The following is a list of features or additions that I would like to see in PKHeX moving forward. I hope that you enjoy my suggestions and try to apply them: *Pokémon would automatically have maximum friendliness, maximum affection, level 100, and 31 IVs in every stat by default *Related to the first topic, there should be a checkbox that makes every Pokémon level 100 or have a changed species conserve the level while changing the experience and not the other way around, as it looks at experience before level for some reason *Actions that affect every Pokémon in a box, party, or the entire PC or game, such as raising each and every Pokémon in a certain competitive box to level 100 quickly, or giving them all shiny colorations, or maxing out their friendliness and affection in an instant (Note: This came from me trying to max the level, friendliness, and affection of every Pokémon by going as far as writing a script to move the keyboard and mouse to change those values, only to find that, while the script did do what I wanted and saved the changes for each individual Pokémon, the changes were somehow not saved for some odd reason. My next forum entry will focus more on this, if you want more details) *Customizable interface, so not just the same gray and white colors would be displayed but a bunch of different colors, such as a blue theme or a green theme *For applicable games, the ability to control character customization from PKHeX directly and not just unlock max money and full wardrobe *This may be a bit complicated, as it depends on the game, but the ability to check certain trainers as beaten or not from PKHeX directly *This is also a bit complicated I would imagine, but the ability to unlock certain map areas as visited or certain flying destinations active from PKHeX directly Tell me what you think of my ideas. "Fatal non-UI error" When I try to open PKHex, I'm on windows 7 and I am not all that tech savvy. I just wanna play video games. Help me please.

So today i realized they released a new update for pkhex, and so i downloaded it. After extracting it i opened the file and i got an error it said .NET framework 4.6 needs to be installed for this version of PkHex to run, and so i tried to download it i waited like almost an hour to download it and then it said i was unable to download it. So is there another way of downloading it without net framework 4.6, or is there a similar program like pkhex that doesnt need net framework 4.6? Pls help

This small program is used to extract .pkx files from pokémon save files. It will look for all valid save files in a specified folder and extract all stored pokémon in another location. The idea for this application started on this thread. Additionally you can specify if you want to search in all sub-folders, and create specific folders per save file and box. It should work with most main game save files, but only tested it win Gen 6, 7 and a Yellow VC games. As of recently i can't use any updated versions of pkhex bc norton wants to see it as a threat/virus. i included a screenshot of what norton is sayin. it says sum kind of trojan is attached to pkhex of the name Heur.AdvML.C i have downloaded both pkhex from 01-31-2017 and 02-07-2017, and cant use them. i can use the pkhex file from 12-31-2016. i only download pkhex from this site as that is all i trust. any info or help?

Hi everyone ! Thank you so much for the effort you've done for turning PKHeX to that awesome tool it is now ! I want to report a bug (But it's most likely my fault though). I've tried to remove the ribbons of my Zapdog/Latios, it seemed to have worked succesfully, but when I imported the save back the save was corrupted. And I can't edit it with PKHeX either. (I use the latest version). From what I know from programming course, it seems like it can't open the file for whatever reason. I've tried to move the file to another folder than the SD Card, no help, same error. I haven't thought of making any backup since a long time (The edit thing was a success a lot of times to edit stats/moves so I didn't care anymore), but I've activated the backup feature of PKHeX so maybe if my save is forever screwed I can move to that. Dear creator of PKhex. I request that pkhex's change to .net 4.6 be reverted for a build that actually works on mono found in wine, as I use linux, and would not like to waste space on my hdd with .net 4.6. If you could make your code more universal, that would be very desired. Sincerely, St. GIGA

Hello, I tried to edit my Magearna from the recent event and I keep getting this error message for its legality: Invalid Relearn Move 1: Static encounter relearn move mismatch. I don't know how to fix this, please help.

All the staters that can be caught in the Entralink and breeded in 7th gen are considered not legal if they are caught with 3rd gen ball (Blaziken in Premierball for example).

I really love PKHex and appreciate everything it stands for, but there is one thing I feel it lacks that I feel could be worked on and for some reason, hasn't: 1) The lack of actual event Pokemon- the mystery gift database is so lacking and vague, it's not even funny. I've had to make a dozen events from scratch thus far, some which I still haven't gotten to work for reasons I cannot discover. Event collectors and distributors could greatly use the help of a facilitating database, up to date.

Hi, Maddaren Here! I've been playing Pokémon Silver lately and been using PKHeX To Edit My Pokémon Silver Save. Today i noted that adding Coins to Max and adding 99 TMs doesn't save changes and reverses to 0 Coins and 1 TM. Actually i wanted a full coin case in order to buy a porygon and a mr mime and having 99 units of each TM without having to Gen Moves all the time. I always Hit Save to make change, but this time, is not affecting those changes. Would you please fix this bug in the next commit? Thank You!

Hi, while looking to check the legality issues (clicking the red triangle) this message appeared (clicking continue didn't show me the legality issues and just closed the alert screen) Can someone tell me what this is and how to fix this? (It doesnt just happen with Dragonite)

PKHeX for Mac Made with Wineskin Welcome to PKHeX for Mac Discussion thread! Please post here if you need help or are experiencing issues related to this Wineskin wrapper, and use the PKHeX Support forum for issues related to the program. This is a Mac App that was made using Wineskin; it is not a port of PKHeX onto the Mac operating system. With Wineskin, we can recreate an environment where executable files will launch on Mac. As far as what is known, all features in the original program work in this wrapper. There are a few differences though. PKHeX for Mac is styled with MacOS. Hi, I am requesting PKM files that can work online such as Shiny Mew and Lugia or a Mew that can learn the move Defog. Currently right now I'm having trouble trying to Gen a Shiny Lugia and a Shiny Mew to work. I looked into RoC's-PC and found the files but it has been a hassle trying to get them to work online. If you can be so kind to please introduce me to a file that worked for you or a link that might provide me with the gen files that worked. I may know the reason for shiny Mew but people have talk about obtaining it from the island event on Emerald and being able to exploit a shiny Mew to work. If these Pokemon are shiny lock let me know. I appreciate it very much. Note: When I was trying to gen for Shiny Lugia and Shiny Mew, I made sure it was event and not one where I could try to do manually cause I knew about the difficulty of trying to obtain one.

Hey! A few days ago I downloaded Pkhex files and the PKHeX.Core extension came along with it. I just downloaded the new PKMN NTR update too, and it seems that you can use the extension with PKMN NTR. My question is: how? Or how does it work exactly? Thanks in advance!

Hi. So I know someone else came on here before asking how to run PkHex on Wine, but now that a newer update for PkHex is out, I thought I'd give it another go. Now instead of an unexpected handle, it's just a simple error, albeit the same issue (most likely). I saw some people saying stuff about Mono and all those other things, but I'm far from a tech savvy person, so I didn't understand anything. Do I need to place the files in a particular directory or is there no way of running on Wine now?

So if I save usually it will remove my GBA symbol which it has done all my other pokemon in the box, how do I fix all these pokemon? All I did was change the nature and it removed my GBA Icon and my Memory. How do I fix the memory and the icon? Is this some type of bug? Really need some help here. FYI this is my Moon Save, just need to find out how to get the icon and memory correct so they are legit.

Hi guys, so I've been trying to install the latest version (17.01.28) on my Mac using wine bottler, but to no avail. I managed it successfully with the last version of PKHeX, but this time the wrapper simply refuses to complete the launch when I double-click the .app file. Is there anybody here who could help me go through the steps please? Thanks in advance.
