    What part don't you understand? There is a problem with your Pokemon. Remove the offending (IE hacked) Pokemon from your party and you'll be allowed on. Plugging the sentence onto Google otherwise known as "searching" would yield several years worth of topics across the Interwebs, which would've answered your question as well.

    You can find these at pkmdb.com and you can verify them by transferring to a Gen 4 game and uploading them to pokecheck.org for a legality analyses. It is highly unlikely you'll get something straight from a distro cart since it is the person's word and that's it. In one of the Gen III threads, one of our forum posters/researchers says he got a MYSTRY Mew Kanto distro cart.     Since Oak's Letter is an event from a game from a generation and many years ago, I bet you could look up the Gen 4/Platinum/whatever thread in RAM editing and find a code that works that was made eons ago. TLDR: Insert the WonderCard into a Mystery Gift editor. That's how you do it. In Gen 4 games, you can still use Pokesav for that purpose and use PokeGen for everything else.

    Had to delete some posts to get rid of the offending content. As Hozu said, the purpose of this thread is to report bugs in Pokecheck's legality analysis. It is not to declare if something is hacked or not or how to make stuff legal. Anyone going off topic in the thread is eligible for post deletion and infractions. Please feel free to Report or PM me for any rule offenders.

    ....I don't really see this as Nuzlocke. Having only two Pokemon in a Gen 4 game is pretty much playing the game on Easy mode. Especially the Starly line, which is an amazing Pokemon to get. So uh...closing. And just post your discussion in the respective game/generations forum.

    HGSS don't have the 24 hour limit on Pal-Park. Clone them in EMerald/via AR and send them to Gen 4, as suggested.

    Unfortunately, this forum is mainly dedicated to research and discussion. While we encourage game discussion and whatnot, there isn't enough of a userbase here for friend code exchanged because its highly unlikely that someone will be on this forum at the same time as you are and have their DS ready and be able to get your FC in time for you to battle/trade/whatever. I'd highly suggest browsing more active forums for this, or to go into any number of Pokemon chat rooms where real-time communication makes it easier to trade and battle. Regards.

    This isn't quite "help get my Pokemon pass Random Match" talk, but it kind of borders closely. So I'm just going to close it. Your Pokemon are completely usable in-game, in local wireless, and Friend Code Wi-Fi matches where there is no legality check. As far as I'm concerned, that's good enough.

    There's absolutely no reason for this thread. We host the Wonder Cards of Pokemon EVents so people can extract their own. If people want the pkm file of a Gen 4 or Gen 5 event, they can go to pokecheck.org and get one. There is also appropriate threads in Event Contributions for In-Game special Pokemon such as Gift Pokemon, in-game trades, starters, stationary/one off, or anything that isn't caught the standard throw-pokeball-at-it-method (http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?5286-Contribute-Trades-Legends-Shinies-Eggs-and-others) and a DW Contribution thread (http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11816-Dream-World-Pok%E9mon-Contribution)

    Also the date is 100% legal as long as the DS can be set to it. The date is reflective of the DS internal clock, not what the actual day or time it is in the world.
