  1. Just did another test with the 10ANNIV ROM with an Emerald save that hasn't obtained the National Dex. I was able to send Charizard over with no issues.

  2. I already reconstructed all 420 specifically in gen3 with no trash bytes and pal parked them just for that reason. Hence why the original release were gen4 pkm files.

  3. This is the info for it: You can see the text is (poorly) translated and not localized. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13004170/meteor_jirachi.zip

  4. Make sure you have the current version of PKHeX and not one that's really outdated. Also, make sure the dropdown menu next to the file name when you're selecting your save says "All Files" or "All File Types" etc. If you're still having trouble I can try and help you troubleshoot via PM, because it works for me.

  5. There's also the option to modify the 10ANNIV ROM so it distributes the events that have that same generation method. I'd be perfectly fine with that.

  6. Apologies. We have it back up at https://projectpokemon.org/ppre/PPRE-2.2.0.zip and will be replacing the dead links throughout the site.

  7. NoA never let people send their games in for events. Not sure about NoJ, though.

  9. I looked at the trash bytes for Mew, and I am fairly convinced after speaking with @Bond697 that mystry mew was generated using a distribution ROM. Most likely the team modified the existing multiboot rom code to generate them in batches of 5. We know it was a distribution ROM because the trash bytes of the first mew is consistent with other events (like 10 aniv) that came from multiboot roms. Bond researched the trash bytes which ended up being from lazily copying the pokemon's name with no regard for the data that came after the terminator. Upon inspecting what that data is, Bond found that some of the distribution code was copied to the stack for an unknown reason. Our theory is that they made a button that adds 5 mews to the save and hit that button a million times. IIRC, in that save file the town was blocked by a tree, trapping the character in town. This leads us to believe that the original cart used to make the save file was most likely a dev cart that had manipulation capabilities. Also makes sense since they would have to extract the save for manufacturing. For what it is worth, we have a range of trash bytes by observing the other mews. And of course when you xfer to XD/Colo or Pal Park, PokeTransfer, Bank, etc, trash bytes don't matter anymore anyways.

  10. Merry Christmas everyone! Just in time for the holidays, we have some fun announcements. The Event Gallery Ever since we came back online almost 3 weeks ago, @theSLAYER and I have been working on moving our Event Gallery to its new home, and we've finally finished. All the events that were previously in the Event Gallery are now available to the public again, as well as many events from Generations 6 and 7. This is a community project, so if you have any events we don't, please contribute them in the appropriate thread in the Event Contributions forum. New Forums We have new Tutorials and FAQs forums for ROM Editing, Save Editing, and RAM Editing. These forums are the perfect place to post or find guides and other information to help others. To start off, we've posted some guides in the Save Editing Tutorials & FAQs forum explaining how to insert many of the files from our Event Gallery into your game. Staff Change Our last announcement is that @ReignOfComputer has been promoted to Super Moderator. I hope everyone enjoys the holidays, and again, Merry Christmas.

  11. Actually, the 10ANNIV Pikachu is holding a Light Ball. And according to Bulbapedia, the US 10 ANIV Latias and Latios both hold Soul Dew.

  12. When I was given the 10ANNIV rom 3 1/2 years ago, the person who gave it to me asked me not to give it out or anything to preserve the cart's value. The same goes for a few others. Some of the stuff isn't even private, there just hasn't been anyone who has really cared, as far as I knew. Like this for example: It's an unreleased gen 3 event, METEOR Jirachi. I found its multiboot rom in.. some game. I've told people about it and given out archives, but nobody really seemed to care that much. I spent awhile gathering the multiboot roms and checking them out and to be honest, I didn't realize there was much interest in them anymore until Sabresite mentioned them not too long ago.

  13. Am I the only one that didn't even know half this stuff existed a couple days ago?

  14. I don't know about that nonsense. If any of those ever go up for sale, I'll do anything I can to get my hands on one. hahahahahahaha

  15. Can just use the batch editor on your save file: =HT_Gender=2 .HT_Gender=0 (sets the HT gender to 0 if it is 2)

  16. But it is different from the English version. In the English version it is written without any space. EDIT: Solved, injected by Mystery Gift Tool with the official WC3

  17. Oh, I missed that post. Anyway, if I had the technichal information and the wondercard files I could program a pc tool to inject (and extract?) the wcs, then port the code to gc/wii.

  18. I don't remember Pokesav ever having this functionality, but I don't have a version that has this functionality. What you can do as a workaround is use Pokegen to generate a code. Any code will do. Maybe Party Count to keep it short. You can specify whatever activator you want. Then copy the first line "94000130 XXXX0000" and replace the one Pokesav generated with this.
