Hi! Recently played my physical copy of Pokémon Black in a Nuzlocke format. Since I saw there was not a lot of saves in the site I decided to use checkpoint on different parts of the game to backup different files in case any of them are of any use. Save's have names explaining in what point the game was saved. The CWF trick was used to acquire event Pokémon and the save only has up to a silver card since I was lazy to grind the subway. Hope its useful! Save Info: Protagonist: Lynx (F) Total Playtime: 99:07h _________ Start Date: 21/11/2022 Main Plot Victory: 08/12/2022 Hall of Fame: 16/12/2022 - 80:02h Silver Card: 24/12/2022 - 93:27h 100% Completion: 28/12/2022 - 99:05h -
So in March of 2023, my copy of Alpha Sapphire got corrupted by my 3ds being in sleep mode after I tried to wake it up. I then shut it off and the save was corrupted. I never used cheats on the game. I was devastated at the time and couldn't fix it. I heard that somebody had a corrupted SWSH file and it got resolved so can anybody help me on this one? I will link the saved file to download. It has the entire game complete (including Delta Episode) and I didn't catch Deoxys. main

Beyond the Deoxys, Meloeta, Dancie, requests above Im trying to get magearna. Im not 100% that I will be able to even obtain them to tranfer to Pokemon HOME I am hoping it is because they did appear on Pokémon GO so possibly an option. I have approx 25 more pokemon that aren't drastically rare that I need to also collect to complete my HOME national living dex, the ones Listed above are the rarer and challenging to acquire. Im only beginning to learn to operate PKHeX, and would prefer not to make mistakes, especially when attempting to acquire all 4 forms of deoxys and if any I listed can be shiny and not shiny locked by the game that would be preferred as well. I know using Smogen for proper builds that are compatible, as a guide for avoiding red flags is part of the process, but beyond that Im still making sure to read all the info for using PKHeX still. Any help would be appreciated, I didnt see any info on the discord bot system that would allow for requesting them using the simple bot trade method when trading to HOME? Thanks everyone Reaper

I've been tracking down offsets for trainer records in B2W2 for a while, figured I might as well share them here in case there was any interest in making it editable or if they're curious or whatever. I'm calling them "trainer records" because they're things the game keeps track of and I'm not sure what else to call them. Also full disclosure, I've been using BWTool to dump the specific Trainer Records save block, I don't know shit about encrypting/decrypting anything, so full credit to suloku for making this possible at all. The offsets listed in Trainer Records assume the block is the only thing you're looking at, rather than the full save, and that it's been decrypted. These are all the ones I was able to figure out that don't seem to have documentation already. Number of passers-by encountered: 0x21120 (actually stored in the Trainer Data/Bag/Sayings block, this is the only one like this that I've found) Times fished: 0x20 -- 0x21 (Stored in Trainer Records) White Treehollow/Black Tower Battles: 0xC4-C5 (Trainer Records) Join Avenue Shops Created: 0x018E --0x018F (Trainer Records) Souvenirs received: 0x0192 -- 0x0193 (Trainer Records) People guided: 0x018C -- 0x018D (Trainer Records) Times challenged battle subway -- 0x0C0 -- 0x0C1 (Trainer Records) Pokemon evolved: 0x28 -- 0x29 (Trainer Records) Balloon Minigame Points: 0x1E0 -- 0x1E1 (Trainer Records) Times played balloon minigames: 0x190 -- 0x191 (Trainer Records) Pass Powers Times Used 0xB4 -- 0xB5 (Trainer Records) Hope I've formatted this correctly. Presumably these are all signed, though I'm not really tech savvy enough to call that for sure and am going off the knowledge that offsets of this nature in this game were also signed.

I was messing around on a B2 file using HxD, specifically in the Hall of Fame data block (offset starts @ 74000). After changing some PIDs and species, I booted the file and the changes presented correctly. Then I decided to update the HoF backup data (offset 75800) with the same information, but when I booted the file I was given the "HoF data is corrupted" message. Anyone know why this is? Or why editing the backup specifically caused this to occur? Information on how exactly the save file backups work on DS games is useful/interesting to me. Also, I tried this same thing on a Plat and Emerald save file, and got the same results. That is, edits that were made to the main HoF file were reflected in-game, but the HoF data corrupted once I edited the backup hex data.

Hiya. I'm trying to get this 64 kb no$gba Fire Red sav file converted into a sav compatible with native gba hardware. Anytime I've tried injecting the save with GBA Backup Tool, an error occurs that basically says the file size (64 kb) is too small. I don't know how to make this 64 kb file into 128 kb. I'm trying to get this sav file to work with my GBA so I can transfer the Pokemon up to current Gen (hopefully some of them can get to Galar). I'm not sure if it's actually possible, but I'd appreciate any solution. Doing it for a buddy, thanks in advance. Pokemon_-_Fire_Red_Version_U_V1.1.sav

The cards appear in the region of 0x0226BE30-0x0226C87F in Black, and 0x0226BE50-0x0226C89F for White. Card data is unencrypted when viewing, but encrypted at all other times. Each card is separated by 220 bytes of data. Memory Offsets of each Card when viewing, including the leading 4 bytes: Card # Offset (Black) Offset (White) 1 0x0226BE30 0x0226BE50 2 0x0226BF0C 0x0226BF2C 3 0x0226BFE8 0x0226C008 4 0x0226C0C8 0x0226C0E8 5 0x0226C1A4 0x0226C1C4 6 0x0226C280 0x0226C2A0 7 0x0226C35C 0x0226C37C 8 0x0226C438 0x0226C458 9 0x0226C514 0x0226C534 10 0x0226C5F0 0x0226C610 11 0x0226C6CC 0x0226C6EC 12 0x0226C7A8 0x0226C7C8 The card is preceded by 4 bytes, in which the first is 1 to indicate that there is a card present in that slot, being 0 when a card is not present. Meaning Data Card Present 0x00000001 No Card Present 0x00000000 The card data is then present, byte for byte for the entire 204 bytes. After the card data, there are 4 bytes (pointer?). Second Appearance in the Memory The second appearance of the unencrypted card data while viewing is varied based on the number of cards currently on the save. Since it has not been tested whether or not active/inactive gifts may change the locations, trash all used cards before using any memory codes. Cards and the surrounding data follow the first appearance's format. Somehow this sets a value in the XY/ORAS savegame that makes the game unable to receive the pokemon again, this is what makes Glalie/Steelix from ORAS Demo only be able to be received once per savegame. Removing that value from the savegame allows to import another Glalie/Steelix. Todo: add offset where that value is stored in XY and ORAS. The statement that pokemon data is 160 bytes long is made due to this data being essentially the same as in wondercard data, which is 160 bytes long from TID to end of file. If item is not valid, it won't be obtained. If pokemon species is not valid (i.e 0x0000), no pokemon will be generated. Pokemon link will set egg met location to "Pokemon Link" and met at location to "Pokemon Link" regardless of the value in the data.
