    Dear Project Pokemon, It is time for me to say farewell... at least for the time being. Things have been rough for me as usual and I feel quite inadequate... in many ways. I tried my best to not be the very thing I did not want to become... but apparently, I am no different from other pretentious masqueraders. Oh well. Anyways, if you do not understand what I was ranting about earlier, then good. You will not have to. Before I get to help anyone, let alone all of you, I feel as if... I need to help myself, for I have become quite unstable in my thoughts and ways. If I do NOT return within a month, then consider myself retired from Project Pokemon's staff... and the forums. If I DO return, I will serve as that same crazy moderator "ghosting" around (so there is still hope for those who will miss me)... but right now, I feel like I need a break. I feel quite troubled and I need to resolve some real life conflicts of mine. So it is not a real goodbye until I have "officially" left... but I doubt any of you will remember me at all For those of you who thought I was annoying or just disliked me overall, I apologize for my presence, and you are all getting your wishes come true. It was nice meeting with you all and it has been a pleasure making friends with many of you, but for now, just pretend as if I am going on a vacation. And like I said, if I do not return within a month, just erase me from your memories and wipe me off the face of history. Hoping for a better future... :bidoof: Wait no! Not you Bidoof!     It depends really. OU has its own strategies and all with all its overpowered Pokemon, where most of them, in fact, are 4x weak to something (stares at Tyranitar, Gyarados, Salamence, Heatran, Scizor, Swampert, Gliscor, Celebi, Dragonite, Forretress, Magnezone, Heracross, etc...) so everyone does have a counter... but yeah, seeing the same Pokemon over and over again can turn one off (I'm talking about a certain crimson flash seeing the most usage, a twin sister of a certain blue dragon, along with some volcanic rock that came out of the... volcano, a dryad that can travel in time, and a certain aura Pokemon which everyone fanboys about... this 5 Pokemon combo is very popular now and I see the same teams over and over in Smogon's Shoddy). UU is fun and all... until stuff like Yanmega and even the insanely overpowered Alakazam recently joined in... and that evil Moltres just OHKOs everything in sight (some Pokemon shouldn't belong in UU and Heracross and Cresselia were THIS close in falling into UU this month) >.< But even then, UU is a different metagame and it has its own fun, such as all the grassers, meaning Sunny Day teams are actually viable due to no Tyranitar or Hippowdon or Abomasnow, and Pokemon like Gastrodon are just too cool to be left unused. So there you have it. I play more OU because everyone else only wants to play OU, but sometimes I bring a team of UU into OU and they seem to work quite well (some UUs are VASTLY underestimated). Of course, there is also Ubers... and Ubers is actually fun (albeit unbalanced). Make one mistake, and say goodbye to your whole team. And yep, stuff like Shedinja and even Seaking actually work in Ubers... much better than in their original tiers or OU.

    <p><p><p><p><p>Heracross and Cresselia at the bottom of OU... seriously, if this is how they base the tiers on... I had better not see Hera in UU... nor should I see Cressy in UU. Alakazam dropped to UU, what madness is this? O_O</p></p></p></p></p>

    What's wrong with Vaporeon? It is arguably the best Eeveelution out there =/ And Glaceon can also pass Barrier... but Vaporeon can pass Acid Armor. Umbreon can Wishpass with its bulkiness, but Vaporeon can do it better with its better typing... Yeah, I really would not go pure Eeveelution. Mind you, I DO have one... but it is purely novelty at best (although the surprise theme got people acting crazy over it, and my lead was a Taunt bait Umbreon). It gets ruined by phazers and Toxic Spikes. If you do want an Eeveelution team, get a couple of Eeveelution, mostly Vaporeon or Jolteon (blame Gamefreak for their electric favoritism) will do you good... and a couple of other Pokemon that can support it, like a Forretress to spin away Toxic Spikes, and some others. That team you have right now though, works fine for in game.

    We have a winner Everyone I battle on Wifi has 31 IVs and perfect nature and perfect hidden power everywhere, as if it were Shoddy while I am like one of the few people playing with non-hacked Pokemon. I hate it Welcome to Project Pokemon.

    Hmmm... actually, you might want to replace Psychic for Stealth Rocks. Or... get rid of Registeel's Superpower for either Iron Head or Stealth Rocks. In a rain team, you really want Stealth Rocks so that 1) Focus Sashes are no longer a problem and 2) ensure neat 2-OHKOs on certain Pokemon. Bottom line: get Stealth Rocks in there somewhere, you need it.

    Scwib, I uploaded the fixed Uxie up there. I put it in Legal and it looks fine right now. Tell me if anything is wrong with it. If I mess with it otherwise, it gives me Common GBA Event o_o

    I think you go to the Pokemon and click on Stats Edit and click All Max. That was how I fixed that problem. Or is it a boxed Pokemon? Tell me all its specs or just upload the PKM file in your next post and I will take a look at it.

    ... only Weezing has Will-o-Wisp, can Pain Split, Haze stuff around, is not trapped by Magneton and walled by it while the magnet can Magnet Rise... outclassed much? I think not. Although you might think of using Thunder on Weezing now that it is in a rain team... but if you are going to use Registeel, invest in a lot of Special Defense. It is one of the premier special walls in UU... and is just annoying. It might come in handy though... but do not dismiss Weezing if you need a physical wall. Also I do not know why people love Choice Banding/Specing their Floatzels... I would use Life Orb for versatility. Besides, Floatzel is not exactly very durable.

    To get Agility on Empoleon, you need a female penguin to breed with a male Floatzel with Agility (not so hard, is it?) The problem is, Empoleon has amazing resistances, but his three weaknesses (Electric/Fighting/Ground) are too common. We cannot add another Ghost in your team because that would give you THREE Pokemon weak to stuff like Tyranitar or other darks, which is not good at all... and adding Empoleon means another Ground weakness. Joy. So you have Arcanine/Milotic/Dragonite/Celebi/Gengar/Umbreon... A physical wall... what about Skarmory? Insane physical defenses, can spike/stealth rock, roost away damage, and blow stuff away... however it hates fire and electric moves and most special attacks in general. I suppose Celebi can take electric attacks and fire attacks can be directed at Arcanine/Dragonite/Milotic... hmm... and it can wall most Metagross and blow them away while racking up SR or Spikes damage) Skarmory@Leftovers/Shed Shell (first item for recovery, second to escape from Magnezone, which Skarm absolutely hates) Impish Nature 252 HP/X Def/X Speed (switch around the speed to hit 180-182 and put the rest in defense... and put some in attack if you feel you are not doing enough damage. Someone tells me with 212 Attack Skarmory can OHKO any Infernapes using Brave Bird in switch-ins... but max HP is a must.) - Whirlwind (breed with Pidgeot or Staraptor to get this, if not, use Roar) - Spikes/Stealth Rock (pick one, but Skarmory is one of the few capable spikers while so many stuff can SR, but you are lacking someone to SR) - Roost (must have) - Drill Peck/Brave Bird (first one needs breeding with Fearow or Dodrio, the latter needs breeding with Staraptor)

    I still think we need a physical sweeper or a mixed wallbreaker that benefits from the rain too... like Huntail or Kabutops =/ Persian is there for consideration though... if Electrode fails. I also had an Articuno set up rain, but not immediately from the start.

    LOL I do not play on Smogon often (I think I only did three times in total!)... but I suppose Mirror Coat has its own uses. If you were to play on Shoddy, you would see more things running Hidden Power Electric (just because they get to manipulate their IVs and whatnot). And you are right. Wifi is a different environment from Shoddy, and I like it that way. But if you want to try an abusive set, try a Bold Milotic with 252 HP/252 Def/6 SpA with Rest + Sleep Talk + Ice Beam + Surf. It is pretty fun because not only is status no longer a problem, but Rest activates Marvel Scale. And I am glad to see people play with their favorites, not because one thing outclasses another. Hypnosis is a bummer... everybody here knows me and how much RNG hates me (just ask ANYONE here) and it always misses for me but everytime they use it it always tends to hit... and when I DO hit, they wake up immediately. As for Celebi? You sure love speed boosting Pokemon o_o Where did you get one anyways? Since yours is a - SpA version, I would try something along the lines of Swords Dance + Baton Pass. Baton Pass at least is not affected by Pursuit, but U-turn could be useful I suppose. Do you have a spare Leftovers? Leftovers is probably the most useful item for Celebi. But then again... there is nothing you can really pass SD to other than Dragonite or Arcanine... so what about... Celebi@Leftovers Jolly Nature 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Speed - Leech Seed/Baton Pass - Seed Bomb - Swords Dance/U-turn - Protect/Substitute Subseeding is a pain... and Sword Dancing to attack with STAB Seed Bomb is an even bigger pain. I just don't know what to do with your Celebi though... I will have to think about it more because I do not know how exactly it benefits your team... the dryad does take water/ground attacks aimed at Arcanine and grass/electric attacks aimed at Milotic though...
