  1. You’re in the wrong page. This is for Switch games. You’ll need the pre-HOME living Dex. (The link is on the description)
  2. To be frank I’m kinda unsure what to do atm. If you don’t mind trying the following (at your own risk), then: 0. always keep unmodified backups of your files 1. use godmode9i to dump the ROM 2. use the bootleg tool to inject save. 3. use the bootleg tool on the edited rom, extract the save and check with PKHeX (to ensure step 2 did in fact inject the save correctly) 4. use gbabf to restore the edited ROM into the cart. 5. launch the game and check
  3. My understanding (and opinion) is: the various RNG programs can determine the seed to PIDIV correlation, but it doesn’t account for whether it’s possible for players to land and reach that seed on actual hardware (maybe for whatever reason the seed can’t get hit). Given Pokefinder is the successor of RNGReporter, I’ll expect RNGReporter to have the same issue. There’s guide you can refer to within the link above
  4. Not sprite, but part of animation: if you want the back of the animation you’ve gotta record your own copy running on an emulator. The comment in the page has a brief explanation (and links to a thread where people tried to clean up the gifs) edit: there’s some backs here:
  5. That’s concerning. How did you dump the data the first time round (was it Burn2Slot? I don’t use it lol)
  6. Can you try making a copy of the save bin to your desktop, rename the file (maybe to ruby edited.bin), then try to use the tool, then afterwards send the save back to your cart? If that doesn't work, may need to get files from you (we will need to trim it and take the part after the ROM, to make sure I don't get the ROM)
  7. @SkyLink98 we’re going to need to take a look at this, as well as test the redemption criteria in-game of the same PID + forced ability. thanks @ryuefi for reporting and @ICanSnake for the in depth analysis.
  8. And how would you know the save file wasn’t injected back? also, don’t rename the extracted save.
  9. Try gbabf to write the game back to the cart: use at your own risk. Keep an unmodified backup before you proceed.
  10. Yes, according to the gifts and static table referenced via pk3DS, it can be shiny. more here:
  11. I guess before we get to that, the question I wanna ask is: is the date met generated upon meeting or upon capture? I suspect the latter. because that easily breaks date and PIDIV. With this method you can change the date to whatever date that is legally allowed by the 3DS, after you encounter the Mon.
  12. Yes, if you intend to modify anything you should wipe the tracker, then deposit into HOME from the origin game. Just make sure you're not changing it to anything that breaks the Gen8/Gen9 correlations. Do note that if someone decides to review the data with a fine tooth comb, they may notice oddities (like let's say they noticed PID EC is the same as something else in the logs, but oddly IVs are differently, or something), but realistically how likely would that be tho?
  13. pika.zip Give these a try. (source) DO NOT MODIFY any of the stats and details. The sysbot you use will need to keep tracker, in order for you to be able to insert them into HOME (I am saying this as some sysbots wipe the tracker and make the tracker 0. If you want to confirm whether it keeps the tracker, after injecting them into your game, get the sysbot to extract/dump the mon, and check whether the new dump has a tracker.)
  14. what method are you using? the correct wonder card for the correct language?
  15. Hey no worries, just doing an investigation. I too don’t really remember the Arceus DW event, even tho it’s one of the first few I finally got to legitimately obtain so I should have remembered. I think it went a little bit like this: you’ve had to key in a password into Pokemon Global Link, then Game Sync (send a Mon into Dream World), and when it comes back, it’ll bring the Arceus into Entree Forest. Go to the furthest clearing, and interact with the 2D model, and it’ll initiate a “battle”. In reality you just needed to throw a poke ball, any poke ball (it wasn’t limited to Dream Ball). It ignoring how your triggered the even for now, but if you really had a Gen 4 Arceus, it could very well be stuck in your Gen 4 or Gen 5 games; not every Arceus could go into Bank, if I’m not mistaken.
  16. @Veganator I don’t want to be a broken record, but Dream Ball and Switch's HOME reporting first met as Unova? Sounds like the Arceus distributed via the Dream world. What you should do, is use the mobile version of HOME, and view the summary of said Arceus, then scroll all the way down, then check the "First Met" (Met location) of the Arceus, then report back to us. Example: Human memory isn’t infallible. Maybe you’ve watched a YouTube video of someone with an injected fake wonder card, and thought to yourself “oh yeah, this sounds familiar”. And the nostalgia would have been partly true too: you probably did redeem other gifts from the delivery guy, just not the Azure flute, as that wasn’t distributed. Or maybe you have a friend which modified a distribution ROM, and distributed the fake event to you, which was why you remembered the steps taken. You’ve just forgotten how you’ve obtained the event. [tho that wouldn’t really explain that it seems to have Gen 5 origin for everything] (Also for the record, the delivery man isn’t next to Nurse Joy in Gen 4, they’re next to the poke mart counter) OR maybe your cart is fake and you’ve ended up playing a ROM hack. Try transferring something up legitimately.. There’s many possible explanations here. Whichever the case is, your story doesn’t match the Arceus you’ve shown us..
  17. It’s like how you can’t trade Giratina’s origin form into Diamond and Pearl.. When we say “it doesn’t exist”, it means the species isn’t even programmed into the game. No picture. No stats. no index number (for that). you could hack in the index number, but you’ll get a corrupted mess that isn’t Zeraora. Kinda like how Deoxys doesn’t exist in Crystal.. Or Arceus doesn’t exist in Emerald
  18. Yeah those species were introduced in USUM, and weren’t patched into SM. It’s like how Giratina’s origin forme doesn’t exist in Diamond and Pearl.
  19. If you're like to see the evolution animation, you need to receive it by trade. It only happens right after the trade. Will not be possible by save editing. The alternative would be the perform a ROM hack and change the evolution requirements.
  20. I intend to do it for LGPE and SWSH, but it is going to take some time before I get around to uploading complete sets for them.
  21. Report the download pages and our staff will take a look
  22. If I’m not mistaken, once you’ve placed them unmodified into the Switch games (regardless of which game you choose), you should be able to directly transfer into HOME, as these already have associated trackers.
