ok my giratin was leveled and this happened:speed +-26 etc. wat is this -

its not a hack.... its the giratina got in game..... [edit] my cousin told me maybe it has to do with formes ...like +26 for origin -26 for altered

both appeared (+,-) and i dont know if mmy stat got lwer or higher....help please

i leveled my giratina and it showed me something like this speed +-26 def +-28 things like that.....what does this means.......help...
