    We already have the German WC on the repository. Feel free to verify that it is proper.

    Legality is being slowly buit into PKHEX and porybox. If you are looking for gen 4 to 7, just validate against the wondercard and get a region lock list. If you are looking for gen 3, PKHEX checks some things but not everything. For now the legality algorithms are not completely public. You are more than welcome to send 3rd Gen pkm files to me. The information in gen 3 that is important is: species, any special moves, pid, ot gender, ot name, and tid. Of course there are trash bytes, and that is not public either but I'll be happy to check those too.

    Unown has a different method altogether. It's the same as event pokemon I believe.

    Javier, it was weird to us too when SciresM did the research and we found out that the bank servers do very minimal tests before allowing an upload. Essentially all conversions are done locally before upload.

    Wraith, I usually upload the events to github as soon as they are on the server. Check out the events gallery on pp's github.

    In gen 4 Korean was so heavily modified that offsets and such are different. I have a shiny Arceus somewhere. I'll see if I can find it.

    I have the gen 4/5 games on my CycloDS which thankfully works through CFW.

    I'll look into it when I get some time. Since it's in unicode, my inclination is that it's the master boot roms listing. And referencing an entry is how you get the pokemon for the master rom menu.

    As a note for anyone paying attention to the WCs uploaded, GF fixed Sandshrew so it has the same G7TID as the others! This is a perfect reason for why we don't release WCs early. They do change, sometimes often.

    Also keep in mind that while PKHex may tell you the PID/IVs for a Gen 3/4 pokemon is legal, that may not be the case. The PID/IV are algorithmically linked. When you reroll, PKhex doesn't do it according to the algorithm. While this is fine for personal use, just keep in mind that collectors do check these things if you trade.
