    HOME is a cloud based service. I don't expect it to be allow the mons to be hacked, like Pokémon GO.

    It can be updated. Go into Bank, then press Y to select main (during box shifting), and select Pokedex. This way, Bank's Pokedex is updated. Then transfer a mon to HOME. HOME's dex gets updated then. Unless they glitched it, no, it would not remove, only add. (tho in this cases there's nothing to add)

    Huh? Don't completely understand what you're saying. Regarding what I understand, you're saying there's missing info? PKHeX should emulate the transfer as per the games, and there shouldn't be any missing info at all. In any case, do note that: you can only transfer files from gen 3 to 6 into XYORAS. Also, more appropriate that you start a new thread, include screenshots of what you're asking for in a spoiler.

    Apparently, the conditions where "you move every mon one box to the left or right" only applies to living dex. While your Nat dex can be completed, maybe you released or traded some mon away. Plus it's possible to complete a nat dex without a living dex. Once I completed my living dex and did the box shift, I got my Magearna. (My previous living dex has holes in em apparently)

    You might be missing entries in your living dex. I'm now filling the holes in my living dex to try again.

    why not hack your 3DS, to then transfer through Bank to HOME?

    Or, use the hacked save online. If the switches uses same profile, you can transfer the save locally. Not sure if online connection is required. (you could set up an internet connection, but the router doesn't actually connect online)

    If both Switches share the same profile, they both have access to the same HOME. Just deposit on one Switch, then withdraw on another. Also, HOME allows access to other profiles save, so even if your Switches don't share profiles, you can just share profiles now. This works even for the free version. It's hard to know for sure that streamers use a modified switch, unless they show Homebrew or Boot on stream. In any case, you can do it, but you run the risk of being detected by the servers. Use at your own risk.

    You need a way to obtain an decrypted file from your save, then re-encrypt it to load back into sky3DS. I advice you to get CFW for your 3DS, since decrypting and re-encrypting saves typically require CFW and homebrew apps, which isn't supported by sky3DS, if I'm not mistaken.
