You're pretty much barging into here and insulting all the hard work the staff and contributors do while at the same time constantly request AR codes. If you think its so horrible for someone to provide the materials for someone to make cheat codes, maybe perhaps you shouldn't be asking for them so much. Let's be clear: No one here has ever given the impression that they own Pokemon or are taking credit for Pokemon. No one is using the copyright of Pokemon to make a profit. These are blatantly false statements that you made considering the front page of the site makes it clear Nintendo/Gamefreak are the copyright owners of Pokemon, not PP. Again, if you feel so horrible about what we do here, feel free to go away and not come back.

Feel free to stop using PokeGen, then. No we aren't. In no way, shape, or form do any game researchers claim ownership of the data. What they do claim ownership over is the creation of how said data is displayed, and no one here or elsewhere is making any money off of their websites. Everyone here and at 99% of fan sites out there are doing this out of the goodness of their hearts, in their spare time. Those that host the site do so at their own expense. The few fan sites that have tried to sell merch and whatnot (usually those dumb MMORPGs) get shut down quickly, while fan sites like us and Serebii have been around for years. *eyeroll* The bottom of every page on PP.org has an express message saying Nintendo, Game Freak, etc... are the copyright owners of Pokemon. For someone who has done nothing but request AR codes and help with hacking, you have a strange way of showing how horrible hacking is since you use it so much. If you have any concern about the legality of this, feel free to leave. I'll even ban you if that helps.

PokeGen creates pkm files for use on Pokemon games, either the game carts or save files. PO is a battle simulator that doesn't create individual files. I think it might create teams in some format but that's it.

If your Pokemon has illegal stats (IE something above or below what it should be based on EVs, IVs, nature, and level of Pokemon), then it gets automatically re-calculated upon healing at a PokeCenter or deposited into a PC. IE somethig with 999 in all stats gets re-calculated to its proper form upon healing.

If you hate hacking, then...don't do it. I would hope anyone who hacks, as in actually hacks their game and generates Pokemon digitally via AR/Pokesav/PokeGen, would be polite enough to disclose that before battling. But then again, I think some of the "omg!!!! hacking!!!" crowd seriously overestimates how much it helps. Most Pokemon only have 1-3 stats even worth using, and most individual Pokemon sets typically only focus on 1-3 stats for EV investment. It doesn't matter what Snorlax's Sp Atk IV is because he isn't using it. Same thing with Weavile's DEF IV. A couple IV points is an advantage, but it is not an insurmountable barrier. Strategy is always going to play more of a role. IMO, most people who say RNG is hacking and just overall complain about mechanics such as IVs probably aren't good at strategic battling and that's why they're losing and thus complaining. And hey, most battles take place on simulators anyway. That gives everyone absolute equal footing in terms of what is "available".

I will (probably) end up picking one up. No way am I gonna pick up 3 copies though.

Did Twitter tell you why they suspended your old account, because I remember you said you were gonna keep it up for posterity.

DW.exe doesn't do anything other than automatically run through areas. You can't artifically force it to do anything. But depending on the Pokemon's type, that increases how likely you are to visit certain areas.

You're complaining that your hacked Pokemon is showing up as hacked. That's kind of the purpose of a Legality check.

Tried with the new area in B2 and everything works a-okay.

You have to attempt to use Game Sync before the 24 hour clock starts. If you put your game cart in the 3ds and did nothing, then nothing has changed.

Did you enter the code correctly, what is the code for, where was the code supposed to activate (directly into party, into your PC, etc....), etc... In no way have you ruled out several paths of user error. Yes, PokeGen does work for DS. If you made the code correctly and followed the proper steps, it should work. I'd suggest walking through what you're trying to do and what you've done in detail so we can pinpoint the problem and then find a solution.

I just tried it with B1. Works just fine.

This board is for assistance with PokeGen, not for "how do I hack" type questions. Just go to Pokecheck.org and grab a pkm file from there and use IRGTS to send it.
