  1. Hey dude. It's been a while I really like your idea and it would be really cool but there's no way you can fit all of that into one NDS ROM. Plus it would take years of work. If you really are that determined I was thinking maybe you could spread the hack over multiple ROMS. So like you could have one or two regions per ROM? It would definitely be easier to use RPG maker with pokemon essentials for something on this scale but maybe with some careful planning you could make it happen. It would definitely be cool to see orre in a gen 5 ROM!
  2. Sorry for the late response. I'm close to finishing the next big version update so I was reluctant to release the finer details of the game since they'll soon be outdated. However, I have written code that automatically dumps all of this data so it's easy enough. I've attached a .json file of all the stats. I didn't bother making proper level up sets for pokemon that aren't obtainable without cheats though so a lot of it will look weird. Pokemon Stats human readable.json Yes it has been removed. All obtainable pokemon have a chance to be shiny and will not lose their shininess upon purification. Enjoy
  3. Carvanha was encountered at the end of the ONBS takeover with Commander Ray (known as EXOL in vanilla). Carvanha is supposed to be obtainable from Miror B. using the miror radar if you failed to catch it the first time like any other shadow pokemon. Someone else did mention once that it never showed up again from Miror B. but when I tried it out myself it showed up so it should work. Have you been paying attention to the miror radar?
  4. Thanks for the kind words! Right now, I have my hands fill with hacking XD. The code and data is just so much easier to work with. I do plan to work on colosseum eventually though. It just won't be in the near future. I will be releasing hack tools for colosseum (and XD) this summer though and I expect a lot of people will be able to work on all kinds of stuff.

  9. That would be quite a lot of work so I don't think I'll have the time to do that any time soon but I will be releasing hack tools at some point in time so please feel free to edit the game as you please when they're done

  11. These tools have been really helpful! I've hit a little snag though. When inserting tpls back into a model some of them aren't working. When reextracting them the textures are completely black. Do you know what causes this problem? Like maybe the new texture is too large or has too many colours?
  12. Can you give more details as to how you're trying to patch it and the files you're using?

  15. Try the patching program called "multipatch". That's what I use (I'm on mac too ).
  16. It should be easy to find with a quick google search. I can't really get more specific than that because how to find ISOs is a bit of a taboo topic. Just make sure you search for the US version if you want to play XG
  17. You can try posting on his thread or sending a DM on here. You can also try posting on his youtube channel or try tracking down his twitter. IIRC he posted the source code for his randomiser which uses cheat engine. I'm sure it would just be a case of removing one or two lines of code somewhere.
  18. The ISO that you apply to the patch to has to match the ISO I used exactly. I made sure to use one that easily found by a quick google search to make it easier to find. Make sure that the version you use is the US version and hasn't been scrubbed or anything. Try getting a different ISO from somewhere else if that doesn't work.
  19. Hey dude, Good to see you're still around! I've really been digging around in the assembly code of the game and reprogramming a lot of stuff. In the previous versions to make an ability like technician, I had just made a separate move with higher base power. However, now all the abilities will properly be programmed into the game included a bunch of new abilities (e.g. magic bounce,multiscale,regenerator). There will be some new items (e.g. choice scarf,choice specs, eviolite) and more shadow moves too. Oh and I finally got around to fixing battle bingo. All the cards have been completely redone and I'll be testing them to make sure they're good. There have been a few finer updates too like making hurricane 100% accurate in rain and paralysis only halves speed like in gen 7. It's been a lot of work but the game will be a lot cleaner as a result. In terms of the randomiser, since the current versions have a lot of make shift implementations of things like moves and abilities it would probably lead to a lot of unexpected results. However, the next update will be programmed properly so it will work perfectly with Reclaimer Shawn's randomiser. It should be out in a week or so at my current pace

  21. Your ROM needs to be identical to the one I used to create the patch. I can't share where I got it from but I tried to get the most obvious one from a quick google search. Remember it has to be the US version and don't scrub it or anything like that.

  23. Can you give more information on why the randomiser program isn't working? It would make the whole process a lot easier. Are you using the randomiser tool? When you first run it, it creates a folder in your Documents called "colosseum randomiser". In that folder there is a folder called "ISO". Put your ISO file in that folder. When you click save on the randomiser tool, it will import the changes to any file in that folder with a ".gcm" or ".iso" file extension.
