    Everything you mentioned is implemented. For example, If you take a PGF and generate a force-shiny, it will be correct.

    The best way I have found is to use an FTPd app on my 3DS. Then using an FTP client, I download the save file. You can export/import it via JKSM (cia app allows digital and cart).

    @Mike007899 - Thanks. We are fortunate enough to be able to download the WCFull for serial code events directly from the servers. What would be really helpful is if someone is in Japan and their birthday is coming up so they can go and NTR Ram Dump the birthday pokemon. We believe the same method used for local wireless, can be used for infrared. Please help us find someone! Also it is useful to see before/after sav files from local wireless and infrared events. This is important because there are things changed the save file that we were not aware of before like the push-back list.

    If you are checking event pokemon from gen 3, you will get erroneous mismatches because the templating code is not done, e.g. Japanese berry glitch. Also I assume the other gen 3 pid relationship algorithms probably need tightening up. I recommend sending your troublesome pokes to kaphotics.

    Also a misunderstanding. PKHex doesn't check hatched egg algorithm. Gen 3/4 IIRC, you can backtrack half of the IVs from the parents, and half from PRNG along with the PID.

    @javier_himura - Only for static encounter. @Kaphotics can correct me, but I believe PKHex has the FULL algorithm implemented now. That means the generator in Pokegen WILL NOT give you a valid PID/IV combination. I recommend using RNGReporter.

    This is technically not correct. You will notice that if you generate a PID with pokegen for generation 3, there is a high likelihood for wild encounters that PKHex will flag it as invalid because the algorithm is much more complex than just PID/IV. You have to take into consideration the % chance of battle encounter, the wild encounter table entry, choosing a level, choosing a nature, abilities that change rates/syncs, and then the PID/IV. Additionally, it is highly likely that an event pokemon will be illegal too, even though PKHex flags it as correct. This has to do with the relationship between PID/IV and OTG which varies from event to event. The algorithms are NOT published directly and therefore generating/validating them will be difficult without lots of research.

    IIRC, we are only missing the following: Hadou Titans - PID/IV/OTG Algorithm. - I only have 2 trustworthy specimens from a single source. I need ~20 to infer an algorithm. And of course nobody knows if there is a PCNY algorithm. And I think there might be a Mystic/EON Ticket or two for specific countries that are missing. But whether or not they are different with regards to text is unknown. We do know that the script functionality is the same as others.

    PKHex doesn't have the capability of generating valid PID/IVs. I would research what the algorithm should be, and use RNGReporter.

    Illegal version allows you to change a pokemon to something that is knowingly illegal, such as an ability it is not supposed to have.

    Thank you @Mike007899! - It looks like all 3 of the wondercards are exactly the same. So it confirms that the WC is only in Japanese text and region unlocked event.
