    I forgot about that. Thing about plugins is.. it must be updated for current PKHeX. plugins are always a better option, unless it isn’t updated (mine are yet to be updated, sigh)

    Legitimately no. To date, any other way of getting the WISHMKR isn’t legitimate. If you don’t care about legitimacy, and all you care about is getting a shiny Jirachi, you could just hack a Jirachi wonder card (a non Gen 4 one), and keep redeeming the event in-game to check if it’s shiny or not.

    The event is given by the disk. The event 'command' isn't stored on RS.

    Those 3 Each one has a value, and make sure you edit that value to be one that can be encountered as a legendary. When done editing the existing values, just select a different key, then close block editor, then export the save, then restore it to your game.

    Make sure you have a safe backup of your save, one that would remain unedited and safely tucked away in your computer.     In game, when you fail a legendary raid, the scientist at the entrance would ask you if you wanna note it down. With that, you can redo that legendary. in PKHeX, it’s somewhere in the block editor, with a somewhat readable name. If I was at my com I’ll give it to you, but for now we just have that

    The legendary saved in your notes, yes. (This way you can encounter them after you pick the note). besides that, no real way to edit what else you encounter.

    I don’t think GodMode9 is capable of writing back ROM dumps, so you’re out of luck. What you’re supposed to do is write edited save files back to the repro rom, then write back the edited repro rom into the repro cart. without a way to write back, you’re stuffed. (also, your idea of writing back retail ROMs isn’t going to work)

    YUP, ROM files are not allowed here, offending part of the post removed. Without an appropriate tool that can overwrite ROMs on your repro carts, there’s no way you can inject a save into your repro cart. What ROM dumper are you using?

    Legitimately, using Pokémon Bank.

    Illegal, as there’s no legal way to get Articuno into SV right now

    Nothing to do with PKHeX. If you can legitimately transfer the move, but can’t use it online, then it’s the server that messed up. Wouldn’t be the first time. In SWSH, Cap Pikachu could get Pichu’s egg moves via the move transfer, but it can’t be used online.

    Outside of the Gamefreak Mew for VC, at present, any Mew events from retail carts would be illegal on newer generations.

    What they need isn’t Dream World mons in game, it’s that you have a computer that accessed Dream World that’s still around, haven’t had the hard drive wiped, that sort of deal.

    You need to dump the ROM from your cart, then use the program to read the ROM. It’ll find a save if it’s a bootleg cart (most Gen 3 bootleg cart store saves inside the ROM)

    No. Goes against TOS, high ban risk, so we won't share that information. Not that I know how it's done, but I got a few informed guesses..

    And even if you if Battle Bond Greninja ends up being legal later down the road, GF changes the way it functions: it won’t become Ash-Greninja. No form change. Only stat boost.

      There isn't a ROM hack for Poke Bank, and that link won't help you.

      I'm not identifying which one of these points matter to you fellas; you got to figure that out yourself:
      1. Self promotion and advertising is is against guidelines
      2. Our site doesn't allow those below 13 to join (and you can't fake your age to join as well)
      3. Using alts is frowned upon.

    That statement is partially true; the wondercards *aren’t* stored in saves. The part that is outdated is the “not usable by users”

    I thought it follows Switch time, and changing the console time resets to Fancy. Make sure the save is using the current console time (basically make the save 'today', then don't change the time, and make sure you restore the save 'today')
