    It's important to emphasize "transfer". It is a one-way transfer (the game makes this VERY clear when you go through the process) and your Pokemon can also hold items. Make sure to delete any HM moves because otherwise, you won't be able to Pal-Park your Pokemon. EDIT: Closing since question was answered.

    There is no way to distribute 5th gen Pokemon like there is with 4th gen.

    Ruby is a Gen III game and has no way to connect to Wi-Fi. If you want a Mew, either check out the sendpkm.exe program, or get an AR or flash card. Do a browse of the forums in the Game Mechanics and Research csection.

    Having some Japanese left is on purpose. It's something like 95% done, and I think all of the story is now in English. Can't help you with the freezing though. You might want to list how you're playing the game (manufacturer of flash cart, firmware version, etc...)

    DO NOT RESPOND TO FLAMERS, PIRACY REQUESTS, AND RULE BREAKERS. HIT THE REPORT BUTTON. There was a flamer on the previous page who has now since been banned. But not a single person hit the report button. Instead there was a page of whining, bitching, and name calling that was almost just as bad as his initial flaming. So there. From now on, I'm going to infract people (with 20-40 points) who quote rule breakers and don't even bother hitting the Report button.

    If all you want to do is distribute a pkm file, even Pokemon or otherwise, HyperGTS does that. Read about it here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11627-Competitive-Pokemon-GTS-Distribution-Thread You can modify the wondercards and share wondercards over local DS-to-DS wireless. That's about it.
