    Since they're so low-leveled, it's probably not applied yet. Try leveling up the Pokemon a level or two.

    It replaces the first 3. So... put something useless in the first 3 slots, like a Starly or Bidoof.

    Nah, I just put random ones in with 31's for the ones you wanted EV's in. Did you need any specific IV's?

    Alrighty, that works. I'll get the code done in a few minutes or so. EDIT: Alright, Honu, here's your code. L + R to activate. It replaces slots 1-3 in your party. If I messed up or it doesn't work, tell me and I'll fix it. Enjoy.

    If you want it to show up in your Dex, you need to make it an egg and then hatch it. Hacking it directly into your Party/PC won't make it show up in the Dex.

    Is it just me or are all Korean events only given out in a tiny period of time? These are some pretty random Pokemon for an event. But Feebas looks interesting...

    I don't think it needs Fateful Encounter on. Mainly, the PID doesn't match the IVs... Since this Pokemon's not from an egg, it's IVs need to match up.

    That's it, yeah... but I need a code for it. The .pgt code. Also, I have your Koffing code made, but I just got finished typing a 35-line code... so I'm gonna take a break for a bit.

    I guess I can try and make one of those. Also. What OT do you want me to use? And what's "Blond" nature...? I've never heard of that. If you can make the code for the Pichu, I can transfer it. That's one of the Pokemon I need a code for, like I said, I can't use Japanese.

    Uhh... I'm actually trying to get these 2 codes for some Pokemon made before I do any others. I can't make them because I can't use Japanese characters on Mac. I might make the Koffing, can you use the form on the front page, though? It's a lot easier on me.

    That made me laugh. I don't think they'll be shiny when they follow you. But if they are, I'm getting a black Rayquaza to follow instead of a green one.

    Kingdom Hearts? Awesome... that's where my username's from. Aura + X. And my avatar and profile pic. Anyways... it's one of my favorite games. Chain of Memories has got to be the hardest game in the series... stupid cards.
