Project Pokemon has recently undergone a few staff changes. @jasenyoface is now on our News Team and will be serving as a local moderator of the News forums, as well reporting Pokemon-related news. Additionally, @theSLAYER has been promoted to Assistant Administrator, allowing him to continue to work hard to improve the Event Gallery. I would also like to bring attention to my latest addition to the site: the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon data reference. It shows information about Pokémon and Moves in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky and Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon (PSMD). What makes this different from other resources out there is that this data shows IDs of Pokemon and Moves, as used by the Mystery Dungeon games, making it very useful for ROM research and making cheat codes (like Action Replay). This also shows some details about PSMD's move growth, showing the minimum and maximum stats for each move. I would like to thank @psy_commando, @Andibad, and @TruePikachu for providing the research I needed to write all of this. Please direct any feedback about the Mystery Dungeon data reference here. Writing this paved the way for easily publishing additional resources. Because Project Pokémon is a community, all contributions are welcome. If you have basic web design experience and would be willing to write things for the site (original Pokédexes, tutorials, etc.), please send me a PM or reply to this thread.2 points

Thanks very much to all who came by for the stream, I'll see about doing some more tomorrow. Very much liking the new additions so far, though one particular fight reminded me why I hate a particular move in general.2 points

Neato I hope I'll be able to play with this soon. I've been attempting some pokemon sprites (gen 5 and up) and an attempt at giving Mareep special starter animation sprites. Does this just cover the pokemon sprites and status effects, or will you be able to do the overworld and special effects as well?1 point

@suloku the ones we have are the EU ones, and if what I have from the unreleased period are any indication, the US ones will have different TID. So the ENG/FRE/SPA missing are US ones edit: To further clarify, it's listed as " Guardian Rising No Guard Lycanroc (US) " in the missing sheet. Those 3 aren't on the wonder card server right now, likely to be uploaded when 15th May comes around1 point

I tried several times to port the code reversed by Falo to c#, but it's too complicated to my current understanding of variables and how each language handles all the shifts and other operations, so I've never got c# code to work properly. I could make a simple command line app in C, but my goal was to get some proper code in c# to eventually add it on pkhex. You can still use this (not sure if you already knew it): https://github.com/suloku/gen6_safari_mirage_tool/releases You can set any 10 islands on your save as if you had had them passed, but those islands won't have the hidden item in them, but you can get any pokémon and those hidden items aren't unique and can be got trough other in-game means. You can still manually edit your own island (which has hidden item and you can pass it to other players). There's a list with values for each island, including cresscent isle, but 10 islands are missing and you need to modify your TID (so this is only really useful if you want to pass a certain island to someone else, otherwise editing passed islands is a way better solution).1 point

It turns out that the edits @BlackShark made to them were unnecessary. I found that out when I was comparing the data to the data of the released WCS2012 tourneys on this site. I've already made pwt files that remove the unnecessary testing text, ready to challenge. I haven't gone through the toned-down ones yet though... I'll send them here in due time (They use the actual World Championship music & announcer/win/lose texts now. Some of them didn't, & some allowed dupe pokes/items when the real championship didn't). Also, the Masters Division one banned the use of Transform instead of Sky Drop . It seems that the WCS2012 (& WCS2013) itself also banned the use of Sky Drop, but they forgot to do that when they released the pwt files online.1 point

Get used to the new mechanics then. Some changes I do not like, but I just came to live with it. Things like that is probably for the better, because Thundurus Prankster TWave was disgusting. One thing I disliked about Gen 6 was the nerfing of special attacks, and these things come to pass because Gamefreak thinks they balance for doubles, but they generally seem clueless overall. I have a lot to say about the guys in charge of this game, but saying stuff will not do anything. But if you would like, we can have quick battles within this week, though I should be studying.1 point
