  1. That same event was held in Santa Monica too IIRC. I wish I knew where my Mew was. I didn't think or remember OT/TIDs back then. I do remember staff members having a line battling everyone and they had 3 Pokemon, all Mew, and kicked our ass.

  2. I have stickers from what is possibly the event, Pokemon League Nintendo Training Tour '99, although the certificates are identical to the ones Bulbapedia shows for "Pokémon 2000 Stadium Tour Mew". It's possible I went to more than one event... They had a photo booth area where I took these photos. Still looking for the certs, thought they'd be with these pictures. I know for certain that I didn't throw them out and will post them once I find them.

  3. That's incredible. Also to add to the congo line of people willing to help, I too have a cartridge dumper and would be willing to dump whatever you need; I'm however in the same boat as Deoxyz and constantly using it.

  4. If you'd like to ship me your cartridge to dump for you, you can send me a private message. I'm willing to help. If you'd rather me send you the dumper I understand, though I'm actively using for the time being, so it'd be quickest with the former option. For credibility, I've done this before:

  5. Thank you! I seriously want to thank everyone in the Discord that has helped us decipher all of the technical stuff w/ the machine/preserving it properly because it's been SUCH a huge help. I'm so glad we got this into the hands of the community as opposed to some hoarder. With the PCNY machine popping up, it makes me think even crazier stuff might pop up in the future. (hopefully) Heck I'm still shocked about the Spaceworld demo leaking all that time ago and the fact that someone kept around the PCNY machine in the first place haha. Anything is possible!

  6. I'd suggest removing all other "fake" pkm files of this mew, to avoid confusion. The one posted above contains the full data found in the savegame. Even though corrupt, the mew data was intact and I can confirm it matches a mew machine distribution. The mew has been in gold/stadium 2, so it doesn't hold the item anymore.

  7. This is so late 90s/early 2000s and I'm 100% here for it. Looking forward to seeing the certificates, thank you again!

  8. I found this place through a Google search seeing how I could get my gen 1 Luigiw OT Mews (2 of them) into Pokemon Home/Sheild I fortunately had the files backed up to a Mega Memory card, and know I need a GB Usb to get them to the PC and would happily share them with the community when I do. Just curious about a few things: 1. Would I legally be able to do that with the Mews and/or things like my original starter from Red? 2. My plan was to move the save files to the VC copies of RBY and then use Poke Transporter. Also saw a guide about moving Gb Pokemon to gen 3 using a Windows program that converts the old pokemon. Curious if one of these methods is better/more "genuine" than the other. 2. If gen 8 Pokemon hold data for when they were caught. Don't see anything in the status screen, and am kinda OCD about that kind of thing. Haha. They also gave us "certificates of authenticity" for these Mews with the OT ID and I have a picture of myself from the event just to give any credibility to all this. It was an event that took place at a mall in SoCal (most likely Orange County)

This is a wild area event held by Sword and Shield. This event raid allows players to obtain the Gigantamax Snorlax that is not obtainable in the base game. To import these files into your save, use PKHeX's block importing function. Our tutorial should guide you through it. Our first post of this page would contain some data relevant to the importing stage. There's info and some common questions regarding Wild Area Events here. To see other Wild Area Events, here.

  11. Now that you've started Sky Editor, it's time to set up the window to have everything it needs for ROM editing. It should look something like this: Follow these steps to add everything it needs: The View menu has 3 menu items: Solution Explorer, Solution Build Progress, and Errors. Click all of them. Sky Editor should now look like this: (Optional) I recommend rearranging these windows. You can do so by dragging and dropping the tab part: While you're dragging, it should look like this: You can place the window by mousing over one of the new icons: You can drag multiple windows together by dragging this part (in this screenshot, both Build Progress and Errors are dragged together): There is no right or wrong way to arrange everything. You should experiment to find what works best for you, but I recommend this layout: After you've arranged everything to your liking, you can save this layout by closing and restarting Sky Editor. You can now proceed to the next section:

  12. Pretty sure the Hidden Ability for their family has yet to be released. Also, for it be legal (according to the Cosmog encounter details), change the ability to Unaware (2)

  13. suloku was able to correctly dump the Mew from the corrupted save, and so now I present the legit Danish Mew, obtained from a Mew Machine in Odense, Denmark. 151 - MEW - ECDB.pk1

  14. I don't have any familiarity with Home, ithough f if it's anything like Pokebank when it first went online I assume the hack checks are a ludicrous mess. Bad hacks may easily go through, legit stuff may be a no go. Regardless, these are 100% legitimate pokemon events, so in theory they should go through with now problem. Does not matter what PKHeX says.

  17. About your story, are you absolutely sure the Safari Game in ORAS lets you catch with Safari Ball? I'm pretty sure there's no Safari Game in ORAS (they removed payment, and as a result you use your own balls and Pokémon). Also don't see it listed on bulbapedia. In any case @Kaphotics is this a PKHeX Bug? Natu/Xatu can be caught in Gen 3, and should be able to breed down the Safari Ball in Gen 8

  18. I just want to thank everyone involved in this project. Is always amazing to find, recover and preserve events that we thought lost, but this is something special. From finding this hardware we've learned tons about the mechanics of the distribution machine itself and the code making possible to recreate even more events/campaigns. I hope that with this kind of discoveries and videos makes people know and get even more interest in this world. Some of us thought this would never be possible, now I think that everything can be. Probably we'll find the Mew/Celebi Machine too! Thanks to the owner of the device for letting us preserve the information about this. Thanks to RetroAli and Hard4Games - Tony for your effort and dedication to make people know about this. Flood the market! Thanks to our amazing event research team for their time and love for preservation. @Sabresite @Deoxyz @ajxpk @Gridelin And thanks everyone in this community for supporting this project.

  20. Sorry to bump this but, I found some interesting stuff. Thanks to Helix Chamber's collection of Pokémon Spaceworld '97 footage, there's actually footage from the Mew Machine area. I also found a version of the Guidebook on Archive.org. One of the pages has info about the Mew distribution. Working to see if I can get an actual scan of that page from someone.

  21. Staff could modify the campaign.. so anything is possible. I know of one person that got the Mew (shiny). We are currently recreating the machine data to distribute Gen 2 for video.
