I recently got bank and was transferring Pokemon from AS to X and back and forth to complete both poked exes. As I open AS, it got corrupted with all my pokemon from x and alpha Sapphire. So I deleted my save files, but I found the save files that got deleted in my sd card still. Is there anyway I can get them back. If so how?
