    it should be the same as littleroot town. what THAT is, i think it is 7E ALSO, i mentioned this earlier and it has yet to be corrected... under the HGSS locations byte 99 is route 5, byte 98 is route 4 and so on... untill byte 94. 94 was marked as Route 1 94 is actually Saffron City. 95 is route 1... everything else is A-OK.

    ok guys, remember, this is a homebrew thread, not a flashcard thread... however, r4 has died... *holds a funeral* also, have you tried using DSkiosk to load it? a friend of mine has an r4i like yours, and can use this fine through that. PS, chase-san, keep up the good work, i find this program very usefull when i dont have pc access...

    when all is said and done, i would like to say... that if it is on ds or dsi, i am availiable to help in the translations sorry if that seems a little random, i couldn't find a thread that had translation info on this gen, im sure there will be one soon ^^

    this very same problem was addressed earlier... by me anyways, read up on my posts in THIS thread, and i'm sure you will find a solution. And of course... Merry Christmas Delibird left a DSi under my tree! now i need to buy a DSi flashcard... >

    umm... i noticed that byte 99 was left out... was that a typo or is 99 blank? EDIT; omg, i found out why 99 is missing... 99 is route 5. 98 is route 4. 97 is route 3. 96 is route 2. 95 is route 1. And the error on your list is byte 94. 94 is Saffron City! i hope this was helpful...

    I had the exact opposite problem... i have a patched SS and i downloaded HG and used the katakana names english patch and it just loads a black screen. (and it plays the opening music, just no video)

    Pokewalker is incompatable with roms dude, but if you do have a legal game, then you activate them by accesing the event, finding the man at the pokemart, save your game. restart the game and go to the pokewalke menu, the new couse (the event) will be listed. tadah

    hmm... wierd, i got an email saying there was a reply, but i dont see it here... whatever... the post i received an email was: cheatscalore; i just got the english version but need codes the ones i got wont come up on the r4 and people say im a master at getting cheats and my answer to that is simply, search the thread... but im nice, so here's the simple way. get a program called "r4cce" (google it or email me) ive compiled a visual guide to doing this, follow the link to see it. (to use the file, you need winrar, if you dont have that, then Arceus have mercy on your Soul Silver! ) ___________________________ Hey mods, after looking this over... i think it should be stickied... it could become rather useful!     ...do you happen to have a version 6 with katakana pokemon names? :3 im doing a "perfect run through of HG and SS so i'm litterally going to go through the entire game and create a base of all the pokemon. including all the events released with any hgss effect (when im done, i'll have a lv45 ho-oh from HG and a lv 70 ho-oh from SS, get it?) this means that i'll have a dual boot sav file, (with help from DSOrganize and PPSE-DS) ______________________ Nevermind My bad... its been a while since i last used the patch... for got it was included ::bidoof:

    it should work as long as it's dldi patched. if it doesnt, try putting it on the root of the card. If it still doesn't work, try removing ant GBA expansion packs, or whatever extras are installed. And if all else fails, do all of the above, together, and load it with a program called DS Kiosk. (Google it) I will give no help for DS Kiosk. :mad:

    yes yes, we know... that seems to be the only thing anybody cares about... its been mentioned FAR too many times... (like over 9000...) regardless, i'm sure the creator has had enough people tell him this... so could everyone just take a moment to read all the posts in this thread to see if what they are about to post has already been mentioned, and if it has, just take a moment to genuinely appreciate all that has already been done. ok? thanks.:\

    If you mean the pichu and arceus codes, then just activate them, and talk to the man in green at any pokemart, look online for instructions on how to use the pokemon after you get them. hope that helps also, ive decided to compile my cheats for pokemon soul silver, i've only tested a few of the codes, however, some of them dont work at all! also, these are the most updated cheats i could find, if there are more that arent on my list, i'd be more than graceous to have them. also, this include some extra info on some of the codes that i've expirimented with. the info is included with the cheats themselves. if i should remove the file, just say so and i will. sorry for any problems it may cause.     umm... i cant get the pokedex codes to work, the game freezes, and is there a way for me to let my spikey ear pichu into the union rooms and such? (the alt forems code dont work with pichu) and is there a code for walking through wals without L or R buttons being used? (my L and R dont work... TT_TT)

    i assume that was a response to me... um anyway... what i meant was that some older posts mention using this program with the actual carts not just a dumped sav. (or thats how it seems anyway...) And as Chase-san himself said; "Its from the cart, its very very very experimental. I don't expect that it actually works correctly." so... yeah... i dont need to edit, just see whats there... :tongue:

    I've noticed that too... however, i also notived that in PPSE-DS, that isnt a problem! my gizamimi Pichu is still as awesome as ever! :cool: (Yes, thats the official name of the forme, there isnt an official english one yet...)

    what card are you using? and i personally dont use the HOMBREW.NDS file that came with it, try using the cards firmware. also, take out any gba packs while using it! hope that helps at least:bidoof:
