Is there a way to render items unusable in trainer battles for Black/White 2? If so, how is this done? Edit: To clarify, I am referring to items stored in the bag such as potions, not held items.

I used the give all fashion items option to give myself all the clothes that were in the game, but by doing that, it seems that I have lost the original backpack that you start the game with. The only backpacks I seem to have are sporty backpacks, scout backpacks and leather backpacks. I am also missing my original ingame pants (not like I needed those, as I only use the dark blue jeans) I was unable to post screenshots, because my screenshots always seem to be corrupted. I have uploaded my save file according to what the faq and before you post post asked me to do. I haven't found any other topic mentioning this which is why I am posting it here main

Hello all. As you may know, the Project Pokémon Wiki has a (rather extensive) documentation on the Diamond and Pearl save file structure. However, there is quite a bit of information missing from this page. Additionally, there is no documentation up regarding the Platinum save file structure. It would be of great benefit to save hacking developers (Sabresite and myself for example), as well as the wiki and site as a whole, if we could get these structures mapped out. And of course, anything that helps Sabresite helps PokéMod. If you have a means for extracting your Diamond / Pearl / Platinum save file(s), and a hex editor (like HxD), you can help map the save file structure by simply making a copy of your save file, making a change, saving, and comparing the previous save with the current save. (By the way, one of our members, evandixon, has created a toolkit to be used for save file mapping.) Additionally, I am going to create a small tool within the next few days with the express purpose of fixing the save file checksums in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. With this tool and a hex editor, you can edit the save file manually, and then load the save to see what changed. EDIT: And here it is. Things this thread has accomplished so far: There is a long list of things to look for specifically, and here are a few in no particular order (admins and mods feel free to edit this list): I will be constantly adding to and editing this post for more details. If anyone is interested in helping out or has any questions, post here, PM me, meet me on IRC, or check out our social group. hi, i'm new to the pokesav thing and have some problems when using it, i recently put the oaks letter and members card on so i can catch shaymin and darkrai but they don't work. i can't enter the lodge still and shaymin isn't at the end of route 224. Also, when i added gba event pokemon to my game, their pokedex entries are still blank. 151 on the dex is still empty instead of there being a mew there. help please!!! thanks =)

I NEED RARE CANDIES I tried to edit my bag on the pokegen to add rare candies I put in just one, saved it, ran it, everything was smooth. But when I tried to use the rare candy it said that I used my last rare candy and when I tried to throw it away nothing happens the one rare candy stays in my bag (note: this was early in game so I have not yet found rare candies in game yet). Even if I put in 999 it says that. I tried it on some other items it worked fine (tried it on different pokeballs all of them worked fine). I just want some just to quickly evolve some pokemon who need high happiness and different locations and time to evolve

Until now, I've been editing some items effects like the prices in pokemarts or set the evasion up of the bright powder from 10 to 25 and the focus band % from 10 to 50 coz I've seen somewhere in this forum changing the 0x003 byte affects the %... My question is: can anyone explain the meaning of each offset from the a024.narc?? Like "the first 2 bytes are the item's price" pls help sorry my english is bad

I'm trying to create a code in PokéGen for Pokémon Black 2 US. I'm using an Action Replay on DS hardware. I created a code putting 999 each of Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos, HP Up, PP Up, & PP Max in that order in my Medicine bag. They appear at the top of the Medicine bag, overwriting any items at the top, which I know is typical, so I tried moving any items to the "Free Space" bag, but after I activate the code and go to the Free Space bag to move all the items back, all the items that are from the Medicine bag disappear. Here is the code that was created: I code the above code into the Action Reply Code Manager and uploaded it to my ARDS.

Remember I asked a general question about 'What kind of Pokemon application would you like to see?' Well, I gave up with that and did my own thing (sorry about that)! This applications development process is meant to help new and experienced Pokemon players to get to grips with the items found in the Pokemon games. Each item has it's own page, and has images associated with it.
