokemon against unsuspecting players. Read the rules first please. Why would you even do that? No Pokemon GO event legitimately transfers Pokemon to 3DS titles (at this point)... [which is why there is no analysis for it, cause it doesn't exist] Also, I feel like your title is breaking some kind of clause. I'll be changing it.1 point

Not a new USUM mythical? I thought I read that they added species?1 point
