Friend Code (Nintendo Switch)

Friend Code (3DS)

NNID (Wii U)

  1. (Dr. Light vs Mosquito) Shoddy Warstory Just an interesting themed battle. I made one careless mistake though... but aside from that, it is pretty fun to play with themed teams. Rules: Evasion Clause, Extended Game, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Sleep Clause Pokemon: (In order of appearance) Wraith89 Mosquito
  2. Hi all, I completed SoulSilver on an emulator and was wondering if someone could Wi-Fi trade my team to my Platinum, which I have physically. I saved my team and edited the stats of them to suit the progress I have in Platinum right now. My FC is 3180 5698 0478 Thanks. PKM Files.zip
  3. Hadn't slept in awhile when I posted my Platinum BP eon team....... But that's old news. This team is a compilation of my 837x3 hours on Pearl, and my 406 hours on SoulSilver. Mainly based around some of the more common sets you see because they contain alot of my favs. Bred countless times to get the IV's just right, but the EV's were a little easier. Metagross @ Berry* (Fire) Nature: Adamant Ability: Clear Body EVs: Atk-252 Speed-40 Def-218 Role: Phys. Wall/Sweeper - Bullet Punch - Earthquake - Explosion - Stealth Rock *Added Bullet for priority move as suggested, and seems to be better. I'm actually shocked. Slot 2, empty Arcanine @ Life Orb Nature: Adamant Ability: Flash Fire EVs: 4-Hp 252-Atk 252-Speed Role: Lead - Phys. Sweeper - Flare Blitz - Earthquake - ExtremeSpeed - Swords Dance Comment: SD to any attack depending on who's on the other side. Plain job, plain description. Dragonite @ Leftovers Nature: Forgot, but I'm sure it's +Atk Ability: Inner Focus EVs: Atk-252 SpDef-101 Speed-105 Role: Sweeper - Superpower - Fire Punch - Draco Meteor - Roost Comment: Dargon does his job nice, it's clean, like I like. Suicune @ Lum Berry Nature: Timid Ability: Pressure EVs: 252-SpAtk 252-SpDef 4-HP Role: Sp.Sweep/Wall - Calm Mind - Hydro Pump - Ice Beam - Rest Comment: OMG Suicune.. yeah. Vaporeon just didn't cut it, and I'm sorry, but Swampert's sprite is fugly, I just can't. Makes a nice Special Sweeper/Wall, hard to kill. Slot six, empty Please, criticize until you faint. Any and all suggestions are very welcomed. Even after all that work, my team can very well still be better. If I didn't list anything, tell me. Note: I more than likely have a role that needs to be filled, but my mind can't place what....
  4. My team is built around hitting hard and fast but I have a few weaknesses I need addressed. So here is my team. Old Team New Team I know my team has many holes but I have trouble seeing them myself. Any helpful comments would be appreciated.
  5. Well this is my first UU team ever, so it probably needs a lot of work. Help is appreciated. It's not a well thought out team, as I just slapped together pokemon I felt like using. But it's working out pretty well so far. Dugtrio (M) @ Focus Sash Ability: Arena Trap EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Earthquake - Night Slash - Stealth Rock - Reversal Info: Picked this lead because I figured Focus Sash in conjuction with Reversal would work really well. It works alright. If I can beat my oppenent's lead... I always do. --- Hitmontop (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Intimidate EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Bullet Punch - Mach Punch - Fake Out - Rapid Spin Info: My ultimate weak pokemon pick offer. With rapid spin. --- Scyther (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Technician EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Bug Bite - Aerial Ace - Pursuit - Swords Dance Info: Bug Bite pretty much does the exact amount of damage as X-scissor when factoring Technician and stab. Although it can steal and eat the oppenents berries this is a pretty rare circumstance, but possible. Aerial Ace finishes up twin 120 base damage attacks. Sword dance if I ever can. --- Chansey (F) @ Leftovers Ability: Natural Cure EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Aromatherapy - Thunder Wave - Softboiled - Seismic Toss Info: Basically a mini blissey. --- Rhyperior (M) @ Liechi Berry Ability: Solid Rock EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Earthquake - Rock Polish - Stone Edge - Substitute Info: Rhyperior and alakazam made it's transition to UU. That's one of the main reasons I decided to make this team. This dude has been very effective. One Rock Polish makes me pretty fast. If I fell my attacks aren't as powerful as they could be I keep subbing until I get the leichi berry attack boost. --- Alakazam (M) @ Choice Specs Ability: Inner Focus EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Psychic - Signal Beam - Hidden Power [Fighting] - Trick Info: Specs alakazam, stab Psychic's off a 552 special attack is jaw dropping. I choose hidden power fighting because I can't stand when focus blast misses, alakazam is too fragile to miss. Signal beam for psychic and dark pokemon. Trick specs is funny. ---
  6. Hey, I'd like to request these 6 pokemon, please. The first 3 are for a Wifi team while the Regis will help me complete the dex. I the code as well. The code is: Thanks!
  7. Fc: 2235 6002 0153
  8. So after using the same 3-4 teams (only one of them was really unique, the other 3 were variants with the same premise), I decided to re-construct a Wi-Fi Sandstorm team I used....but from memory. Aerodactyl (M) @ Focus Sash Ability: Pressure EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Taunt - Stealth Rock - Toxic - Earthquake Nothing fancy here. I chose Toxic over Stone Edge to help wear down foes such as Swampert. Stone Edge just seemed to never get used, while I'm at least sometimes able to Toxic. The biggest challenge with this lead is against Crobat and Azelf and other Aerodactyls. With Crobat, I tend to switch out. With suicide leads, I hope for the speed tie and SR right away. Against Fake Out Ape, I SR first and anything else I get to do is a bonus. Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb Ability: Poison Heal EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Spore - Substitute - Leech Seed - Focus Punch After testing out Seed Bomb over Leech Seed, I stuck with the standard set. At 212 speed EVs, would I still be able to outspeed most Swamperts and Suicunes? Leech Seed REALLY helps if paired up with a Toxic from Aerodactyl, or recovering health for Curse-Tar. Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Sand Stream EVs: 252 HP/46 Atk/212 SpDef Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Curse - Substitute - Crunch - Fire Punch The star of the team. I come in on something that's dying or hates T-Tar (I'm really enjoying the increased usage of Psychic that I'm seeing when using the Sinnoh Lake trio and on Scarf/Specs Starmie), Sub up, and see what happens. With Yawn on Vaporeon and Spore on Breloom, I also get a good number of chances to set up on what would otherwise be a threat to Tyranitar (Gyarados). And in an added bit of hilarity, I finally figured out why it sucked so much at taking special attacks. I accidentally assigned all sp Def EVs into sp atk. I'm also testing out Brick Break over Fire Punch, since it'll give me a neutral hit on Scizor, x2 on Heatran, and x4 on other Tyranitars. However, even with that, it also means I lose a good hit on Starmie, Gengar, and also the 20% drop in defense. Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Water Absorb EVs: 252 HP/128 Def/128 SAtk Bold nature (+Def, -Atk) - Yawn - Surf - Ice Beam - Protect I've never been big on Wish Passing, but Yawn passing is just fine with me. I'm having a bit of trouble directly countering Gyarados, so I think I'll be testing out HP Electric over Ice Beam. Scizor (M) @ Choice Band Ability: Technician EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 SDef Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Bullet Punch - U-turn - Superpower - Pursuit First time using this baby and I can see why everyone loves it. I'm not getting as much usage out of Pursuit as I'd really like, but every now and then it helps me finish off a switching out Blissey, Starmie, or Gengar. Maybe I should test out Bug Bite or Knock Off? Claydol @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 128 Def/252 HP/128 SDef Bold nature (+Def, -Atk) - Rapid Spin - Light Screen - Earth Power - Reflect Basically my spinner. Spikes/Toxic Spikes can be quite annoying, and I figured this d00d would be best for the job on a sand team. He gets to set up screens too, sometimes, and covers fighting weakness. But with Aero basically stopping Roselia setting up Toxic Spikes, I'm not sure how much I really need this. Otherwise I'd love to throw Bronzong into the mix. This team is winning a fair number of battles, but I think it could be improved. Here's my run down so far: Status absorbing has multiple checks. After Breloom is poisoned it has nothing to worry about and can come in on any status. Tyranitar with a sub also provides a check. Finally, Vaporeon can scout out status with Protect. In addition to that, Claydol can take on Thunderwaves. I'm having more trouble than I thought with Gengar. Scizor can come in and finish it off if it's Specsed or Scarfed, but Life Orbed can fire off shadow ball and finish it with Focus Blast. For this reason, I'm seriously considering switching Vaporeon out for Dusknoir, which would also give me a handy spin blocker. Any suggestions for a set? EDIT: I apologize for the wall-of-text but I'm not feeling very creative right now. Also, link to the SPPF RMT: link
  9. Well, after messing around with Platinum for awhile and trying out a lot of different gimmicky teams to get a feel for the game, I really want to try and make my first team that is supposed to be fairly strong. I have been doing plenty of reading here on the forums before posting to get used to the various jargon like STABs, Sweeper, etc. Also made sure to look at the tier listings so I can keep within the boundaries and looked at several common builds. I generally try to avoid making anything overly generic in the games I play, so with this team, while I do not mind the idea of one or two generic team members, I do want to try and at least have a good mix of different kinds of Pokemon. I would prefer to avoid extremely common Pokemon like Blissey and Salamance if it can be helped. I have always preferred having a well-rounded team, so having a good lead, a couple sweepers, a wall or two, and a set-up type Pokemon would likely fit my play-style best. Strictly offensive or strictly defensive are just not as fun for me. Anyways... semi wall-of-text aside, I have done some intial research on the Pokemon types I would like, so here are a few ideas I had... Arcanine - Attack/Mix Sweeper Milotic - Bulky Water, possibly wanting to keep Mirror Coat Dragonite - Attack/Mix Sweeper Porygon-Z - S Attack Sweeper Gengar - S Attack Sweeper Celebi - Set-up (Stealth Rock, U-Turn) Umbreon - Wish Support and Wall Milotic is the only one on that list that I especially want on my team. I went out of my way to get her as I quite like them. =n.n= I have a few other Pokemon trained from previous teams like Houndoom, Kingdra, Tyranitar, every Eeveelution, etc, but it would be nice to train all new types. I will definitely still be doing more research as the list I have so far obviously does not work too well, but I am also quite eager for any suggestions from the people here. =n.n= I am trying to learn a lot at once, so feel free to make suggestions as help building my first good team would be much appreciated. My normal prefernce is to train pretty/cute Pokemon, but OU can be rather lacking on those due to most Pokemon losing all cuteness from evolving. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps out. =n.n= EDIT: I added a first version of the team a couple posts down. Please feel free to give feedback and suggestions as I am very open to them. =n.n= EDIT2: Some changes based on feedback have been posted~ They are in Post #12 of this topic. =n.n= Thanks everyone~
  10. I feel as if theres not enough people posting there teams So I'll post another one of mine. This one was in the shelves for quite a while, but it's somewhat as a revenge team, when my other teams can't win because of a powerful psychic/ghost pokemon or steel trashing my team. This team gets the job done as my revenge team, funny as it's filled with revenge killers Azelf @ Focus Sash/Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk) Role: Stealth Rocker - Grass Knot - Stealth Rock - Explosion - U-turn Info: My lead, azelf is all standard stuff here. Grass Knot? Should I use psychic or something? Stealth Rock. Explosion to get rid of problems for my team. U-turn to switch to a counter. I realized this set has been running life orb all this time and I don't ever remember it dying in the beginning, either way focus sash up as my first choice. --- Weavile (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Pressure EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) Role: Psychic/Ghost Trapper - Pursuit - Ice Shard - Ice Punch - Brick Break Role: Lol I ran fake out originally with life orb, takes out Azelf, Gengar, Cressilea, Alakazam, celebi and co --- Magnezone @ Choice Scarf Ability: Magnet Pull EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk) Role: Steel Trapper - Flash Cannon - Thunderbolt - Hidden Power [Fire] - Explosion Info: Standard Magnezone trapper, beats the likes of Lucario, Scizor, Skarmory, Fortress, Bronzong --- Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Keen Eye EVs: 255 HP/252 Def Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk) Role: Physical Tank - Brave Bird - Whirlwind - Roost - Spikes Info: Standard Tank --- Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Water Absorb EVs: 92 HP/166 Def/252 SDef Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Roar - Wish - Surf - Hidden Power [Electric] Info: Standard Vap, any other ideas for another pokemon mayber another trapper? Tyranitar, Scizor? --- Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band Ability: Arena Trap EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) Role: Revenge Trapper - Earthquake - Aerial Ace - Stone Edge - Night Slash Info: My fragile pokemon that does what Magnezone and Weaville fulfill, and more --- Advice is greatly appreaciated
  11. Leafeon Leaf Blade X-Scissor Baton Pass Swords Dance Espeon Calm Mind Psychic Shadow Ball Baton Pass Umbreon Dark Pulse (I might change it to confuse ray considering umbreon's crappy atk/sp.atk) Wish Toxic Baton Pass Glaceon Ice Beam Shadow Ball Hidden Power (Fire) Baton Pass Jolteon Thunderbolt Agility Hidden Power (Grass) Baton Pass Vaporeon Substitute Surf Acid Armor Baton Pass I would list my EV's and Natures and whatnot, but I can't display EVERY aspect of my team now can I So, I apologize for not listing Roles, EV's, everything else, and not using the proper format. I just can't allow a team that's earned me alot of wins to be replicated and used by others. I would do the proper format too, except I found that out AFTER I made this...
  12. I was hoping to just get a code that would let me encounter any given pokemon in the wild, however finding one that would let me set nature/gender/etc proved impossible to find...the one I had was just for Species and Level. Ah well. I hope it's okay to post six requests in the same thread, versus in six different threads. *grin* Most of the info for all 6 will be the same, which is as follows: Secondly, the individual info for each of the six Eeveeloutions. If you need me to post everything all together in one code I can repost it no problem. I thought that maybe having it separated like this would be easier, since only a few things are changing for each pokemon. Jolteon Flareon Espeon Umbreon Leafeon Glaceon Thank you so much in advance! Tuesday is my birthday, and I'd love to have them hopefully by the end of the week if such a thing is possible.
  13. [ELEKCHODE] Electrode @ Focus Sash Hasty - Static 252 ATK - 28 SATK - 228 SPD -Explosion -Taunt -Thunder -Rain Dance [WIFEBEATER] Ludicolo @ Leftovers Calm - Swift Swim 204 HP - 76 SATK - 128 SDEF - 100 SPE -Grass Knot -Ice Beam -Substitute -Leech Seed [TOASTER] Registeel @ Damp Rock Impish - Clear Body 252 HP - 200 DEF - 56 SDEF -Explosion -Rain Dance -Earthquake -Superpower [MOLLUSK] Omastar @ Life Orb Modest - Swift Swim 4 HP - 252 SATK - 252 SPD -Surf -Ice Beam -Earth Power -HP Electric [WATERFOX] Floatzel @ Life Orb Adamant - Swift Swim 4 HP - 252 ATK - 252 SPE -Waterfall -Ice Punch -Crunch -Brick Break [PIXIE] Uxie @ Leftovers Relaxed - Levitate 252 HP - 160 DEF - 96 SDEF -Psychic -U-Turn -Rain Dance -Yawn This Uxie sets up Rain Dance, then yawns. As the opponent switches out, I use U-Turn to get a look at their pokemon and switch in a counter for it. Psychic is also there to give a good counter to Fighting and Poison Pokemon.
  14. Well I caught them with Action Replay and when I put them through the Legality Checker, it comes up as "Hacked or Unknown Pokemon" Since all of their IV's are 30, their PIDs must be the case. I put Pikachu as an example in the attachment. Anyone know why the PID is like that? Red's Pikachu HGSS.pkm
  15. Hi there, i'm here again. This time i'd like building up a eeveelutions baton-pass team, as Wright89 suggests in another thread. Since it has been said that toxic spikes is a big problem for this kind of team, i thaught using only 5 eeveelutions and one baton pass/defog gliscor. Anyway i've not much ideas about which eeveelution and which move use. Any idea?
  16. There is a compo coming up soon I am planning on entering. Sadly enough the rule set is kinda annoying in my eyes. The competition will be set up like this 1 vs1 knock out system use 3 of the 6 pokemon (except in the finals then all 6 are used) Uber tier is not allowed rule sets applied sleep clause KO clause freeze clause species clause OHKO clause evasion clause if battle ends by use of life orb. the user with life orb wins combination of azumarill+belly drum+aua jet is forbidden items not allowed: Brightpowder, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, Scope Lens these rules really make it hard for me to decide what to use. I wondered if any of you might have some sugestions. Pokemon I was thinking of (didnt put to much thought in the move sets yet or the EV): Luxray, Flygon and Walrein
  17. Hello I would like to get my platinum team to Heart gold but I have only one Ds. I'm hoping that someone will help me out by accepting my team onto their game and then trading them to my Heart gold. There are six pokemon that i would like to move over. As a thank you for your time I would be willing to trade: -platinum Relaxed natured Piplup lvl6 Bashful Giratina lvl 47 modest Pichu lvl 22 -heartgold impish wooper lvl 6 gentle drowzee lvl 10 impish nidoran (f) lvl 12 quriky primape lvl 15 mild hoppip lvl 6 serious sandshrew lvl 12 hasty magnemite lvl 16 timid Togepi lvl 1 adamant Poliwag lvl 15 quirky, mild and basful Growlithe lvl 14,13,13 Sassy Feraligatr lvl 35 adamant nidorino lvl 34 These are legit I can also make and trade some legal hacked pokemon using pokesav if that is preferred. Thanks
  18. Hi there, recently i was thinking about an insane team, but i need some advice since i'm quite new to pokemon team building. Any advice will be appreciated. The team gives the best while a Hail is on the field. This team has a choiche for every ice weeknes. Surely is not so solid, but i think it works fine. P.S. I'm sorry for possible grammatical or syntactical mistakes. Any advice in this way too will be appreciated
  19. Well, my friend wants to get into competitive battling, but, I don't have many Pokemon to lend him. You will be trading the Pokemon to me. Can someone make him a team as follows?; Thank you Dems.
  20. Alright, so I'm completely new to Pokesav, and I'm trying to make a team that passes Nintendo's checks. Problem is, I'm having a real hard time doing it. Could anyone take a look at these Pokemon and tell me what's wrong? They don't pass the battle video check. And again, I'm a complete newbie, so it's probably a really obvious mistake. This also isn't an original team, it's a team someone at Smogon posted, and I was just trying it out to see what works so I can build my own. I'm new to competitive battling too. azelf.pkm empoleon.pkm gengar.pkm infernape.pkm jirachi.pkm suicune.pkm
  21. Recently I've started playing my Leaf Green again and just forgot how fun it was despite all its shortcomings. Here's my in-game team right after I finished the league, what's yours? [sprite]012[/sprite] Liberty the Butterfree (F) Level 52 Timid Compoundeyes HP 140 Attack 51 Defense 66 Sp.Atk 130 Sp.Def 97 Speed 124 - Psybeam - Silver Wind - Sleep Powder - Whirlwind Uses: - Useful Pokemon from the beginning - Very accurate Sleep Powder - Sleep Shuffling with Whirlwind = fun - Silver Wind (despite being physical in Gen III) can be useful SOMETIMES with that 10% chance of boosting all stats - Destroyed Agatha's team single-handedly [sprite]018[/sprite] Osprey the Pidgeot (F) Level 52 Jolly Keen Eye HP 166 Attack 123 Defense 84 Sp.Atk 79 Sp.Def 85 Speed 156 - Wing Attack - Quick Attack - Whirlwind - Featherdance Uses: - Yeah yeah. We all know even FEAROW is infinitely better than Pidgeot but I like Pidgeot so you competitive people stop staring at me for using one - Featherdance reduces the opponent's Attack Power by 2 levels, which is pretty cool. - Whirlwind for phazing... no clue why when Butterfree can make better use of it. I might just replace it with Fly. - Quick Attack finishes off weakened foes with STAB, Wing Attack for main STAB attack - Osprey was pretty good for the beginning and the middle game... until I reached Victory Road and all, I began to realize how Wing Attack failed to OHKO level 43 Machokes. But I'm still keeping Osprey anyways. [sprite]031[/sprite] Regina the Nidoqueen (F) Level 53 Naughty Poison Point HP 181 Attack 145 Defense 111 Sp.Atk 103 Sp.Def 88 Speed 96 - Body Slam - Double Kick - Thunderbolt - Surf Uses: - One of my main early game Pokemon which helped me secure some victories. Somewhat bulky (although Zapdos's Drill Peck did like 40% damage on her) and with an insane movepool - Double Kick over Superpower because Double Kick KOs those normal Pokes anyhow and it has more PP. Besides I don't like that attack/def drop either - Body Slam as main regular attack... 2-3HKOs most stuff not Rock/Steel in-game and has that chance of paralysis - Surf for those Rocks - Thunderbolt for Gyarados and other nuisances... although it failed to OHKO either - Poison Point sometimes helps... in fact quite a lot to ensure stuff gets KO'd before the opponent Full Restores or whatnot - Usefulness is slowly dwindling thanks to those mediocre stats but fairly reliable [sprite]038[/sprite] Kitsune the Ninetales (F) @ Charcoal Level 51 Timid Flash Fire HP 151 Attack 87 Defense 96 Sp.Atk 132 Sp.Def 112 Speed 159 - Flamethrower - Will-O-Wisp - Confuse Ray - Safeguard Uses: - A relatively new addition to the team... added right before I faced Erika... and then swept her with this. - Flamethrower is her main attack... but it runs out so easily seeing how it is the only attack she has. It's actually quite strong because it OHKOs-2HKOs almost anything that Kitsune has faced - Will-o-Wisp to burn physical stuff - Confuse Ray just for fun... it's not like she can do much else - Safeguard supports the team by preventing status from hitting - She's the annoying one in this team. Very quick/confuses/burns/can't get hit with status of your own/STAB Flamethrowers... yeah, painful for the AI. Quite useful actually but she really can't take much hits. Otherwise she's proven to be one of my most useful unit for the game. [sprite]071[/sprite] Vicky the Victreebel (F) @ Miracleseed Level 52 Naughty Chlorophyll HP 161 Attack 173 Defense 82 Sp.Atk 121 Sp.Def 72 Speed 94 - Razor Leaf - Growth - Acid - Sleep Powder Uses: - I got Vicky during the Nugget Bridge thing and made it my main grasser. Unfortunately she was also the HARDEST thing to train. 10 PP Vine Whip... from level 12... and Wrap of all useless moves. I had to wait until level 21 to evolve... and level 24 to learn Acid. Finally at level 42... 42 she decided to learn Razor Leaf. But still, Vicky was quite helpful - Sleep Powder... because... I said so... (everything wakes up in one turn when they face me >.>) - Acid... it OHKOs a lot of things for some reason, but I can't wait until I get Sludge Bomb. - Growth to boost up those Razor Leafs... (might get Swords Dance to complement Sludge Bomb) - Razor Leaf is my other STAB to take down waters and grounds (watches in horror as it misses) and even after + 2 Growths, it wouldn't OHKO Lapras while Lapras OHKOd Vicky with Ice Beam (fail) - Somewhat useful but at other times she fails... although Acid OHKOs most nooblings anyhow. That makes her useful in many ways. [sprite]009[/sprite] Turtle the Blastoise (F) @ Mystic Water Level 54 Calm Torrent HP 187 Attack 93 Defense 138 Sp.Atk 120 Sp.Def 133 Speed 107 - Protect - Rapid Spin - Ice Beam - Surf Uses: - My starter Pokemon. Yes people, I picked Blastoise, the least useful of the three. And yes, I use Pokemon that no one else likes to use. And yes, I picked Hitmonchan over Hitmonlee back at the Fighting Dojo! *inb4competitivebattlersflamemeforsuchdecision* - Protect for scouting what AI does - Rapid Spin... I don't even know why I'm keeping this move. It serves me no purpose in-game aside from slowly chipping Pokemon's HP away to help me capture it - Surf is my STAB move and does consistent damage - Ice Beam is my auxilary move for fliers/grassers/dragons/etc... - As sturdy as Turtle is, it sometimes doesn't do enough damage back to the opponents, although Turtle wins most of the time. There has been little to no problems with it. My SAV file is attached below... Leaf Green.sav

  23. Updating this RMT because I love this team so much, it is much better than I expected. I've used it over a hundred times, funny thing is it has a winning ratio against standard teams. I'm updating it, give off any suggestions, opinions =) Anything bold is what has been updated Hello I'm from the shoddy battle server of project pokemon, awesome site When I make teams I ussually like restricting myself to a sorta style, and I thought a unpredictable normal team! Smeargle lvl 15 - Focus Sash 252 atk 252 spe Ivs: 0 HP Trick Room Endeavor Spore Beat Up The ultimate F.E.A.R pokemon, people do not expect this strange beast. Facing a highly unprepared foe could result in two KOs or more (My most is four). I get the biggest kick in using beat up, it makes the opponent think I've revealed my team, only to realize I have completely different pokemon. The reason for it being lvl 15 with 252 atk is to do heavy damage to gengar with beat up My Smeargle I hope people won't predict. It's moves go in this order, 1. Trick Room, Spore, Endeavor, Beatup rinse and repeat. So far I have been able to take as much as three pokemon out. I'm not sure why but when I trick room-endeavor it does as much as damage as I would do in low health (even when I'm full health) I choose beat up as the finisher because it shows all the names of my pokemon which... I name to different pokemon to throw people off (Blissey is named Tyranitar) Ambipom - Focus Sash 252 Atk 252 Spd (+Attack -Special Defence) Technician Fake Out Last Resort Never has been the star of the show, but it still has it's uses, one extremely lucky time he almost sweeped a team with 3 crits , might replace this with F.E.A.R Clefable what do you think? This has two purposes 1. If there is no spikes or whatnot laid out I bring it in and last resort till it die (ghost pokemon ruin the fun and I must switch out) This also always seems to beat an infernape 1on1 2. If there are spikes which ruin the focus sash I use it to pick off already weak foes Blissey - Leftovers 252 Def 126 SpA 126 SpD (+Defence -Attack) Serene Grace Protect Wish Seismic Toss Toxic blah standard blissey, she's a special wall. It's the stalling set My special wall which always comes on top of special sweepers, I love it. It also is a cleric Slaking - Choice Scarf 252 Atk 252 Spd (+Attack -Special Attack) Giga Impact Earthquake Fire Punch Nightslash with the right predictions... nah I just use Giga Impact, I've OHKOed Luke with it, so it has do be deezed. Earthquake n TP is there for good measure. Nightslash is for those pesky ghost. My physical Revenge Killer, no one seems to think it's fast (which it is) Giga Impact it the main move as it pairs with his 160 base attack and stab which does major damage which I don't mind the recharge for obvious reasons (although it disables me from retreating) Earthquake is always good, and beats pokemon that resist giga impact Nightslash for ghost pokemon Togekiss - Choice Scarf 252 SpA 252 Spd (+Speed -Attack) Serence Grace Air Slash Tri Attack Aurasphere Shadowball I usually just use airslash flinch haxs, it's cheap and effective. I occasionally have to use shadowball to ghost though, and auraphere is steel. My special revenge killer/sweeper. Serene grace because a 40% chance to burn, freeze or paralyz (can't spell) is awesome Aurasphere to pokemon once again that resist tri attack People laugh at me when I have shadowball on togekiss but I need to in order to stand a chance to against ghost pokemon which I struggle with a lot. Air Slash for stab flinch hacks Snorlax - Leftovers (+Defense -Minus Special Attack) Thick Fat Curse Outrage Rest Sleep Talk Info: My only new pokemon in the squad, before it was clefable. He's a tank that absorbs sleep and I put him in if trick room is still in effect. He's biggest problem is SD Luke. It's basically Curse talking snorlax. But with outrage, now many people question this, why not stab body slam? why not an attack that doesn't trap and confuse you? - Well I used outrage over bodyslam to hit ghost - Also every other move is x4 resisted by some pokemon, but there is no pokemon that x4 resist a dragon move, because only steel resist dragon. And with 4 or more cursing, steel pokemon are 2-3HKOed pokemon with a x2 (Metagross was 2HKO with full health) - The confusion is a problem, but missing a turn actually isn't a big deal, he's a tank. any damage is minimal and my leftovers heal it, and that's if it connects. - The trapping effects don't really matter, I'm going to stay - Sleeptalking an Outrage also prevents getting trapped and confused, which I usually do. It may sound like I'm just trying to defend this pokemon using outrage, but trust me it is very effective, I have countless logs proving it's effectiveness Old pokemon Clefable - Toxic Orb Magic Guard Facade Trick Wish Protect I wanted to put this pokemon in because it screams awesomeness with the creative ways it can be used. Toxic orb because magic guard nullifys the damage and makes facade a whomping 140 damage. When Toxic Orbs use is done I trick if I can
  24. Keep in mind this team uses a few HMs (even though Surf is commonly used competitively) because I hate swapping with the PC to surf/fly. It's probably pretty bad, but I'm curious to see where I can go with this competitively since I've done really all there is to do in the real game. This is my result after some intensive leveling and a pretty standard play-through. All EVs/IVs I can change per request, but I'll list what I have now. All natures are a result of decently high IVs (but not all 31 or anything). All pass legal checker and are able to be uploaded in a battle video to the GTS. ANY suggestions welcome. 25. Alakazam @ Life Orb Trait: Synchronize Nature: Timid EVs: 252 SpA/ 6 SpD/ 252 Spe - Psychic - Focus Blast - Signal Beam - Calm Mind Personally, I know for a fact that if my Alakazam manages to use at least one Calm Mind, and isn't under a status condition, Psychic or Focus Blast can at least take out one or two Pokemon. The only move that gives me trouble here is Focus Blast, due to 80% accuracy, sometimes it's hard to rely on it. Weavile @ Choice Band Trait: Pressure Nature: Jolly EVs: 42 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 216 Spe - Night Slash - Pursuit - Ice Punch - Brick Break I modified this revenge Killer Weavile and replaced Ice Shard with Ice Punch because I personally like Punch more, and included Brick Break in case I ever run into a Rock type or a Steel Type. Infernape @ Life Orb Trait: Blaze Nature: Naive EVs: 194 Spe/ 64 Atk/ 252 SpA - Flamethrower - Grass Knot - Close Combat - Hidden Power (Ice) This is one of my favorites, since it's good move set along with it's nature and EV's help me handle a diverse amount of Pokemon types. I prefer Flamethrower over Fire Blast any day, more accuracy helps and the 40 damage less won't mind thanks to his SpA Ev's. Gliscor @ Life Orb Trait: Sand Veil Nature: Jolly EVs 252 Hp/ 42 Def/ 216 Spe - Earthquake - U-Turn - Taunt - Roost My stallbreaker and second favorite, the Earthquake/Taunt/Roost combo is great if played correctly, and I also like to Taunt and then use U-Turn for a decent effect, depending on the enemy Pokemon. Tentacruel @ Leftovers Trait: Liquid Ooze Nature: Calm EVs: 252 Hp/ 122 Def/ 136 SpD - Surf - Ice Beam/Sludge Bomb - Toxic Spikes - Rapid Spin Tentacruel is my support, sometimes I switch to him so I can blow away Spikes/Stealth rock with Rapid Spin and then attack or switch and use Toxic Spikes and then attack, it depends on what I'm facing, really. Jolteon @ Choice Specs Trait: Volt Absorb Nature: Timid EVs: Def 6/ 252 Spe/ 252 Spa - Thunderbolt - Shadow Ball - Hidden Power (Ice) - Baton Pass This girl is a freaking murder machine. I've seen her take out a decent amount of Pokemon thanks to Thunderbolt or Hidden Power (Ice) with insane speed EV's. The only drawback is that sometimes people switch out to a Pokemon type that is resistant to Thunderbolt, which is the attack I use the most, forcing me to switch from time to time and costing me damage on my next Pokemon. Overall, the big flaw this team has is that a good Ground type could take out Tentacruel, Infernape and Jolteon, but I usually switch to Gliscor. The only other threat is a Water type, a good one like Gyarados or Starmie, could OHKO or 2HkO either Infernape or Gliscor if I don't switch to someone like Tentacruel.
