    Nope, they're not legal. Lv. 1 Dialga is impossible right now, and Ho-oh can only be obtained at Lv. 70.

I can redo the code if you prefer something else that fits. L + R, Diamond, and it goes in Party Slot 1. There you go. If there's any problems, please say so and I'll fix them. Enjoy.

    Oh. Weird, I know I hit shiny. I'll make you another code, just a sec. EDIT: Here's the new code. Same activation, Plat, and it'll go to Box 1, Slot 29. If there's any mistakes, tell me.

    Let's see what's up with them. Azelf: Its PID doesn't match its IVs. Since Azelf isn't hatched, you'll need to use PID/IV to make its PID. Meaning... you'll need to modify its IVs a bit until you get a matching PID for them. Empoleon: Looks good to me. Gengar: Same problem as Azelf. Infernape: Looks fine. Jirachi: Same as Azelf and Gengar. This one's harder, though, since you have to make its algorithm Common GBA Event Restricted to be legal - which is pretty hard, I've never done it. Also, Trash Bytes are important on these kinds of Pokemon. I can't check them, but they're important for legality checks. Suicune: Suicune can't be captured in Hoenn, as well as the same problem as the above 3. I don't know if the Trash Bytes are correct here, either. Hmm... that's all I see right now. Maybe someone else can come and check the T. Bytes.

    Alright, I've given out these Pokemon. ASH KETCHUM: Muk, Snorlax Green Phantom: Umbreon, Gardevoir So, Ray, whenever you come around, you don't need to make those.

    I think it should still be Stark Mountain. I mean, whenever I make a D/P Pokemon for Plat, that's what I do - just insert wherever I got it on D/P into location met, not Link Trade. They turn out fine. You could go ahead and try that, though, I suppose.

    I'm confused. Are you inputting the location met as Stark Mountain, or Link Trade (Met?)

    No problem! Helping out is fun. Nope, the Hex would stay the same. I've never heard of it resetting.

    Yeah, it doesn't matter what type of PokeSav you use. It only matters where the Pokemon is from. Pearl has the Hex 85, as does Diamond. Platinum uses 44-47, as well as 85. Simply put, only 85 needs to be filled out if Heatran's from Pearl. If it was from Plat, then it'd be a different story.

    If the hometown, SID, OT + gender, and ID (Maybe the language, too, not sure,) match the game's, it'll say "Met at," otherwise, it should say, "Apparently met at -" So, yes. Yep, that. Stark Mountain, yes. Only 85 needs to be filled out. D/P only used that value, Plat uses 44-47, + 85. 05 is the right thing to enter.

    I'm positive that it shouldn't say Link Trade for Heatran. Last time I checked, the Link Trade status was for eggs that were traded to someone else. So it'd say, "Met in link trade," rather than Day-Care Couple. Or something along those lines. I believe it should be from Stark Mountain, and since this is from Pearl, the only Hex that applies is 85h. Meaning the rest would be zeroes. All it needs is the 05 in 85h, and it needs to be from Stark Mountain. Pretty sure.

    Ha, no problem, we all make mistakes sometime. Notice: To all of you who'd like a Pokemon traded, since I really have a lot of free time right now, I could trade some things. Since I manually type codes, I'll just do 1 Pokemon per request. If anyone would like me to trade some of their Pokemon, just say which one. And a request.     Oh. That's a bit more difficult for me. I can't use the IV-PID Generator since I'm using a Mac, so I can't generate any legal PIDs for a shiny Rayquaza. I'm sure Ray would be able to use it, so you might just have to wait till he comes around.

    Nicknames are awesome. I usually name my Pokemon after a number, then some cool word or after what they're for. Ex. 2nd Bomber the Smeargle, 5th Sabre the Garchomp, 6th Treble the Mightyena. Or sometimes after Latin stuff. My suggestions: Mus (Lat. for mouse,) Blue (Short, sweet, to the point,) Puteulanus (Lat. for Blue,) or... if you're looking for something 'cute,' then something like Kitty... or Bubbles? I always have a hard time thinking of nicks for some reason.

Enjoy. @ Kinkedo56: I have the Jolly one right now, if I have time I'll try making all the other natures. Oh, yeah, for the OT, I wasn't sure if you meant nothing or to actually have the name as NO DATA, so I just put NO DATA. And a note, it's not legal, since you wanted all 31 IVs and it doesn't match the PID. So... here's the file. Another Edit. Shiny.     Trash Bytes apply to all Pokemon last time I checked, but they're supposedly the most difficult to fix on Pal Parked Pokemon. Here's a nice guide to Trash Bytes: http://projectpokemon.org/wiki/Trash_Bytes EDIT: Never mind, they only apply to the 3 in the article. My mistake.

    Yup, he looks good now. I don't know about Trash Bytes, so you'll have to wait for someone else to come around and check that if you need them checked. And yes, I was a hobo. But hobo isn't really a place, so I changed it.

    No prob! Yeah, just hit edit and go advanced. You can remove and add attachments there.

    The PID problem can be fixed by editing the IVs some more. Ape's algorithm here is Type 4, but it needs to be Type 1, Normal NDS or GBA... something along those lines. Try messing around with the IVs a bit.
