    You say pretty easy, but what you just said was Greek to me. Put the Firmware on the and? Like I said I don't Hack or play with ROMS or anything so forgive my nOObish ways. ^^; I am sure I wouldn't have a problem using it, but someone will have to explain it in detail to me. If someone has a link to where I can read how to use them it would be most helpful. If not, then I guess I will just have to enjoy the event and tell you all how awesome it was later haha

    I will be going to the one in PA June 6th. If someone can tell me where to get this "flash cart" and how to use it correctly, I will gladly share my WC with PP if I get one. I will try to enter, but even if I get in I wont get far I don't hack and I am not the best at EV training, but I will try. Any suggestions on a team haha.

    Remember back when Yellow Version came out and they had the Special Edition Yellow/Blue Gameboy Color? And then when G/S came out they had a Special Edition Gold/Silver Gameboy Color? How about a few years later when they had the Gold GameBoy Advance that they sold at Pokemon NY? How about all those Pokemon themed SP's? We even had a run of special Pokemon DSlites! Now that I have spammed you with all those images, this is my question to you. Do you think there will be a Special Heart Gold; Soul Silver Edition Nintendo DSi or DSlite. Will it just be one like the Gameboy Color one? Will there be two? One Silver and one Gold? Will it be a Japan only thing? Will they make none at all. What will they look like if they do make them? Personally, I think there will be a DSi one. Why? The DSi is still rather new and if I know Nintendo they will be looking for every and any reason to promote it. And what better way then a Special Limited Edition color? Now, will we see it here in America or anywhere else? I doubt it. Why? Because Japan is the source so they will get most of the exclusives. Kinda like the Charizard and Torchic SP's I showed you. Personally, I think they will either make one of each color or one similar to the P/D Nintendo DSlite. I am working on making my own edits but I will wait to post them after I see if this thread is approved or not. EDIT: Here be my Hear Gold Version :3 *small note: If any of the images are broken let me know and I will replace them. I didn't put them in my own photobucket yet since I was unsure if they would approve this topic or not*

    Honestly, that would have ZERO effect on a game release date in Japan Even more so since most countries hate America. Though I doubt they would be giving an exact day of release yet.

    I so agree. When I heard Gen 3 was coming out I was like WTH they are making MORE? Seriously, they are just beating a dead thunder horse if you ask me.

    Eh, the more I look at the girl the more I want to play as Gold . It isn't because it isn't Crystal, *since if this is a G/S remake Crystal wouldn't be around anyway* but those darn leg warmers Good God those things are ugly. I can deal with the ten gallon hat thing going on, but those leg warmers Plus, it will be just like old times again. Playing as a dude, but still using a chicks name. I have played as a girl since Crystal. Time to spice things up haha.

    I could care less about stats Stats don't change the fact that Gen 3 and Gen 4 are ugly and unoriginal. Again, i site the flame poo throwing monkey. I understand you point Wraith, but honestly I think most people here from the looks of it aren't wanting the remakes and such for competitive battling. We want it because it was back when Pokemon was still good. I don't care if a Cyndaquil was no better then a Magickarp I would still pick him every time. And I am sure there are others who feel the same. Be it with Chikorita, Totodile, Chamander what ever. Fact is, and yes it is fact. Gen 3 and Gen 4 are not as loved as Gen 1 and Gen 2. Honestly, I can't tell you the last time I picked up R/S/E and all I seam to do with my D/P/P is train Gen1 and Gen 2 Poke.     It is an AWESOME topic :3 I can't wait to see what they do with the gym leaders. I just can't see them not making some sort of update to them.     I have black family and let me tell you, they say the WORST things about black people We are always the most judgmental againts our own race. And yeah, Gen 3 starters where HORRIBLE, but were way better then Gen 4. I mean COME ON! A Monkey? When I saw the Gen 4 starters I couldn't take Chimchar seriously. All I good see was this ugly monkey throwing flaming poo at me

    Ah Ok. I never watched pokemon after they went to the Orange Islands because I was mad they changed the opening theme. *I was a fickle child * I prefer watching all my anime subbed, and at the time I had limited access to it so I gave up. I am now rewatching the series in Japanese as we speak. *HG/SS has me that jazzed * Finding the subbed episodes is a pain though haha.

    They were very yummy. I still play my FR. In fact I just got done breading a whole bunch of charmader, bulbasaur, and squirtle. I just love raising those little buggers X3 I am working on getting another Shiny Charmander at the moment.

    That I would like to see! I mean, Silver has just gone to being a douche to being a "good" guy so it would be awesome to see. Rival teaming up with Rival to face a second team of Rivals! Red and Green did seam to kick more butt when they worked together.

    Everyone had there preferences :3 Thats what makes the game fun for me. A little something for everyone. Me, I hate contests I kinda liked them in Gen 3 but in Gen 4 they are just so stupid. COME ON! Dancing? And woo! A fellow Nicknamer! *highfives*

    Double battle don't have to have two people, just four pokemon in total. I personally love the double battles. I would have loved it if they had put in a double battle for a gym leader. There are just so many cool combos you can pull off in a double battle. My Favorite double battle team is my Tortera and Crobat. Twiggy can use his earthquake and own the other team while Zulo goes unharmed. And with Zulo's awesome speed she can get in an attack first to weaken the strongest pokemon first since Twiggy is so damn slow T^T Sometimes I use my Staraptor, but I prefer my Crobat. *yes, I nickname my pokemon, YOU SHUSH!* ---------- Post added at 08:18 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:16 PM ---------- Overrated?     Wasn't the Johto era the most popular though Wasn't there like three seasons just for Johto? I know it was like three years and they were STILL in Johto. I remember turning on the TV and saying, OMG they are still there?!

    I agree that Red needs to be epic. I mean, they talk like he is some sort of trainer god in the manga. Even when people come along and whoop his butt people are like "OMG NO ONE CAN BEAT RED!!1shift1 lol I have some high hopes for this game and all this talk about making the trainers/leaders tougher is getting me excited. I am not going to be able to stand the wait.

    Yeah, I like to actually read a thread before I post Oh that sounds like fun. I wasn't fond of Gen 3, but it only makes sense that they will have some for the rematches since Gen 3 takes place at the same time as Gen 1. Some of the pokemon weren't that bad, the story just sucked. Can't wait for the new teams. Awesome job!

    Wow Wraith I love the Kanto leaders and Red's team. Very nice. I would love to see something like this in the remake. *crosses fingers* They need to do something to make it tougher then the original. There is just so much more you can do with a game now a days then you could all those years ago. BTW thank you very much for the link.
